Our Captain Jose Bando was wonderful! Very smart guy who taught us a lot and brought us on an excellent excursion! We highly recommend this day tour!

We sailed around the lagoon with our two children, aged 4 and 5. It was wonderful. Hugo and Valentino were great, welcoming, friendly, and provided us with lots of information.

EXCELLENT ORGANIZATION, DEPARTURE ON TIME, JUAN DIEGO WAS A VERY GOOD GUIDE. NICE DRINKS ON BOARD AND TIME FOR SWIMMING AT THE LAGOON.

Our guide Diego was amazing. He is very knowledgeable. He helped us taking pictures and most importantly he was patient.

We loved our tour with Banda A LOT! He was super motivated, in a good mood and also his English was great and he was invested into explaining us everything. The tour was informative and beautiful. Also the companies dock for the tours is well maintained and the boats as well. All over amazing experience, with a great guide at a very beautiful place!

Nami and Abraham were wonderful! We had an amazing time and there was plenty of places to swim! We also got recommendations from them on what to see, do and where to eat in nacalar which was very helpful

We came out with Nami & Abraham and it was so wonderful. They took us to the most beautiful spots (swimming spot; the cenote; the bird sanctuary for a dip). They also started on time which is amazing. They were super accommodating, even to my older aunt who is 75yrs old. We had great food, amazing natural waters and a few good cold beers. 5 starts ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Would come again.

We did the private Pontoon Tour with José Banda. He‘s a very positive-spirited and knowledgeable guide, who drove us to very beautiful locations and went the extra mile to accommodate for our wishes. We felt safe on the boat with him and liked his Caribbean music taste.

We had amazing afternoon on the lagoon! Our captain Jose (Banda) was amazing - he provided lots of great information about the lagoon and it was so wonderful to hear how passionate the locals are about maintaining the environment. He always made sure we were comfortable and happy and was just a great person! We went to some beautiful spots to swim, including areas where there wasn't another soul in sight. We finished with an awesome sunset. The drinks and fruit were lovely and our captain played some awesome tunes throughout the day. Would 100% recommend this tour to couples/groups who want to spend some quality, chill time on the lagoon.

The tour was absolutely stunning. We had Fernando as a guide and he was the coolest! Very friendly, provided excellent beverages and snacks, and the views he brought us to were SPECTACULAR

Our private tour of the lagoon with Andres was perfect. He was friendly and knowledgeable. And it was beautiful! The fresh fruit waters provided were delicious. The morning tour was the way to go because the stops were not crowded. Highly recommend this company and Andres!

Fantastic experience, highly recommend! We visited the lagoon Cenotes and swan in beautiful nature. Our guide Gonzalo was perfect, very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. Great host! Trip comes with free fresh drinks, fruit and beers!

Nice clean boat and great knowledgeable tour guide Gus. He took us all over the lagoon, even to some more secluded spots. It was amazing to see the different water colors with some cervesas!

This was an amazing tour! We drove to Bacalar from Tulum. The drive was a bit far, but very much worth it! The lagoon was gorgeous and the water was warm and crystal clear. The catamaran was very comfortable and Banda was an amazing and super-friendly guide. We enjoyed swimming in the lagoon and enjoyed the fruit refreshments and fresh juices! Highly recommend!
