Susan, our guide, speaks affluent English and knows Vietnam history very well. That makes my husband very happy as he is very into history and culture. We are older couples who walk slow. Susan is very understanding and accommodates to our needs all the time. Cannot ask more from her.

The Ba Na Hills private tour with Quoc was such a pleasant surprise. We had much more fun than expected! The main attraction for me was the Golden Hands that I really wanted to see but it turns out that it is more like an amusement park once you take a ride on the world’s longest gondola ride. Unfortunately, the rollercoaster was not operating but the other ride was fun. Thankfully there were clean bathrooms with toilet tissue. Huge buffet option for lunch. Quoc was very knowledgeable and took care of us the whole time, even being our photographer as needed! He offered local knowledge & even finished our tour by serenading us! Our driver went above and beyond for us as well. This was a great tour.

One of our favorite tours ever! This was a great day from start to finish, with seamless pickup and drop-off at the Da Nang airport, “Miss One” picked us up in an air-conditioned car and we headed up to the Ba Na Hills. She spoke English fluently and told us many interesting facts on the way up the mountains. We went up there expecting nothing and were very stunned by the beauty and craftsmanship of this place “SunWorld” in the Ba Na hills. The cable car ride was long but incredibly beautiful and safe. Weather was perfect. Miss One used her expertise to avoid certain attractions at certain times of the day, and we were able to see the highlights when they had the least amount of crowds. She was also an excellent personal photographer for us. The Golden Bridge is breathtaking and worth the trip alone. Because we booked a private tour (well worth the extra cost!) we were able to customize our tour and add on going to a beach in Da Nang after seeing the Ba Na Hills. We also expressed an interest In Trying local Vietnamese salted and coconut coffees, and she took us to a great spot for it. All in all it was a great day, and we intend to come back to this area to spend time in Hoi An and see other places we didn’t have time for today. We will definitely be booking again with DacoTours and Miss One, and highly encourage everyone else to do the same!

The trip was very good. The time was very well managed by our guide Ms Thi. She ensured we see all the spots and got enough time at each spot. She was also very good at explaining the things to us, by that I mean the importance and history of the spots. She was also very good with kids… A very good travel. And since it’s a private tour you can work around the time a little bit. So not too stretched

Despite it being my second visit to the French Village and the Golden Hand Bridge at Bana Hills, this time accompanied by my husband and sister, the place continued to astound me. Chau was a great tour guide. She was very knowledgeable about the history of Ba Na Hills and was entertaining in her delivery of the information! She was clear with descriptions and was very patient with our whole group. Ba Na Hills was a great day trip and wasnt too tiring. Started in the early morning and the crowd was just right! Time allocated for each area was sufficient. I hoped for a little more time at the French Park but if we stayed any longer, the crowd coming back wouldve been too much A lot of food options there even if you dont buy the buffet package Overall enjoyable experience!

What an amazing day, Thi our personal guide was fabulous from the pick up at our hotel to our farewells at the end of the day. Thi was very knowledgeable giving us snippets of info about Da Nang during our car journey as well as the history of Ba Na Hills. We never felt rushed by Thi and because she knew the layout of Ba Na Hill’s so well it meant the day ran smoothly. Thi was constantly taking photo’s of us and knew all the best spots but knew when to hang back for us to have a longer look take our own photos. I’ve yet to mention the food which was amazing and so much choice even for the fussiest of eaters. I can 100% recommend this tour and company. Finally I mustn’t forget to mention our excellent driver Tung…..

We hired Dacotours privately with 2 other families for the evening Ba Na Hills tour. It was nice to go after the heat of the day. Thanh was a fantastic guide who taught us about the history and answered many other questions about life in Vietnam. He was entertaining and also took and sent us photos of our group from his own camera. Definitely recommend Thanh and Dacotours for their hospitality, professionalism and knowledge.

We did the private tour with Thi, and booked for 3 people. Unfortunately, 1 of my friends was not feeling well that day, but heard the stories when we got back, and booked it again just to be able to experience it. Thi showed us around the whole place and was happy to take photos for us as well. I highly recommend the private tour as she planned everything against the tourist crowd. It was such an experience and was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. We thank you so much for your hospitality!

We had an amazing day with Susan! Not only she ensured we saw everything, she was great company for my 5 year old and took amazing care of him throughout the trip. Susan was very knowledgeable about the city and history and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and enjoy the day in Ba Na Hills (also clicks amazing photos and knows the short cuts which is a win win).
