We were a group of 15 friends from 3 different countries, really enjoyed the full arrangements made by our coordinator from best baku tours. We got the best guide who helped us see places those were really worth seeing instead of running around all places listed on internet. The best thing about the trip was the hassle free management of 3 group from different countries starting from the pick up from the Baku airport and drop off after the tour. We enjoyed the trip to the fullest.

It was a nice experience in Azerbaijan with Best Baku Tours. The guide was available with us from airport pick up until drop at the airport. He was so helpful even for our additional hours and of course as a guide as well. The locations arranged by the tour operator was fantastic and we enjoyed a lot. A comfortable vehicle was being arranged and the hotel also. We spend enough time at all the locations and our guide was extremely cooperating with us. We went for Baku city tour, Qobustan area, Mud volcanos, Fire temple and Fire mountain, Gabala tour, Sheki tour etc. We liked Sheki tour a lot and enjoyed climate over there too. In short, the arrangements by Best Baku Tours were amazing and we enjoyed a lot.

When we planned to visit Baku, Azerbaijan, we wanted the best tour experience. While there were loads of tour operators, Best Baku Tours was one of the top searched partner. Not knowing what to expect, i dropped a WhatsApp message which was promptly answered by Mr. Azad. Since this was our first visit and none of our friends had been there before, we had a lot of questions and unsure how this would turn out to be, Well expect the unexpected, we were pleasantly surprised by Azad's tone and assurance which was top notch. He took the time in understanding our time and post explaining the itinerary, he curated the 3 day tour as per our convenience. They went a step further in proactively collecting our Airbnb host's contact to check for roadblocks due to the race. While this went off well, there were more pleasant things to follow. We were promptly assigned a driver Mr. Vusal who was in contact prior to the visit and assured us the best experience at Baku. Upon touching down we were promptly picked up and dropped at the stay location. He was very clear with the tour instructions and timelines. Through out the trip he picked us on time and ensured we had the best experience. Apart from the places visited we were impressed by Mr. Vusal's professionalism and friendliness. I would rate Best Baku Tours and Mr. Vusal a 10/10 and their service without a doubt is the best!
