Channy was an amazing chef, showing us around the markets and teaching us all the culinary techniques and tricks. Highly recommend spending the time learning about how to cook. Eating the three courses was the best food of our trip to Cambodia. Thanks Channy!

We highly appreciated the cooking class with Sopheap. She was very professional, kind and helpful. All the food we cooked tasted amazing and we get the receipts even for more dishes.

The class was so good, and Channy was so fun and knowledgeable! We made a three course meal which was delicious and she showed me so many different techniques and taught me a lot about cooking over here. Definitely a must!

We attended this cooking class conducted in an actual restaurant near Pub Street. The chef instructor was Sinuon. She was a wonderful lady; patient and helpful. We had an enjoyable afternoon learning how to prepare and cook the Cambodian classics: Fish Amok and Beef Loc Lac; and also rice paper rolls, green mango salad and a banana dessert with passion fruit. Best of all we got to sit down and savour our Cambodian creations! It was a memorable and meaningful introduction to Cambodian food culture. Totally worth it!

I was at the meeting point but no one never came to pick me up! I tried to write to the tour operater through Whatsapp but no response!

It was a nice fun atmosphere, the teacher was lively and explained things well. The dishes prepared were delicious!

The most wonderful experience cooking with the delightful, happy teacher Channy. Her teaching skills👍. She made the class so much fun. Her beautiful smile lights up the room and her laughter is infectious. One of the highlights of our trip. Wish I could rate this higher because I would. 100 out of 100.

The course was incredibly well organised and the ladies running it were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the preparation and the eating - the food was delicious even though I cooked it myself. Only suggestion to others is don’t eat anything before the course. There is so much food it’s a struggle to eat it all. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing cooking class ! We made Cambodian specialties (starter, main, dessert), it took us about 2 hours, and then we enjoyed our food in the restaurant downstairs. Sopheap is a great teacher and is very friendly. 100% recommend !!!

Extraordinary orchestration by the instructor, Channy, who kept everyone and everything coordinated, organized and on rask to complete a variety of delicious Khmer dishes. Five stars! Highly recommended!!

We have been to several cooking classes in different countries and we enjoyed our evening class at Paper Tiger. Our teacher, Sopheap, provided clear instruction and easily accommodated our vegetarian diet. We left with recipes and skills we can actually use back home in the US, which was not always true for other classes we attended.

Absolutely loved this cooking class. Sopheap was bright and happy and talked to us about her family, life in Cambodia and all about the dishes we made and the ingredients we were using - even including substitutions we could use if we can't find the originals at home. Then we got to sit in pub street and watch everyone walking by while eating our "home made" meal. Definitely recommend.

We ended up getting private cooking class as there was no other booking. Our instructor, Chef Sinuon was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a detailed explanation of everything. We had a really good time and learnt some skills!

Traveling is shifting towards experiences. Today’s experience was amazing and unexpected. Booked the class two hours before, Channy was kind enough to conduct the class for only me. She immersed me on the culture and flavors of Cambodia, and of course jump in when my inexperience arose (very often). Great option to chil out after a long day
