We enjoyed the whole process from purchasing the ingredients, preparing the meal and sitting down together to eat. Lorena was great and she created a fun and warm atmosphere for us all.

I travel overseas often and I always include a cooking course - to me, it’s the best way to get to know a new country. I have taken at least 25 of these classes and this one was by far THE BEST. Pame is an incredible teacher - funny, informative, helpful, and generous. Shopping was so much fun and cooking was even better.

These were the best 4 1/2 hours spent in Mexico City. We were there for 6 days and did a lot of amazing things, but this cooking class was our favorite. Krystel is very knowledgeable about the history of Mexican food and how to prepare it. She was very organized and found a way for everyone to have a job to do while preparing this 4 course meal. The trip to the market was equally educational. Don't be afraid to taste all the bugs! We loved eating this exceptional meal made with fresh, delicious ingredients. We were so impressed how she brought her background from interior design into this happy, small space. She and her cousin/partner created a bright, cheerful and fully functional space to hold 2 simultaneous cooking classes. We had the very best time with Graciela, Krystel and the rest of her team. The cooking class was full of education and hands on learning. If you want have a great time, learn amazing skills and have lifetime memories, this class is for you.

Is a very nice experience overall. However not so much a cooking class per se. The activity is well organized and the host is very nice. We did received the printed recipes.

Fantastic experience with Chef Kristal. She was engaging, enthusiastic and created a 4 course menu which seemed easy to duplicate later. Also enjoyed the others in the group. Everyone had a role in the cooking. Would highly recommend this experience!

The entire experience was excellent! Krystal is absolutely delightful and it was only 6 of us learning to shop at the market and make a spectacular traditional meal including vegetable tamales, white mole, tortillas and a delicious corn cake. We learned about culture and cooking techniques in a beautiful intimate setting. This experience is highly recommended- it was a highlight of our stay!
