Well organised with excellent driver and guides. We could just focus on taking in the experience. We would highly recommend it. The optional lunch was also good value for money.

Great trip,could do with a better food choice although I realise what tripis about. I'm not yhe crying sort but very educational for me..

Fantastic long day but company were great texted the day before offered lunch. Recommend taking this unless taking own as there is no where to get anything. They also provided gluten free on request. Would highly recommend

We went here today 9/11/23) with Christophe from Krakow Direct. We booked it online from the UK and it worked out cheaper than booking it here. We were picked up from our hotel at 6.45am. It was a 1.5 hour journey to get there but we watched a video about Auschwitz on the way which was very informative. Once we got there we had a quick 10 minute toilet/drinks break before our guide lines us up ready to go in. This tour should be done with a guide to get the best out of it. There is a lot of walking involved including steps in and out of various buildings. We probably chose the hottest day to do this which couldn't be helped but it did make it more tiresome. From Auschwitz we went to Auschwitz Birkenau which again was very informative and a lot of walking. I don't recommend this trip for children or anyone who struggles with mobility. This tour will leave you emotionally drained as it is hard to fathom that people can treat other people this way.

Our driver James was excellent, on time inside our hotel lobby. He was very kind and helpful, organising a meal for me and just great all round. The tour itself was a disappointment, everything was very very rushed, with a 7 minute break on arrival to use the bathroom and only a 10 minute break for lunch at 10.30am. No other breaks. The tour was very very rushed, the guide was difficult to understand and did not stop speaking to give any time to absorb anything we were told. From one sentence to the next, all monotone, all different topics. We were rushed from one thing to the next with no time stopping at all to look properly at any of it or read anything that was presented.. We skipped a lot of the important things as he walked so quickly it was hard to keep up. I ended up taking off my headphones and tried to take in what I could on my own as I did not learn anything from our guide. I would definitely recommend the visit, to pay respect and experience for yourself the feel of the place and see with your own eyes..the museum itself is incredible, preserved in time and something I think everyone should do. This atrocity must never be forgotten. But I would say to learn what you can before you go. In hindsight I would have just booked the transport and toured the museum myself. (unless you can be guaranteed a good tour guide).

Driver picked us up at the hotel and was very friendly. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and this was an eye opening experience.

This was a full day adventure. It was nice to be picked up and dropped off at our accommodation. Great communication prior regarding pick up and lunch options. I liked how informative the video was prior to visiting Auschwitz. It was nice uplift the mood and finish the day walking through a massive salt mine with spectacular salt sculptures! 🙂

We did the tour of the Salt Mines and booked online with Krakow Trip - it was a great service! We booked the small group transport to the Salt Mines. We were collected on time by our driver and ended up with a private transfer as nobody else was booked on the tour. Great service, smooth transport and friendly guide for the transport. Our tickets for entering the salt mines were sent efficiently via WhatsApp on our arrival to the tour and our guide was waiting for us when we finished. Would certainly recommend booking with this company.

It was a long day to visit both Auschwitz and the salt mine but worth it. Auschwitz was as expected terribly sad, made even more sobering with the fact it was snowing and freezing cold. Our tour guide was excellent. I wasn’t that bothered for the salt mine tour but my husband wanted to visit, it was brilliant! I would recommend this trip to anyone visiting krakow. Pick up was on time and the communication from the driver via WhatsApp the night before was great. Be prepared to take lunch, drinks with you as very little time to purchase anything from the one shop at auschwitz with very long queues, our driver did offer a packed lunch we had already purchased food but others on the bus had ordered them and said they were good value.

Picked up on time from our hotel, pawel our driver organised a packed lunch for us both ( recommended) off we went to visit this incredible place, I’d been some years back but it’s still as powerful as seeing it the first time, we were ushered through the queues and the guides were first class. It was a long day but no complaints at all, both venues were extremely interesting and the salt mine guide was very amusing which lightened the day. First class trip all round and highly recommended.

Be aware that a good level of fitness is required for this museum. It goes 135 meters below ground down a great number of steps and lots of walking on sometimes uneven floors.. The whole tour lasts 3 hours with a very short stop for drinks. The best of this museum is the consecrated church on one of the lower levels... Unfortunately, our guide though good had a very strong accent.

A must see, the scale is unimaginable. Very moving and very informative. We were picked up from our hotel our driver was great on time clean car, he also organised our packed lunch which was superb great value for money. If this is the only tour you do in Krakow then you must do very humbling to see the amost extinction of not only a nation but a people.

We went to this tour 25th June 2022. We highly recommend this tour company. Their services is excellent from booking to pickup and completion of the tour. I specially want to thank Daniel who is responsive and accommodating to the changes of the tour due to our flight to Krakow cancelled. We also used their airport transfer. We like their services very much.

Excellent day tour combining both Auschwitz-Birkenau and the Salt Mines. Igor was an excellent guide and highly knowledgeable. The day ran smoothly and though tired at the end, it was all well worth it. No words to describe Auschwitz, but something perhaps everyone should visit, in case we forget the past. The salt mines were simply spectacular. Would heartlly recommend this tour and would heartily recommend Igor. Many thanks.

This was outstanding. You’re able to see all the big sites in one day. For us, it allowed us more time to wander the city in our following days in Poland. Everything about this experience was great. Our driver Daniel, he was also extremely kind, punctual and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour.

What a brilliant, brilliant day! Really made our trip and lasting memories made. Superbly organised, excellent communication, attentive, kind and helpful driver Patrick, punctual and efficient. The salt mines were incredible, mjnd blowing and a feast for the eyes, whilst Auschwitz-Birkenau tour was respectful, educational, and something never to be forgotten. I booked the Auschwitz-Birkenau and Salt Mine tour. My driver Kristian from Mr Shuttle picked me up on time from my hotel. After picking up a few other people we set off for Auschwitz. Our guide met us at Auschwitz 1 and gave us a very informative tour. Very poignant seeing the hair and possessions of the people incarcerated there. After a break we made our way to Auschwitz Birkenau. An equally poignant tour and what struck me was the size of the camp. We then made our way to Wieliczka to the Salt Mines. After the sadness of Auschwitz the salt mines were an uplifting and magical place. Thanks to Kinga for a great tour. Thank you Kristian at Mr Shuttle for a memorable day.
