This is definitely the company to go with! Answered all my concerns after finding out countless people book with other companies only to have their trips cancelled on arrival in Krakow (apparently they overbook then refund the unlucky ones!!) Guaranteed our tickets were pre-booked & were spot on with all timings!! A long day but great to finish with the amazing salt mines after the very moving but informative trip to the camps!

The experience from beginning to end was excellent, from our driver picking us up, he explained in good English what our itinerary was & kept us right when taking us to each tour & then back to our hotel at the end. We paid for a lunch pack which our driver organised for us & only cost about £10 each which was fantastic value with everything that was in the lunch bag. Our guides spoke very good English & explained everything very well if I was to criticise anything it would be that our guide at Auschwitz & Birkenau could of been a little bit louder when he spoke. The Auschwitz/Birkenau tour was as expected very emotional & the Salt Mine tour was awe inspiring, so glad we had the opportunity to do both tours.

Everything was great the only complian is the guide spoke very low and since all the tour is outdoor was very hard to hear all the explanation.

The tour was an amazing experience! The guides were friendly, we got a private driver who was extremely helpful and kind and waited for us at every destination.

As expected, a very moving experience... Our driver was very prompt, courteous and nothing was an issue. He even tried to get us on an earlier tour at the salt mines! Auschwitz-Birkenau was split in to two sections and the tour guide was very knowledgable in every aspect. She spoke with feeling and very passionate about what she was telling us. My only real criticism was the speed that we toured the two Auschwitz sites. It was difficult at times to soak in the real atmosphere - although the atmosphere is readily apparent throughout. I did get the sense of commercialism which, given the number of visitors, can't be helped. Organisation on this scale has to be of focus! The salt mines are something else. It's impossible to imagine the scale of the caverns and the work that went on. Suffice to say, the enormity of the skill, workmanship and craft that went in to create what lies below, can't be summed up in a few sentences - a visit is a must. So. An excellent experience in all aspects from being picked up at our hotel to being dropped off. Would recommend but be aware you may feel a little rushed at Auschwitz.

Excellent experience! Driver Paweł was fantastic, prompt pick up from hotel & packed lunch provided for an additional small cost. The tour around both camps were great & guide was excellent. The salt mine tour was also great & well worth the visit! I would highly recommend using this company!

Absolutely amazing day, the horror of Auschwitz was very emotional. Our guide was excellent and left nothing untold. Afternoon visit to the Salt mines again an outstanding guide and the mines themselves are stunning. It was a really well organised day and we felt truly looked after every step of the way. Can’t not mention our amazing driver Konrad he was excellent throughout and really looked after our group to ensure we had the best experience we could. Highly recommend this tour if you visit Krakow.

We were picked up on time at our hotel by Conrad after he let us know the time the night before. He was very informative about what would be happening. The lady who guided us through auschwitz spoke very quietly. If you were not close enough to her you could not hear what she was explaining to us. Our group of about thirty people was possibly a bit too many. The salt mines guide was very good and answered all of my questions about the site. It was a bit weird that he left us to make our own way to the lift back up. Most of our group thought that too.

From the pick up at the hotel by driver Konrad we found the tours of Auschwitz and the Salt mines excellent. The former very moving and the latter full of surprises. Highly recommended.

A fantastic experience that you won’t want to miss out on if you visit Krakow, Daniel was fantastic as our driver for the day and the provided tour guides were both incredibly informative and helpful. Auschwitz is as harrowing as you’d expect and our guide Kasha was both empathetic and informative in her delivery, dealing with the hordes of tourists she never rushed us or appeared harried. It is remarkable watching on as people take photographs of things that would be better directed to memory than behind an iPhone camera lense but perhaps that’s a sign of our times. I would advise visitors to remember that it’s a soul destroying moment in human history and taking photographs of pictures or barracks to post on social media to boast “I’ve been to Auschwitz” is incredibly distasteful and morbid. The salt mines were fantastic, a true wonder of man’s ability to expand his horizons. A truly wonderful trip.

From pickup at the hotel until drop-off 12 in the evening, this tour was well organized, efficient, and easy to navigate. Once we arrived at Auschwitz, our fabulous driver, Daniel, left us with Aga, who gave us the history as well as commentary that brought home the horror of the events that unfolded at the camps. Unforgettable experience.

Great trip with the family. Pick up and all travel went very smoothly. The tours of auschwitz-birkenau is an absolute must. And the salt mines are amazing.

An amazing trip from start to finish. Picked up on the dot in a nice clean comfortable vehicle. Our driver was friendly and helpful. The trip to auschwitz is hard to describe. It was harrowing but at the same time very surreal being in such an historic place even though it’s historic for all the wrong reasons. We had a great tour guide to show us around. After leaving there it was onto the salt mines. An absolutely incredible place with an amazing tour guide. Be prepared to do a lot of steps here. The whole day was around 10-11 hours long but so so worth it. Very good value for money.

A must see when visiting Krakow, guides where knowledgeable and helpful. Transport was spot on and I would definitely take the packed lunch option as it is a long day with little chance of grabbing a snack.

great place and tour guide, just wish we had more time then 15 mins to grab something to eat in-between the to places was very rushed
