Highly recommended. It was an amazing experience with a Sámi herder, allowing us to experience a glimpse into this culture and people and their interactions with reindeer. We started by greeting and feeding the reindeer White Moss as a treat and their dinner. We then walked to the owner’s lavvu tent and then further on to meet the reindeer that would haul the sleds. The sled ride, under the stars and whipping clouds was amazing. Then back to the tent to have a traditional dinner, warm up and talk with the host. The questions we asked and the stories and photos that were shared made this a memory worth saving.

Really special experience! You can really see these people are reindeer herders and do some tours on the side (not the other way around). They are very knowledgeable and really take the time to tell you about the Sami way of life. As they are only doing small tours, some of the communication could be improved upon.

It was such a beautiful experience, one that you will always remember. Fredrik was a very nice host - he welcomed us very friendly and we had the feeling of being welcome the whole time. At the beginning we fed the friendly reindeer and then took a sleigh ride with the reindeer. It was an incredible experience and we were lucky to see the Nordern Lights. After the sleigh ride we ate traditional food and Fredrik told us a lot about Sami culture. We can highly recommend this trip and would like to come back some time.

Our hosts were wonderful, the reindeer were very friendly, and it was a seamless experience start to finish, very fun way to experience the far north!

Last night we made the *Aurora hunting with reindeer sledding* with Go to Lappland🇸🇪 Starry night, hours of northern lights, wonderful cute fellows 🦌 around us, delicious food around the campfire in Loabö ⛺, a nice squad and Bea and Frederik the two Samis. They just let us into their lives and showed us how the only and oldest indigenous people in Europe traditionally live. A simple, hard life, always connected to nature... that will still work in 2023 and hopefully continue to do so. Humility, gratitude and mindfulness of nature that is worth protecting remains in us.

Frederick and Beatrice dressed in their beautiful cultural clothing, provided us what a wonderful, amazing experience. They picked this up in our hotel and we went out into the wilderness. We met the reindeer and had fun feeding them. Then we went on a sleigh ride pulled by the reindeer. After a ride we went to a teepee and Beatrice prepared a delicious meal of reindeer meat. We set by a fire and enjoyed juice and hot coffee while she told stories and educated us on their culture. We were sure we were not in Kansas anymore! I admired the lovely purse she was carrying and asked her where I could get one similar to it. She told me to contact her about getting one. With Beatrix and Fredrick we experienced the real Sami life into the wild. They were very special with us: our tour with the reindeers and the traditional dinner inside the tent have been one of the best experiences we have had in Lapland. We surely recommend them!!!

A very authentic experience learning about the life of a reindeer herder. Beatrice and Frederick were so friendly, fun and kind. We were driven out into the wilderness, fed their beautiful reindeer in the wild, enjoyed a ride on them and then had some delicious hot food. Making incredible memories for life!

Amazing experience. Beatrice and Fredrick were amazing hosts. We fed the animals in the coral, went on a see tour. And finished the day with an very tasty reindeer meat dinner in their traditional tepee. They also arranged vegetarian options when asked for. Highly recommend

Bertrice and Frederick were the most amazing guides. I think in total we probably spent 8 hours with Bertrice and she was absolutely lovely the whole time and willing to answer all of our questions thoughtfully, as she is also extremely knowledgeable about Sami culture and history. It was a once in a lifetime opportunity and kept offering new surprises hour by hour. She even stopped on the way back to make sure we all had a chance to see the Northern Lights. Truly magical and delightful

Where do I start? I feed more reindeers than I have ever seen in my life! Fredrick drove me in back of his snowmobile feeding reindeers since there are so many! All friendly with wonderful names and character, then the norther lights appeared, we got very lucky since it was the only day I saw them so clearly on my trip. Sledding in a convoy of reindeers and guests was unforgettable, surreal the bright sky with northern lights! Finally, the food with tea and strong that Fredrick's wife cooked we so tasty! They told us stories the entire group laughed they are such happy people! (tip = they picked me up @ my hotel even THAT Hotel ;) Thank you for the "homemade strong coffee" Fredrick! Also, you got the WINNING REINDEER all the best @ the races! I will be back to visit!

A wonderful experience. Everything was well organized, and there was no dull moment. You start with a drive to the area where the reindeers live. On the way you learn a thing or two about the Sami life from the very friendly host. After arrival you put on some extra layers and shoes, which seemed pretty new and were very comfortable. After that it’s time to feed the reindeers, who are not shy to come up to you and ask for some treats. Then you get to ride on a sled pulled by the reindeers and maybe meet Sven, the most curious and cuddly of the bunch. Last but not least you get to enjoy a delicious meal cooked right in front of you in a tent by the fire. If you are lucky enough you get to see the Northern lights, which look stunning in that remote place. Once we get back to Kiruna, we’ll visit again.

I really enjoy this tour. He drove us into the forest and we could see the sky so clear with many stars and step by step Aurora just appeared in front of us. It’s quite exciting to ride on reindeer sleighing and also get to feed them. Finally, we got into the Lavu for a nice dinner and tea. They are both really helpful. They kept asking us whether we can stand the coldness. It would be very nice to have a good photographer. Because it’s hard to take with our phone or camera without professional photographer.

Amazing experience feeding and interacting with tons of reindeer prior to a reindeer sleigh ride and smoked reindeer cooked over the fire. This is run by a local Sami family who have been reindeer herders for many generations. It is great for children and families who want to get up close and personal with reindeer. Frederic and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming and truly made us feel like honorary members of their family and their lifestyle during our evening with them. Highly recommend making the time for this unique experience!

Fantastisk tur 10/10 Vi fikk bli med å gi reinsdyra «godis» og mat Ble og med på reinsdyr tur i slede. Fikk mye info om reinsdyr og samer, Vi hadde og en super flink sjåfør, og han lagde ett super godt måltid til oss Vi kommer igjen neste år🤗

Fantastische trip waar alle tijd genomen werd om er een geweldige ervaring van te maken! Helaas geen noorderlicht maar alle rendieren en de slee tocht maakte alles compleet. Onze gids was zeer gastvrij en wist heel veel te vertellen
