It was nice experience, very polite and friendly tour team. Quick response even on 11th hour request for a vehicle. Vehicle was near and clean.

We booked a taxi through our hotel. The cab arrived on time. It was clean, neat and well maintained. A special word of appreciation for our driver Ameen - he was so responsive and prompt. He knew quite a bit about the city and had many nuggets of information about the local stories. He also helped us identify a local guide and local food outlets. He made sure we had a great time while sightseeing.

Amen arrived promptly at 5 am, picked me up, and swiftly took me to Grushneswar Jyothirlinga temple. Thanks to him, I bypassed the queue and completed darshan quickly. At Ellora caves, he guided me to the ticket counter and even purchased the ticket to ensure I wouldn't be misled. After exploring the caves, we returned to the restaurant where the car was parked. He gave clear instructions and spoke good English. Throughout the journey, Amen shared his extensive knowledge about Aurangabad, engaging in a fascinating discussion about the city's history and pointing out various points of interest. I’m happy I got to know Aurangabad a bit better from Amen. His trustworthiness was evident as he didn't ask for extra tips. I felt secure and would highly recommend Amen to others.

I hired a Toyota Etios car for going to Ellora and some places in Aurangabad the first day. The second day we went to Ajanta caves. Both trips were nicely arranged and done. Fully satisfied.

We used them to see the Ajanta and Ellora caves. They provided a great service, very efficient and quick in confirming bookings. Clean car with a great driver called Habeeb Bhai who was punctual and professional. They also put us in touch with 2 amazing tour guides Mr Ali at Ellora and Mr Naser at Ajanta. Highly recommend both tour guides through this agency, especially Mr Ali. They don’t provide group tours for solo travellers which is a shame but as far as I could tell neither did any other tour operator in Aurangabad. Won’t hesitate to use them as a travel booking agency if I’m in Aurangabad again.

Theo communication was easy by WhatsApp, the driver was very polite, the car was very good and clean, after the tour JK sent me a message to ask if everything happens like the deals. Very good service. I recommend for everyone.

Arranged a day tour to visit both Ellora and Ajanta with them. Easy communication, decent price and friendly driver. Picked up at Aurangabad airport at 6:30am and dropped off at 5pm at the same location after visiting both Ellora and Ajanta. I was able to spend a little more than 2 hours at both caves. Hectic day trip but it was so worth it. Thanks for the amazing trip!!

The caves are excellent to visit especially the caves in Ellora. One must come to Aurangabad to see these caves and Jktours is an excellent company to arrange these tours. Their customer service is extraordinary. They don’t seem to worry about collecting money for the tours but providing satisfaction to customers. We missed the plane flying back from Aurangabad to Mumbai for our trip and they provided transportation by car over 400 Km or up to 10 h back to Mumbai so that we can continue our trip at a reasonable cost. Ỉn summary, Ellora caves are an excellent carving that everyone need to see before leaving this planet and Jktours is n a great and economical company to help you organizing the trip.

I contacted JK tours by email, got a fast response. Date and price was confirmed, no pre-payment was needed. Right before the trip we agreed on morning start time and I was sent drivers details. When I went outside the hotel on agreed day and time - the driver was already waiting for me by the door. He was very polite and walked me from the car to every ticket office in each of the locations we visited. I was grateful for that because during the trip I was sick and felt light-headed. So light-headed that at the end of the trip I paid way more then it was agreed by the email. The driver looked confused but I went straight to my hotel. By the time I realised my mistake and got out to see if maybe he was still there - he still was! He waited and gave all the money back right away so I could count them correctly this time. I just feel so lucky I chose this company for my day tour and couldn't recommend them enough.
