Great adventure, landscape, and team. We were 5 people (2 adults, 3 teens), and drove around the Mexican mountains and volcanos for around 3 hours. The stop in the village of El Capulin is worth it: Best tacos "Campechanos" I have eaten in 8 months in Mexico. 5/5 would return during the rainy season to try it in the mud. Bring extra clothes and a mask to protect yourselves from the dust.

Highly recommended, we had a great time during the tour with owner Enrique. The whole trip is about 5 hours and they provided pick up and drop off services which is very nice. They have some good atvs, Can am, which made our trip more enjoyable. I will definitely visit this place if I will return to Mexico City.

Excellent experience. The shuttle ride to and from the property is a nice touch. Went with my girlfriend and it was each of our first times riding an ATV. Enrique and team provided training and support, making the three hour trip a blast. Stopped in a small town for tacos and drinks. Enrique and team are good people. This was the highlight of our trip to Mexico City. Enrique was an amazing guide that went above and beyond to make our experience top notch! They picked us up at our Airbnb which was so convenient. This was our first time riding so he gave a nice training session before heading out. My 10 year old son wasnt up for driving at first but he changed his mind half way thru. Enrique then changed routes to accommodate so my son could drive. He took over 60 pics and videos of us riding and sent them to us with no additional charge. The scenery is just absolutely gorgeous in the mountains! I highly recommend this tour if you’re up for a little adventure and want to escape the city for a bit. Thanks Enrique!!

The ATV ride was a lot of fun for those that want some adventure in Mexico’s beautiful landscape while they’re visiting CDMX. The company offered pick-up and drop off, which was nice. The three men operating at the house where the excursion starts were respectful and courteous. I removed one star because of the following: - I purchased the special for (2) people and was told that an extra person would be $110USD or it’s equivalent in MXN, which is $1,888.74. One $1 USD is currently $17.17 MXN. When we arrived, I gave the owner the agreed upon amount and he said that he doesn’t care what the banks trade at because he trades at his conversion which is $19MXN to $1USD. - While we were on the ride, a wheel fell off the ATV. Luckily, it was on a flat section of the trail and no one was hurt. We spent over 30 minutes of our time looking for the lug nuts in the dust to get the wheel halfway back on to drive to a nearby town so that the lug nuts could be appropriately fastened. Funny story to tell because no one got hurt, however, we would’ve appreciated an apologetic gesture for the negligence. - The same ATV that lost a tire kept turning off while driving on the windy road where cars speed through

The trip was a great success. Enrique fetched us from our hotel and drove us to his ranch. After some schooling we were off to our adventure with Edwin. We were two adults and had two children (6 and 8) with us. From the first moment we had a great time and felt perfectly safe. The landscape was amazing and the view from the top of the volcano breathtaking. Enrique and Edwin documented the whole trip with photos. We can certainly recommend this trip to anyone ready for a great day and who has no issues with getting a bit dusty.

This was by far our favorite activity in our CDMX vacation. Enrique was extremely easy to work with, picked us up at our hotel on time, and was flexible if we wanted to deviate from his plans. He will meet you at your ability level and will let you go fast if you’re safe and will keep a slower speed if you’re inexperienced. He is a great guide and happy to talk to you about the city. 10/10 would recommend. I booked through his website and messaged the WhatsApp directly. Would suggest doing this.

What an unforgettable experience! The process was so easy. Enrique picked us up right in front of our hostel which was so convenient. He gave us so many stories and facts about Mexico on the way there and it was so interesting to listen to / learn about. Once we got there, he made us feel right at home! For the actual tour, Edwin was phenomenal. He was truly the best guide and made us feel invincible, even on the toughest parts. The tour was customized for us- to our liking and ability.. WE WENT EXTREME! Though it was difficult in some parts, it was still so much fun and honestly one of a kind. I’m not sure how other tours are going to top this one. Thanks for everything!

This is a must do when in Mexico City. Having been here many times before this experience showed me some of the real Mexico! Enrique and Edwing were very professional. I had only been on a quad once before and just for a short spell so I was basically a newbie! The briefing was excellent and they took time to explain everything. Enrique speaks perfect English and had great patience with us! It was a fantastic thrilling ride through the beautiful Mexican forests and countryside up to about 10,000 ft. Transport to and from our hotel in the city was included as was a cold beer after the ride! Next time we’ll bring some steaks for the bbq!

Enrique, Socrates and Edwin are the best! They took us up to volcano pelado. Incredible views and very fun experience, riding through the Mexican countryside. We were a group of 6 guys from Belize. I definitely recommend this tour for the more adventurous travelers. Pick up was on time and conversation with these three guys was funny, informative and friendly! ATVFORESTAL!!!!

An amazing way to get out of the city and experience the beautiful Mexican countryside… Enrique provided all the knowledge and safety tips to make this a fantastic experience for myself and my 13 year old son. He chose a great route for us out and back to the village of El Capulin. The Can Am Atvs used are quality machines and easy to operate. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this tour… incredible fun from start to finish and Enrique also proved a great insight into the wider Mexican culture.

He was awesome, flexible, knowledgeable. He took us on the route we wanted after picking us up in Mexico City. Felt safe the whole time. I went with an old buddy of mine while traveling, was the highlight of our trip. What an experience, took up a perfect half day. Highly recommended, can’t miss.

If you’re looking for a sign to book this tour do it !! It’s an amazingggggg tour full of beautiful scenery and an authentic feel to the area. Me and my friends were laughing from the time we got picked up to the time we got dropped off. The tour guide leaders are probably the best in Mexico , super information, patient , kind , funny !! Love this tour so much would do it again in a heartbeat.

My teens loved the freedom they were able to have on the atvs after the safety lesson. The views were spectacular too.

BOOK NOW! This was an amazing experience. We have been in Polanco for a while and through this experience we got a chance to see the real New Mexico with a safe and comfortable guide. On top of seeing this beautiful place for all that it is we took the ATV tour and it was amazing as well! I am not a person who seeks thrills and I made it through and was grateful for it. It was not a walk in the park but honestly every scary moment was replaced by views that will stay with you a lifetime. We saw wild horses, sheep, open land for miles, a beautiful friendly town, and nature at its best. Thank you Enrico this amazing opportunity!

i was looking for an adventurous excursion to do with my 20yr old son, (i'min my mid 40's) and we landed on this one. after booking through tripadvisor, atv forestal was immediately in touch to arrange our pickup and answer questions. communication was excellent! tip** download whatsapp for faster correspondance enrique showed up on time for our pickup, and was very nice and made us feel welcome and was easy to talk to on the drive up the mountain. after a quick orientation, and safety training rides around the property, we were on our way. the staff is nice and their property is nicely maintained we opted for the slightly longer tour, up to the top of a dormant volcano and we are glad we did it! views are stunning. the terrain is varied, and enrique is an excellent guide, always making sure we were safe and were feeling good. taking some videos and pictures of us as well overall, we had an excellent experience with enrique and ATV forestal.

Had an amazing ride.... What a great experience, my son and I got to ride for 4 hours- taking trails through the mountain side, through pastoral settings, villages, out to a lake, etc. We could not have asked for more, as a few folks have said this is a must do when you're in Mexico City.
