Driver left 2 persons who went to get proper footwear as recommended, driver left & company refused a refund. Not good customer service.

First time traveling abroad and was a little nervous about my bookings as I didn’t have anyone who could recommend where or who to book with so if that’s true for you here’s a review you can trust! My guide, Alvaro, was FANTASTIC. He was knowledgeable, friendly, well spoken, and detail oriented! Everyone else we interacted with was an absolute gem as well and with such excellent guides I was able to relax and really enjoy my experience! I will be forever sending anyone I know with travel plans their way!

I remember going to buy tour tickets and being totally confused because a lot of things weren’t in English, but Alvaro came to the rescue. He was very knowledgeable and promoted tours professionally and honestly. There’s always a worry from my family members about being scammed, but Alvaro made that worry nonexistent. Thx

The trip was fantastic from the transport to the attractions! Going solo I was able to meet new friends and felt very secure with the crew - my favorite part was the Cenote and atvs! Hector did a fabulous job of booking my excursions and i 100% recommend!!

Angel with Nexus was amazing. He gave me and my family all the information we Needed to make sure our excursions and transfers went smoothly!

It was fun but lots of traffic on the way that’s why i gave it a 4 but after all we had a lot of fun food was good guides are very friendly i love it.

My favourite part of our experience was the ATV’s, very well organised and the route is amazing, they don’t stop every minute and you actually get to go pretty fast! I would highly recommend getting the insurance which is only $15 for a double ATV only because even if you get a puncture they’ll charge you an arm and a leg and it also covers you if you break any bones etc (god forbid). Thank you Angel for all your help throughout my holiday

Atv was fantastic! Very exciting adventure! We also got to swim in a. Cave. Cold but very exciting. Would do this whole trip again!

Fantastic experience 👏 . Definitely would reccomend this excursion. The atv is so fun, please get the vehicle insurance it's totally worth it and keeps you from paying thousands out of pocket. Zip line is very steep steps to get up to them but still worth it We also tried snorkeling in the cenotes and ocean inlets what an amazing experience. If you flying with sunwing and stay at the ocean coral and turquesa ask for Sebastian Caldelas and Paloma Huerta they were very helpful in explaining everything in full detail. Hats off to them !!!

Julio did a great job recommending a day trip that everyone in our group would enjoy. We loved zip lining and riding ATV’s and much was great as well.

What a beautiful experience I had at the Royalton Chic in Cancun. For a last minute getaway, it was the best one yet thanks to Gaby & Patricia for going above and beyond for my friends and I. We had an amazing time on our excursion which was suggested and conveniently setup for us from start to finish. It was professional, fun and safe. Gaby & Patricia also suggested main things to see, where to eat and shop. Everything they recommended was 10/10 and I plan on coming back just because the experience was superb!
