First time ever zip lining. Staff made my wife and I feel very at ease. All staff was attentive and joked and very patient. Off hand there were quite a few guides. Two that I recall were Freddy and Polo. Would definitely recommend this to anyone considering an excursion while in PV.

All very knowledgeable and funny guys!! This package included the tequila tasting, 6 different types and hands down it's the best I've ever had. Kevin the master connoisseur of tequila had amazing showmen ship during the tasting. He truly was a highlight after all the adventuring. I can't emphasize enough how amazing this whole experience was and no doubt the staff is what makes it amazing. Left wanting to go again !!

Amazing experience with Canopy River! My family and I did the RZR Zipline and Mule ride combo. My kids are 11 and 14 and we all had a blast. The ride through the jungle is so fun and we loved the stops are the swimming hole and the vista bar. Then the zip lines were so exhilarating! Our guides Carlos and Rafael were knowledgeable, kind and fun. I really appreciated Rafael’s patience with my younger son when he was scared. He went double with him on a couple lines and that helped boost his confidence. Then wrapping up with the mule ride was the icing on the cake. I also really appreciate that it is a family owned business and they hire mostly workers from the local community. So important! Thank you Canopy River!

We did a comprehensive four hour tour. It included so much fun. There was atv , a waterfall swim, zip lines, mule ride and both drive and walk across the cool bridge. Plus tasting seven tequilas!Includes transport to and from town. And the fun is four hours so the whole outing with transport closer to six. I totally recommend with a few cautions. There are large crowds. Tho they manage them well and move you thru don’t expect any solitude. They drive the atvs fast. It was my first time and I was cautious and left well in the dust with a somewhat reluctant babysitter guide. This is Mexico. Safety concerns not up to us standards. Watch your footing and kids. We booked on a cruise stop and the schedule with the ship schedule was no problem.

Great 1.5 hours of driving through dusty mountain roads, mud pools, waterfalls, huge suspension bridges…Fantastic 4x4 course perfect for the Polaris 4x4 Razr buggies!!! Great fun, great food, great crew!

Spent 7 days in Puerto Vallarta with our family of 10. At the recommendation of our Amstar representative went with Canopy River Park for the zip line/ATV tours and they did not disappoint! Family owned, local business that runs like a well oiled machine. Most did the combo, while a couple stayed back with our 1 year old grandson. The accommodations while waiting were perfect, plenty of shade and a restaurant with amazing and affordable food. The zip line tour was great, the guides hilarious and very safety conscious. There were 11 lines, each more exciting than the next. Heads up, you will be doing some hiking, some pretty difficult. The ATV tour was lots of fun, pretty basic if you are an experienced rider. Would highly recommend Canopy River Park.

The tour guides from the atv ride were great, they helped us throughout the whole ride! Kevin from the tequila tasting was amazing. He went above and beyond to explain each and every tequila that they offered us. He deserves to be promoted, as he is very attentive to all our needs and requests. Thanks Kevin again for the great explanations.

We had a great day on zip lines, mule ride, ATV and swam at waterfall! All staff was amazing: friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and funny! ❤️ We recommend 1000%!

Such an amazing experience. On the ATVs we were with Miso and Alex. They were so sweet. We last minute decided to go zip lining. We were with Marco, Raphael Jerry and Chewy. We were scared at first but the guides were so nice and made us feel very safe and comfortable. We highly recommend!

I did this excursion solo! It was fabulous! The people that I met were genuine, the staff were so kind and enthusiastic. Be aware that the Zipline you do have to hike and it was difficult at times so be prepared for that! Overall worth the money !

Out of everything we did in Vallarta, Canopy River was our favorite. We started with zip lining which had gorgeous views. After zip lining we rode mules back up the mountain. The mules were very calm and gentle. After the mule ride we rode the Razr through the jungle and stopped and swam and did some cliff diving at a beautiful waterfall. We ended with lunch at the restaurant with an amazing view of the jungle, followed by some tequila tasting. I apologize to our tour guides for not remembering everyone’s names, but all of the staff was extremely friendly and fun. They loved to joke with us, and really made us feel welcome. I highly recommend doing the Canopy River tour. It looks like they are building a new hotel up there and I would love to come back and stay at the hotel in the jungle.

The staff were amazing from driver,guides, tequila expert and Restaurant Staff.I did the combo experience which inc driving RZR vehicles over the longest hanging bridge in the world.Then 1 1 ziplines I was nervous but Felix and Valdo put my mind at ease.They were very professional and helpful even carrying my equipment for me at times.The Mules seemed very settled and happy on our journey back to base.As a 50 something year old this experience was very exciting and I also enjoyed the Mexican food ,drinks and hospitality I experienced.The atmosphere on the bus was authentic you could even smell the fragrance of Mexico on route

We had an amazing day with this company! It was a long day full of fun. We got picked up around 11 and took an hour drive to a beautiful mountain town. We had a quick training for the AVTs had an amazing hour plus tour through a mountainous jungle area. We then got back to the main area where got ready for the zip line. (Our atv guides were great but I do not remember names) Our guides Max and M(Miguel? So sorry I forgot his name) were amazing. The ziplines were so fun! There is a LOT of walking— so be ready. The walk back to the main area on mules was fun. My son was terrified of going solo so M squeezed him on the mule with him. We then got back and had a quick dinner before going back. I recommend bringing an extra shirt and some snacks. It was a full busy day. We had a locker to put our backpack in during the activities. They have a great photographer taking pictures the entire TIME! We bought the Zip drive for $120usd(they took visa) I highly recommend this tour. If we ever come back to the area we will come here again. And a special shout out to our driver up to Canoy River. He navigated a school bus size tour bus up some very windy roads. I think it was a manual transmission too. He was a rock star! We asked our kids if their school bus drivers would ever drive this good and they said NEVER :) KUDOS to the driver. Bring cash for tips. The staff works hard :)

This is definitely the most adventurous thing i’ve done thus far! Since this did not include riding ATVs over the bridge, my friend and I basically got a private tour of the area and were able to enjoy riding the ATVs! Also the ziplining was AMAZING. if i could go back, i would! Just be prepared for lots of hiking and very cute mules at the end. Thank you Geraldo & Kevin for the best experience! We definitely commend this experience to anyone visiting and hope we can come again next time too!

All of the guides are kind, funny, and really do their best to ensure that everyone has a great time. They speak both English and Spanish and are accommodating to everyone’s needs. They keep you updated on the plan for the day and didn’t make us feel rushed at all!

This was an amazing experience! The ATV course was altered a little due to rain the prior evening and the morning of, but so much fun. The zip lining crew with Felix was soooo fun, and they made everyone feel very safe. The zip lining course requires hiking, so be prepared.

Amazing workers and activities. My family and I were super happy because the experience was exhilarating and the workers were extremely funny and experienced with what they were doing.
