We were not pick up by driver almost did not catch our flight waited for 35 minutes but our flight was10 am

Driver was on time, pleasant and a very safe driver. He took extra time to make sure he left us at the correct door

My driver texted me on what's app for confirmation and suggestions to make my departure transport a successful one. He was waiting for me when i arrived off of the ship with a sign stating my name. He carried my luggage to the trunk and allowed me to sit in the front with him. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the city. I had no problems getting to the airport on time and he directed me to the point that i needed to be. great job viator! I felt safe with him knowing that i would get to my destination on time. I arrived safely to the U.S.

Driver came on time and was competent and pleasant. No problems getting from cruise port to airport.

This is the first somewhat disappointing review for Viator I have done…although we got to airport ok, was surprised we were meant by a driver that didn’t speak English and instead of a van or nice car it was a taxi cab, also wasn’t sure were to drop us we had to point out.

So glad he as on time and a friendly gent. We made it to the airport in 1 hour, which put us there right on time!

Our driver never showed up. We had to take a cab to the airport. The company has no communication other than a message line after 5 PM and before 8 AM. Therefore there was no way to communicate with them that our ferry was changed when I arrive to pick up the tickets at 9:30 PM. Since this was an overnight ferry we had no driver the next morning at 6:30 AM when we disembarked the ferry. I tried calling the company but all I would ever get is a message line. Drivers from all the other services we used on this trip were aware of the ferry schedules. This company didn’t seem to care enough to get updates themselves. Even in Piraeus, there are not many ferries at 6:30 in the morning.

I thought when I arranged for a private transfer it would be a private car, reasonably dressed driver and a bottle of water. That sais, I got safely and on time to airport in a clean taxi.

We waited over an hour for our transfer. Finally (after 8 phone calls)a yellow taxi showed up with our name on a sign. Driver wouldn't use air conditioning for the 45 minute ride,drove with the windows blasting outside heat on us. He spoke no English, so we weren't sure he knew where to take us! Driver was SPEEDING up to 86 miles per hour! Our large suitcase had to go in the car with us. Just a terrible experience!!

I was really disappointed with your service ! I was on the 17.20 Direct ferry boat on Saturday 27th , and had specifically prepaid for the transfer to guarantee a pick up to the airport . I waited approximately 30 minutes and there was no sign of anyone from your company . I rang the only telephone number I was given (Head Office ) three times which was unanswered

Our driver picked us up on time at the port in a nice, clean, van. The ride to the airport was about 45 minutes. The route went along the water, so nice view of the boats, houses and attractions along what appears to be a very long park. We arrived at the Sofitel Hotel with no problems. That hotel, though a bit expensive, is about as close as you can get to the airport. Just walk across the street to the terminal building and up to the second level for ticketing and check in.

After contracting Viator to change the pick up time, and getting a confirmation of the change we were left stranded. The drive failed to turn up at either the original or revised time. The local travel agent tried to contact the supplier without success and eventually arranged for a taxi service. Overall this event caused a great deal of stress inconvenience and significant additional expense. Very disappointed in the service and will think twice before using this again!
