Driver was great. On time, very knowledgeable and helpful. Pretty cool for a 2:45 pick up. We used Viator several times throughout our vacation and we’re never disappointed.

Driver called 30 minutes prior to scheduled pick up to say he wasn’t picking up. Further stated that he had no one that could pick us up to take us to the airport. Ended up with using Uber I’m Athens. Faster, cheaper and arrived quickly.

Vehicle selected was small for our size of group. Barely enough seat belts and space for luggage. Vehicle was old and had a cracked windshield and the check engine light was on. We were concerned he would even make it to the airport and to top it off her went the back way which had us worried. Communication was sparse, only a word or two. Overall we got there on time and in one piece but the experience wasn’t pleasant.

Made getting to the airport very easy. Driver was early. Comfortable drive to airport. Overall, great service!! Thank you!

With an early pickup (2:45 a.m.) from the hotel, the driver was there promptly and had me to the airport in plenty of time!

We were picked up outside our apartment on time, and with the same driver that dropped us 3 weeks earlier. Very nice driver and got us to the airport in great time. I recommend scheduling drop offs and pick ups through this site!!

Our driver was on time and courteous. Our problem was with the change time rules. Our airline notified us at 3am that our 11am flight was delayed until 1:47pm. We had a scheduled 7am pick-up. We called the service as soon as we knew about the change but they wouldn’t let us change our pick-up time. We had to go to the airport at 7am and sit there for almost 7 hours until our flight time. There isn’t usually a 24 hour notice when flights are delayed and they weren’t flexible at all.
