Our driver was the best, grabbed our luggage and was easy to spot. Got us to our hotel and was very nice to talk with. Recommend them for any transfers.

No show. Left me at the airport at 245am and would not answer my calls or text which were both validated as delivered. Never book this transport unless you want to be faced with a 145€ one way bill.

Our Aegean Flight to Athens from Cairo was 90 minutes delayed. But if you travel by air it’s not unexpected. We departed at 8:25 instead of 7:05. I communicated via the Viator app that our flight was delayed and never got a response. Which surprised me so I texted my WhatsApp number to ensure the operator could reach out to us. Never heard anything. We landed at 11:30 pm or 23:30. Silly me I thought that the operater tracked our flight. Nope We were in the customs line when I had a chance to open the app and see the pick up instructions which said the driver would pick us up at the “arrivals hall by the Vodaphone booth and the driver would be holding a sign with our name”. Ok, I thought, that’s good. We got our bags and dutifully waited….no driver, no sign. I called the operator via WhatsApp and was told that they were sending a “yellow cab” for us and to exit Gate 2 and go to the middle island. Well, THAT was disappointing. Once outside it turned into a comedy of errors. The operator called me back and said he meant to tell us go to “gate 1”. So with three bags of luggage we trudge towards the right gate only to find out we had turned the wrong direction. I called back to confirm and was told to go to “Door 1”. Now I’m really confused and tired. It’s been almost 45 minutes since we got through customs and had our bags. Now, realize that being told a “yellow cab” is coming for you is the same as being in New York because EVERY cab is a yellow cab. I call the operator back and ask how will the cab know us in what can only be described as a sea of people? He texts me a picture of the tags as we walk towards Door 1. But then a second picture comes through with a different license plate. We finally connect with the cab and load in for the 45 min drive to the hotel. I would not recommend. In fact, treat this like Las Vegas, just get in line and grab a cab. There’s hundreds. And you won’t waste time and be frustrated.

They left without us and charged us!!! When we arrived, I texted the operator… I continued to update them that our bags were delayed… no response from them back. It took over an hr to get bags and clear customs. I called to ask where they were and was told he left!! They deal w intl flights all the time. They had my flight info… why didn’t they Chk? Would charge us 30eu to come back. Had to take a crappy taxi for another 50 euros. Not a great way to start a trip. I’ll be calling Amex to rectify this

Great service. We got a little late due to our luggage taking some time. When we came out the driver had a clear sign. He helped us in his car and drove us to the hotel. Wonderful professional driver took out all our anxiety for visiting Athens for the first time

We were taken to the wrong hotel My travel agent call MyTransfer and a “lady” name Aura that claim to be the manager was rude screaming and did not let her talk Finally my travel agent call Viator and I suppose to receive a credit back to my credit card Viator had the right hotel I do not know how we end up at the wrong hotel

As we arrived at the Airport, our driver was there holding a sign with my name. He was very friendly and helped us to the car. The ride to the apartment was very nice and we arrived quickly. I highly recommend this car pickup as they are very efficient!

We arrived at the airport one day delayed, but had reached out to the sub-teir supplier (mytransfers.com) to arrange for the pick up to be one day later. It was confirmed in writing that we were rescheduled for the new date and time. We stood at the meeting point for over an hour after the agreed upon meeting time. Note: we did actually get in early and let the company know that were were already there. They told us in writing and on the phone that they driver would be there at the agreed upon time. We had multiple calls with the company where they told us the driver was there. Unfortuantely, the driver was not at the location. In fact, I even took a video of the drivers in Hall A at Athens airport to document that there was NO ONE THERE TO PICK US UP as witnessed by the lack of a placard with our name(s) on it. After we waited over an hour after the agreed upon meeting time and multiple phone calls we took at taxi to the hotel. The taxi ride took approximately 35 minutes. Once we had checked in and were in our room. So, easily now 90 minutes to 120 mintues after the contracted meeting time I recieved a call from an angry man stating that the driver was now at the airport. He became much more angry when I informed him that we found our own way after an hour of waiting and being told the driver was at the meet up location. All in all on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give this service a -$94.72 as that is how much I am out on the service that was not provided.

It was easy. Driver was waiting for us after picked up bags & exited. He was patient when has to run back In for my son to use restroom. The drive was pleasant from airport. He provided good city insight on the drive to the hotel.
