The guide picked us up from the hotel on time but as we also had to collect other tourists from different hotels we spent about an hour on the bus before arriving at the first beach. However, the guides were correct because they still guaranteed us one hour on the first beach and two hours on the other. Baby beach is beautiful but very crowded which does not allow you to fully enjoy the value of that beach

We waited at the pickup location and they did not pick us up. They said they called us but we have 0 missed calls and had “left 10 mins ago”. We were at the location at that time. They then said we could meet them at the first point but that would be sooo expensive & part of what we paid for so ultimately going to ask for a refund. Not the customer service experience we would expect from a company.

Very good snorkeling spots.

Good but there was no information of the country by the guide

It was nice to visit two different beaches and see a bit of the country in general. There was bad information from the guide. He didn't tell us anything during the bus ride and didn't give any information about the snorkeling. He sat and slept in the bus and was mostly uninterested.

We waited an hour for a pickup for the tour. Because we were in a cruise it shortened our time after to just do some shopping The guides were good. The first beach was not that great. We enjoyed the second stop Baby Beach

Overall, a fun day. Baby Beach was lovely with nice snorkeling. Peter and Erin were very good guides. Our only knock was the amount of time on the bus.

IN the mangroves few fish. On a very pretty small beach and a lot of fish

We enjoyed the trip a lot, a good orientation of Aruba, and 2 snorkeling stops a long way from where we were staying in Noord. Baby beach was the much better stop, and the snorkeling there was worthwhile seeing lots of fish.
