This was my first escape room and will be my last. The booking was easy and went fine. We showed up on time and our room was ready no problem. We did this as a family of 4 @$35/person. A complete waste of $140. We found a few clues and nothing happened, we had to wait till a certain amount of time went by before the clues actually worked or did anything. Obviously you can’t go to fast or the clues will mean nothing. We did everything needed to escape but still failed because the host type the wrong word in for numbers, they typed(rubbers) and said sorry at the end after they opened the door when the 1 hour timer went off. We did everything we needed to and actually stood there looking dumbfounded for over ten minutes and watched the timer count down. Not to mention how cheesy and dingy the theme or locks were. Royal Escape Rooms, have ruined my experience for ever wanting to go to another escape room!!!! Spend your money elsewhere, you’ll be thankful you did!! As a family we would have had more fun putting a 50 piece puzzle together!!

Good experience and the young ladies working there were very polite. Was a great time spent with my son.

We had a blast! It was exhilarating to find the first clue. Also, it was so awesome to work together as a family try solve the puzzles.

It was really challenging but they went above and beyond that to make sure while it was a brain workout it was still enjoyable!!!

We were so close to making it out alive! Had all but one puzzle solved. Great experience first timers. We will definitely be back.

The staff was fantastic. Shout out to John who took as many pictures as we wanted of our whole crew after and told us what we missed when we lost. The room itself had so many puzzles and locks. Very fun room.

What a fun experience for our family. Challenging but more fun than we expected. We actually escaped and the clues were helpful but did not give away the secrets

Having a lot of different puzzles to solve in each room leaves a lot of room for teamwork. It’s different from other escape rooms that have a linear path. Loved the experience got out with a little over 7 minutes to spare on the hardest room.

I was with a group of 7. The game was amazing. They were very helpful. It’s was difficult but fun and exciting. We had a great time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful..had a great time with family..It was so much fun.keeps your mind busy..would definitely go again

Great time! We have older kids so it was good to take them and have something for all of us to enjoy! The only negative I have to say is some item needs repair or replaced!

Our very first escape room. It was awesome!! Kids loved it and so did we. The girl working was super nice and helpful! A must do while on vacation!!

Great experience family really enjoyed the zombie escape room we didn't make it out but still had a blast.

We have done over 25 escape rooms and this was our least favorite. We had no chance. The staff was not attentive. Our group of 6 arrived 15 minutes early and there were already five people in our room who had started the event. The only briefing was a recorded message, not interaction with the staff like most rooms do. When we asked for clues, it took several minutes to get a response. The room was not clean - several extraneous items were on the floor. A key device did not work properly and one of the gloves was unusable.

Me and my wife had fun doing something different! We didn't win but we had fun.you have to pay attention to all the small clues!

The escape room was GREAT!! Had a blast solving the mission!! Will definitely be coming back!! Fun fun fun
