The route was stunning with breathtaking views. Not very extreme. But what made it a wonderful experience was the charming team of guides who combined humor and explanations about the place and were simply wonderful.

Great fun with narrow passes, some good rapids and a beautiful waterfall to swim in. The team ensured we had a great time and some thrills whilst ensuring we never felt out of control. It is a very beautiful area of Greece, quite different from what most travellers associate with the country.

The whole trip was great, the drive there was very smooth despite the winding mountain roads. Vasilis was a wonderful guide, very experienced and knowledgeable. He quickly helped me back into the raft when I fell out. We had a stop to swim and got to see a gorgeous waterfall. The entire trip was breathtakingly beautiful and I was sad for it to end. Worth the drive from Delphi!

This was perfect! The route was msgnificent - both the water as well as the canyon walls and river banks around us. It was fast and rapids enough to be exciting, and also had slower bits which allowed for taking in the beautiful surroundings. Alpine Zone is a well run company. I felt we were in very good hands. All the staff were pleasant and professional.

These are a group of pros, who put safety and security at the first place, as the river was too high on the date of our planned activity. Rafting was cancelled for two days untill finally we could go in to the water. The views are wild down the river and it was a great experience. The Team of guides stopped at a hidden waterfall to take more pictures and all in all, we really had a great time. Thanks Alpine Zone team

My daughter and me attended the rafting while we were traveling in northern part of Greece. The rafting was ordered online one month before and their answer was prompt and included all the needed details to arrive at the rendezvous point (including navigation link). We were taken from that point to the start point and had a great time with our Alpine Zone instructor - Vasilhs! who went beyond to tell us about the region and made all our team integrate thus giving us "team spirit" when rowing while making the whole trip very enjoyable. besides that he gave us a recommendation to a great restaurant in Ioannina which proved to be the best throughout our whole trip! I would definitely recommend taking this experience with Alpine Zone company and especially with Vasilhs!
