Absolutely awful. The lines was so terrible so we could not do anything there...hours to get on a slide... I want my money back!!!

Excellent park. Best day of the holiday. Variety of rides and fun for all ages. Staff were friendly and interacted with us in English. Showers were cold and the changing area and toilets were tired but clean enough. Lockers were 6 euros but that’s all you had to pay all day. You get a code you need to remember. Plenty of space to picnic with your own food. Plenty of free parking. The cyclone has a weight limit. Four people get weighed at the same time and need to be within 90-130 kilos or something like that. Not sure what happens if there’s only 3 of you in the group. Hopefully someone else wants to go with you. There are a lot of stairs to climb for each slide! You will get fit!!! We went last day of the season and got there for opening. Didn’t queue more than a couple of minutes all day. Cyclone had a large queue after a few hours. We did this one first and walked straight on. Rapids are hilarious as everyone just gets stuck!!! Bruised bottoms on the biggest red vertigo slide. Ouchie!!

The waterpark and slides were thrilling and amazing. However, the staff only speak to guests in Spanish and look like they're fed up with their jobs! Also, they expect you to walk around the park half blind, as glasses are prohibited on slides, but don't offer to hold them whilst you ride or allow you to put them in zipped pockets, even though you acknowledge breakage is your responsibility.

Great areas for all adults children most importantly young teenagers who never have a section too small for cool slides and too big for baby areas the best water park I have been in and excellent kind staff very courteous and nothing is too much for them very impressed

The park has many fantastic slides etc. BUT it was so busy that the queues were so long that you barely got on a couple all day !!!!! so we essentially paid 30 euros each to go on 2 slides...

Our day was exactly what we wanted. Brilliantly run plenty of staff. Didn’t have to wait to long for the attractions. Fabulous visit

110% much better then aqua natura! We came here with our boys 13&9 so much more to do with them. They could go on the slides by themselves without having an adult. There is a weight restriction to some slides but it’s around 200kilo mark.. we’re aquanatura was 100! We went on a Wednesday spent the morning at mundomar also excellent then spent the afternoon at aqualandia.. rented a lockers for €6 well worth it as you could go back and forth.. the PIN number is about 6 characters to remember I put it in a note on my Apple Watch so I could remember it as it just on a slip of paper.. we didn’t rent a sunbed but these are also 6€.. you can rent a rubber ring but we didn’t do this as the ques we’re that small we didn’t need too. There was the smallest ques on some slides but soon went down.. quickly It was clean.. but it is salt water Food was basic a little expensive but you can take a cool box with pack up in which we will do next time.. Would 100 recommend this as aqua natura was a waste of money.. we will be back We took our go pro but you can’t use them on the slides.. just incase anyone was planning on taking one..

Good day out, especially with the hot weather here. Plenty for the young ones to do. I loved the lazy river. Slush and drinks reasonably priced. Only issue someone stole my sons flip flops , we'd left them by the sunlounger. Needed them walking around as floor so hot in heat and to walk back to hotel. So had to buy a pair there!

Be aware you will have to pay for loungers ,lockers and rubber rings once you're in , Queues are stupid all day and the water looks dirty..was disappointed...

Nice place but few atractions. The place was very crowded on a Tuesday, main attraction had a cue of 140 minutes. The Mermaid school is a mess. There is nothing that the kids would enjoy. Mine were extremely upset after this adventure. Definitely not recommended.

Aqualandia is a great place if you have children too. They allow you in with your food and drinks,if you dont want to spend the money inside(is expensive though). They have many pools to choose for adults and kids too. The only down thing is that the water is dirty(too many people) and very warm. But it didnt bothered me that much. However, again, way to expensive the ticket.

This is a massive water park with a great selection of slides and activities for all age groups and all levels of adventure. It’s always going to be busy, you are always going to have to queue and any tourist attraction like this is not going to be cheap. Acknowledging this before you go and you’ll have a great day out! Contrary to other reviews we felt it was clean and good value. We had a fun day out and would revisit if we came to this area of Spain again.

We could walk to this from where we were staying so booked tickets online day before.take card as payment card only for everything including sunlougers €6 each and lockers as well as food and drinks.very very busy in August .we managed 3/4 slides only with 2hr plus wait for some.kids ended up spending time in lazy river which isn't great Ima .I wouldn't go again in high season far too busy

After looking forward to bringing the kids here, we were met with a day of insane queue times, bad customer service, and extra charges at every turn! It cost us £125.00 to visit Aqualandia with my wife and our three children. We were charged €9 for a locker as soon as we entered the park. We then learned that if you wanted a sun lounger (with shade or without), you would have to pay €6 each! Then, to add insult to injury, if you wanted a rubber ring for the lazy river it was €11 (€9 + €2 deposit). For lunch we had 2 small pizzas, and 3 hotdogs (standard ones with crispy onions). The hotdogs were okay, but the pizzas must have been cooked 4 days ago, as they were like eating a lion cloth! So, overall lunch cost us €60 approximately (including drinks), couple that with ice creams and drinks later on in the day (€22), it was an insanely expensive affair. As for the slides, we only went on 2 slides as the wait times were incredible! It was literally 2 hours wait to go on Cyclone, and it was 32 degrees today! We’re all burnt to a crisp from queuing for the two slides. So in conclusion, it’s too expensive, too busy, and not enjoyable what so ever, so don’t bother! Your kids would have more fun at the beach with a rubber ring, and you’d save a fortune by doing so. We won’t ever come back.

Overall good rides but had both of my sons sliders stolen and the indoor showers were cold water only and not very clean

This water park is awesome - so much to do! Plenty of areas to eat picnics, sunbathe etc. The teenage boys in our family absolutely loved the slides. Wave pool is great, lazy river is brilliant. Brilliant day out!

Chaotic , way too busy ,waiting up to 2 hours for a ride in 33° heat . Lockers are available everywhere but they issue you with peice of paper with your locker number and a six digit code , how are you supposed to keep that dry , you can also purchase a waterproof phone protector but not allowed to go on slides with phone Expensive but only to be expected Most of all the staff were whistle happy , I know what I wanted to do with them whistles Recommend you take your own food for a picknick etc People putting towels on tables to reserve them I would go again but be better prepared

I purchased a family ticket for me, my wife and my son who is 6. My daughter has just turned 3 and as a result she goes free. Upon entering the park a female member of staff looked at her and stated ‘there is no way she is three show me ID”. Even though I was disgusted by the way she spoke to me, I showered her my daughters passport (which luckily I had a photo of on my phone) to which she stated “that doesn’t have year of birth’ I then showed her that is does as it’s a passport and all passports give a date of birth to which she replied ‘ok then go on’ as if she was doing me a favour. I have followed the rules and paid the correct amount to attend the attraction and to be spoken to like this is a complete disgrace. I will never return and I don’t thing anyone else should.

I am a disabled lady so i wasn’t expecting much activity for myself but we went with our family, i found the wave pool a godsend that was my activity for the day, theres plenty for the younger people to do but it involves a good walk about, you have to pay for sun-beds 6 euros there’s not a lot of shade as only some beds have tiki type umbrellas and as in most places like this the food and drink was well over priced i would suggest taking a cooler box and your own food and drink for the day. we bought multiple attraction tickets 3 attractions all on one ticket one of my daughters paid about 350.00 euros for a family of 4…no queuing if you already have tickets
