First of all, the driver was late for 30min for picking up without notice Everything is money. They don’t allow wearing slippery and force us buy rubber shoes there at 10 euro each If you want photos/ videos, you have to pay 10 euro for a go-pro and 20 euro for photos The guide is very impatient. Keep shouting and urging for everything. But turned out let us waited for 45min under the sun after lunch The guide kept asking us for tips. My husband said giving him 10 euros. Together with 2 drinks (2 euro) and photo (20 euro). Total should be 32 euro. But the guide charged 1400LY on credit card without letting us see the bill and currency! 32 euro should be equal to 1114 ly according to today currency. This makes me feel the guide is dishonest. Finally, the food of lunch is horrible Overall not recommend at all

tried to charge me for safty equipment. I booked via viator all paid for. but when we got there thay started charging peaple £30 each for safty equipment.

We booked through whatsapp with Selin, she was lovely and helped with all queries. The tour was super combo on their website and it was amazing, very flexible, no one screaming with things you can not do. Make sure you bring a change of clothes as the rafting will get you completely soaked. Get waterproof cases if you want to capture the rafting

The day was good, the buggy was fun, zipline was good and the rafting was great fun. Food was ok. Uygar and Selçuk where fantastic in our raft, our daughter fell overboard, everyone was panicking, my daughter screaming, she was around 200 feet away from us in the rapids Uygar and Selçuk, acted very fast, Uygar pulled the raft to the edge and Selçuk put my daughter before his own health he dived off the boat and swam across the river to run upstream, thankfully she appeared after the rapids and I jumped in and swam to her and Uygar helped pull us out, it was all very stressful but these 2 men, are an absolute asset to the company. They arranged a lift to the zipline and restaurant for my partner and daughter. They constantly checked on her, making her feel better and making her laugh. All the people we met on the day where lovely, and again all checked in to see how my daughter was, we made some nice friends. My only issue was there was alot if waiting around and a bit on confusion at the start meaning we started alot later, and that's why I haven't given this a 5 star.. we understand it's rafting and people fall in all the time, this was just a panic with my child being only 8 and getting stuck in the rapids.. again, these 2 men I can not praise enough. And I do hope this gets back to them.

The trip itself was amazing. The team at the rafting place was absolutely great. They took very good care of us and we had so much fun! The communication with the booking agency was great as well. But we did book the trip and they weren’t able to pick us up from the hotel so they send us a meeting point. We waited there for an hour and texted with a person from the agency because the driver couldn’t find us. Finally they had to cancel our tour but did give us a coupon for the next day. They were really nice and very accommodating.

The tour was so great, thank you so much 😊 We enjoyed everything, tour is so organized starting from pick up from hotel, buggy, rafting, zipline and lunch were so good. These were unforgettable experiences. War ein gelungener Tag mit viel Abenteuer und Spaß. Buggy war nur etwas "ruhig" da wir in kollonne fahren mussten und öfter angehalten sind. Zipline war Ok. Rafting selber hat richtig Spaß gemacht mit Abkühlung zwischendurch. Danke an Ipek für die Beratung Für den Preis braucht keiner meckern.

Super expérience ! La journée s'est très bien passée mais nous avons deux conseils : apportez vos boissons car elles sont payantes et non comprises dans le repas (eau en suffisance) et un sac hermetique pour le téléphone. Enfin battez vous pour monter sur un quad car il n'y en a pas suffisamment par rapport aux buggy (nous avons pu trouver une solution et avoir un buggy par personne alors que nous avions réservé des quads).
