The rafting experience was really good, the instructors were amazing, and it was a lot of fun. However, the management of the tour was absolutely awful, I had to sit for 45 minutes to get to the zip line, because they just stopped asking people to come forward after inviting a small bunch. The pickups were late without notice and the was absolute chaos segregating people over

I waited from 0830 outside my hotel (I was told the transport would turn up at 0850) At 0915 I messaged the tour operator stating my location and that I was still waiting. They responded immediately to let me know the transport would be there in five minutes. I continued to wait another 30 minutes and messaged again. The tour operator then told me they had already been to the hotel for pick up, I wasn’t there and he was sat next to two guests from the same hotel. I wasn’t one of those guests and my picture was on display during my WhatsApp interaction with the tour operator yet he didn’t notice I hadn’t got on the bus that didn’t arrive. I was then made out to be in the wrong even though I approached every driver that approached the hotel. To add insult to injury, I was travelling alone, it was my birthday and I’d cancelled plans the night before the trip because I was up early for this trip. All in all - shocking experience.

I loved the buggy and zipline especially. Rafting was good too, but i feel that the buggy experience was too short (30) and rafting way too long (about 2h, with a break in between). Would have been better if rafting was less time and buggy was longer.

The trip was amazing. All very well organised and well managed. The staff were very experienced and friendly. Pick up and drop was on time. Overall a wonderful experience.

Had a fab time, it was a long drive so we got to see what Antalya countryside was like. My daughter got scared in the raft and they made it lively and she felt comfortable and had fun. Would definitely recommend.

Rafting Zipline and quad bike was an amazing experience but the drinks that were served were very expensive the food included in the package was cold and chicken was hard as a rock and what spoiled the entire experience at the end of the trip was when the tour guide started to beg for a tip amount of their own choice which we found very disrespectful.

The experience was really amazing , a whole memory experience especially like the zipline i was extremely scared but with encouragement from Malik the tour guide no words can describe how amazing he was really funny and explained everything really well he made sure everyone was looked after and especially the journey it self was fun with staffs like vini they made it really enjoyable

The customer service throughout the day was amazing and they were always willing to help. It was the highlight of our holiday! We have even already recommended this specific service to our other friends currently visiting Alanya. River rafting was absolutely amazing and a lot of fun. Our guide APO was so upbeat and funny. He made our group laugh so much. It was great meeting people from around the world.

10 out of 10 experience. I went with my friends and it was absolutely brilliant. The staff were entertaining, happy, and clearly enjoyed what they are doing. I would like to give a special mention to Kaxa and Malik who went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having fun. Malik was cheerful, welcoming, and made jokes from the moment we arrived. Kaxa was good vibes, funny, and entertaining during the rafting. The activity was definitely inclusive for all and everyone had a good time! I would recommend bringing your own frozen drinks and snacks as they do sell drinks and snacks at many points but they are certainly overpriced e.g. 90 lira for a can of coke.

Rafting was great. Our guide (Hussein) was great. Very friendly and down to earth. He make the experience extra special. The Zipline and Quad were not anything special. The only bad experience was that it took the pick up bus 3 hrs to go and 2:30 to come back for an experience that only took 4 hours. They had too many stops.

Honestly speaking the experience was okay. Personally the quad biking was a bit meh. The drivers kept going slow to take pics to sell you for 10€ later. Which was annoying. No overtaking as well felt like a kids going on a school trip with their teachers on their heads. The quality of the quad bikes and buggies were extremely bad. The vehicles, especially the one we had, was severely done out. Once we had to stop because of the smoke coming out of other people’s buggies. Our quad bike couldn’t go up the steep which was hilarious but also sad. The zip lining was also quite childish. We expected good mountain connecting zip line. But we were disappointed to see that the zip line was barely 700 meters high making our feet almost hit people below us. Very average experience and not worth the money. River rafting is what makes the experience bearable but they have set this up in such a way that you have to paddle for so long. You will get hungry and thirsty on the way. The breaks are set up in between with drinks priced at 3€ and overpriced crepe. Me and my partner ordered 3 crepes and 2 drinks which were very average and were charged almost 700 liras which seemed unreasonable and overpriced. The included lunch was also horrible. It was cold, lacked variety of options and food barely had any taste. The staff also purposely push people off the boat while cameras approach to catch your attention and make money out of these moves later on for their final video ( which is €30 btw!!!) To end the day, you have to wait for about an hour to see your overpriced pictures. After that you have to sit down and watch an advertisement for their movie with the obnoxious music playing. You’re also not allowed to look at your pictures or take pictures of them through your phone unless you buy them and these pictures. Staff will dance very awkwardly to the music if you go don’t miss this as it is kinda cringe and funny at the same time. Overall the experience of rafting is around 6/10. The pushy behaviour of staff to overcharge everyone is what made the experience so much more worse. People who don’t have an idea about such scams fell for it and ended up paying €30 for a mediocre quality video. Everything else included is not worth it.

Mete was very good, he got us to and from the location nicely and the experience was worth every penny! Would deffo go again
