First hour was good Went through the town of Annecy and saw a lot Did not learn about the history of the town, but the town is beautiful. I take these chores to learn something. The second hour was following path along the creek I got bored Nothing to learn First time ona Segway is easy to learn. Feet Got tired of just standing though I find riding a bike or walking easier.

We were fortunate to have a wonderful warm, sunny day. Kekoa adapted our t our to best accommodate the busy town on this particular day. Kekoa’s instructions at the start were clear and she was very aware of our skill level and needs. A really fun way to to do a tour whilst developing new skills!

We went on this Segway tour which was supposed to be a nice experience but we were unlucky to have an intern from Italy as our guide and his name is Andrea. He was rude and a racist. The rest of the staff there was friendly and courteous.

Our guide Kekoa was very kind and attentive, the Segway’s are easy to use although I did fall because I didn’t manage the wide tires fitting through the pedestrian crosswalk blocks very well but I was able to finish the tour, especially since our guide was so patient. It’s a bit scary to drive around with a lot of people walking and when the sidewalks are wet from the rain. All in all, it was an exciting experience.

This was one of the highlights of our entire trip. Loved segwaying through this beautiful town! 1st time segwaying = was easy to learn! Thank you so very much

We were two couples traveling through Annecy wanting to learn a bit more about the city. Our fabulous English speaking tour guide. Andrea was very engaging. Our group was eight people, our two couples were English-speaking, the other two couples were French speaking. Andrea did a wonderful job of explaining everything in both languages. It was quite fun zipping around both the waterfront and the old city on the Segways, a first for all of us. We did the two hour tour.

Very fun way to see Annecy! Our tour guide spoke English well, gave some great tips, and provided a safe route for us to explore!

We had a fun time seeing Annecy on Segway. Our guide Zoe was very knowledgeable and pointed out many interesting things we would not have noticed or known without a guide. The day was a bit windy and light rain but it didn’t stop us from having a great time. Our 2 hour tour started with riding along beautiful Lake Annecy with views of the mountains. This is easy riding and a good way to get comfortable with using a Segway. We continued into the old town, then along the canals in less busy areas. The Segway is easy and fun to use. Anyone can enjoy it.

Great experience and much fun needed to explore the city or Annecy. The tour guide was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended. Segways were in great shape.

Booked this exciting tour for a surprise present and it worked. What a fun way to see the town and the outskirts. Booked for 2 hrs and it was just perfect. Very easy to use it, following a couple of minutes of instructions. Recommended way of travelling around and seeing things, which you can then revisit in your own time. Guide was good and spoke fantastic English. Would do again for the fun aspect!!

I’ve never really seen the attraction of Segway but having done the two hour tour with Caroline wish I had tried it years ago. They are great fun and really easy to ride. Two teenagers with us who both loved it and would have happily carried on all day. Caroline was a great guide on what was a beautiful but very busy day in Annecy.

This is my third year in a row doing this tour and it is always a lot of fun. Nice tour leaders with. Lot of knowledge about Annecy. Worth a try.

We booked the segway tour as a great way to see Annecy whilst having fun. It really was one of the best things we have done. The weather was glorious and that helped the overall experience. It takes 30 secs to learn how to ride the segway and 5 mins building up your confidence, practicing control, then you are set. The guide who took us around was a young lady and very knowledgable (as you would expect), but had a really friendly demeanour and was a joy to have as our guide. I really recommend this experience.

Our guide, Vincent, was very patient with us as we were new to riding the Segways. He was informative on the tour and the equipment was good. There was a safety briefing to begin and everything ran to time. Basic knowledge of French would be useful to make the most of the commentary.

This was an excellent tour to explore Annecy - we got to see so much more than we would have just walking around. Our guide Marilyn was excellent 5*, she gave the tour in Eng and French, she was very reassuring and safety was a key priority. We were a family of 4 with two children aged 12 and 14. The Segway was easy to master after a short while, we all really enjoyed this trip and would highly recommend to others. No negative points to this tour at all the only complaint was from the children as they didn't want it to end. Thanks Marilyn for showing us Annecy in a fun and original way!

Highly recommended as a must to due when you are in Annecy. I did this last yer but the tour this yer was even better. You have a lot of fun and learn about Annecy.
