I booked the trek to Annapurna Base Camp with Alpine Ramble and can 100% recommend the organizer. The customer service was great from start to finish! I had food poisoning and Dil was able to spontaneously postpone my trek until I got better without any problems. Even as a solo woman traveler, I always felt safe and comfortable with my guide and porter. A big thank you to Alpine Ramble for this indescribable experience!

If you're looking for the best Himalaya or Everest trekking company, Alpine Ramble is the one I highly recommend! From preparations before our flight to Nepal, when we arrived at Kathmandu to the trekking days and even until our flight back home, Alpine Ramble was incredibly helpful and attentive. They were always prepared for any circumstances that arose during our trek. Our guide, Krishna, was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, funny, and incredibly helpful. Krishna always had a plan and a solution for any issues that arose. Our porters, Ram and Min, were also incredibly helpful, friendly, funny, and strong. We'll miss you guys! Special thanks to Dil, the founder of Alpine Ramble, who planned and managed our trip from start to finish. Dil was always available whenever we needed him and for any questions we had. I highly recommend Alpine Ramble for anyone planning a trek to the Himalayas or Everest.

My friend and I went on this trip without much planning, but Alpine made it very easy for us. Dil has been very polite, helpful and responsive. He provided many detailed advice to clear our doubts. He also arranged everything for us, from the trekking schedule, trekking gears, accommodations during the trek and all the private transportations between airports and hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara. The trekking trip was also an amazing experience. We were grouped with two similar aged trekkers and we had a lot of fun trekking together. Our guide Ayush and his team were also extremely helpful. We felt like we didn't do anything but walking and enjoying the tremendous view. On top of guiding and taking care of our baggage, they also arranged and personally served all the meals during the trip, helped us with recharging, wifi, pictures, etc. We couldn't have finished the trip without them. Last but not least, the ABC trekking trail itself is definitely worth visiting. Maybe we were lucky with the weather but the view we saw all the way from Himalaya to MBC and ABC were one of the most beautiful sceneries I have seen. We were exposed to spectacular snow mountains, waterfalls, rivers, glaciers, rocks and stars at night. The world became so quite that we could only hear the birds singing and the river streaming. It was a great escape from the hustle and bustle from the city.

Highly recommend Alpine Ramble for organizing your trek in Nepal. They are right in the sweet spot where affordability meets outstanding service. Dil put together a customized private trek for my friend and I and he handled all of our many questions prior to my arrival in Nepal. Our trek was the ABC trek with Poon Hill (9 days) and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. It was a tough trek but thanks to my guide Basanta and porter Gabe I was able to complete it. Basanta handled all the logistics and made sure that I had everything I needed, his service was excellent. He has extensive training and knowledge of the mountains - I felt very safe and secure at all times. Gabe carried all my extra gear with positivity and endless energy (and even served as guide and porter for part of a day when my friend had to take a jeep back down when she got sick). I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodations during the trek (Basanta somehow booked us the nicest rooms) and I found it convenient that the meals were already included (not the case with other trekking companies). The equipment provided by Alpine Ramble was high quality. I am planning to use Alpine Ramble again for my next trip.

We had a very good experience with Alpine Rambler at the end of March. Especially our guides Iman and Saila were humble, kind, and took very good care of us always worrying if all was ok. Food was good on the way and sleeing arrangements as well. The trek was 5 days to ABC and whereas we were very lucky especially with the good weather, the trek is demanding but highly higly worth it. Overall the infrastructure to ABC and the route definitely worth it! Highly recommended the trek and Alpine Rambler and special thanks to Saila and Iman again! Thank you

This is my 1st time doing mountain trekking. We are a big group of 15 person with the age from 12 to 55 of consist of friends and family. The trekking schedule is: 16th to 23rd February 2024. With great arrangement and support from Alpine Ramble Mr. Dil. We all is safely complete the journey from arrive and leave Nepal. Dil clearly share the whole trip information to us and arrange everything well in order. It is a trip I will never forget. The amazing scenery, joy, fun, chat, local stories, tears, bad weather, Altitude Sickness, avalanche and unpredictable scenarios. All of us manage to reach the MBC point but only 7 manage to reach ABC point. On the morning conquering ABC, we almost have to cancel to hit ABC due to weather is extremely bad. Thank god after waiting for hours. Our chief guide Laxman gave us green light to go. Special thanks to our Chief guide Mr. Laxman, Assistant guide Mr. Nir and Mr. Subash and 8 porters (Alish@dancer; Ramx2; Saila; Jack; Arjun@selfie king; Hom & Gagan…. and Muna. I had become their ‘somde’ 😄). They always try accompany and check everyone condition despite our different pace during trekking. Laxman is a great leader. He guide to make sure the whole team safety and hospitality. Always check on everyone condition. Every evening after dinner when he gave briefing. He like the army Commander speaking to his troops. Walking up and down, loud and clear! Like we always watch in the movies. 😄 Nepal mountain trekking was a very amazing experience. We had plan to challenge EBC and for sure will liaise with Alpine Ramble Dil and Laxman again.

What an experience. Nepal and the mountains are special, beautiful, friendly people and an experience like no other. From beginning to end Dil, and Ayush and Galli took great care of our family, from landing to departure, guiding and making sure we had a memorable adventure in Nepal’s amazing mountains, as well as customising our trip to give us a few days to explore on our own. Our family will never forget the experience, and the service from Alpine Ramblers is too notch. Everything is planned and prepared, and the team are always looking out for you to have a great time. The hike is really special and can even be done by a young child. Thank you Alpine Ramblers

I did Annapurna base camp trek from 27 Feb to 4 Mar (including orine rest day that I requested). Special thanks to my guide, Prasan bhai, and porter, Dil bhai. Without them, the trek wouldn’t be successful. They attended to my needs in every way. They took well care of me when I was having high altitude sickness. They showed exemplary hospitality through and through, from the first encounter at Kathmandu airport, from all the way of the trek, to the final goodbye at the farewell dinner. Prasan is an experienced and professional guide. He explained the views, the culture, the stories behind the scene, and the upcoming path to tread to me in details. He arranged every logistics coherently. He was also very flexible in adjusting the itinerary with me. It was a pleasure to do the trek with him.

We were at first very nervous for the trek, however after meeting with our guide Laxman and porter Silah they had instantly made us feel reassured and comfortable. It was a challenge and such a rewarding experience and 100% worth the outcome. Laxman made us feel at home checking up on us and giving us the best advice. He never pushed us past our limit and always went with our pace, we highly recommend him as a guide to making it to the base camp. Silah is a legend of a porter was always very respectful and catered to our needs, his service was top notch. Our time with Alpine Ramble has been nothing but amazing for us.

What a wonderful crew for a first timer at Nepal doing the ABC trail! We are a group of 15 from Malaysia, age ranging from 11 to 55 years old. Dil, Laxman, Nir, and Subash who lead a team of 8 other porters have given us a truly unforgettable life experience! Despite our different speed and challenging weather conditions, the team made sure that we're all well taken care of, offering us help and support all the way. And most importantly, they served us truly from the heart. It was so much fun along the entire journey, getting to learn about their personal stories, their culture, their music, and dancing along to the Gurung music as we celebrated our victory of getting to ABC successfully. Laxman, our head guide was a true leader, not just for us the tourists, but also for his team members. We had an enjoyable and safe journey despite coming at the end of winter with unpredictable weather, heavy snow, avalanche warnings, and multiple altitude sickness cases all thanks to his lead and care. I will highly recommend Alpine Ramble for anyone who's interested in using their service! Nepal won our hearts because of these guys, can't wait to be back again soon!

Trekking has never been my favorite activity, especially trekking through snow-covered landscapes! Yet, despite all the challenges, I managed to reach MBC, and most importantly, I returned in one piece! Although I didn't manage to make it to ABC, but 7 of our group members did make it to the top! The incredible team from Alpine Rambles, led by Laxman Gunung, made this achievement possible for me. I am deeply grateful to Dill, Laxman, and his team members who stayed with me whenever I fell behind. Their unwavering support and encouragement kept me going through it all. Our group of 15 people is genuinely thrilled with the team, and we are already planning to return next year for our EBC trek with them. In the meantime, take care, everyone! You guys are amazing!

"My father (66) and I (34) had an unforgettable trek with Alpine Ramble Treks last October. Guide Tek and porter Hom ensured our safety and comfort with exceptional professionalism, enhancing our adventure. We completed the 10-day journey (Annapurna base camp + Poonhill) with determination, thanks to their unwavering support and care. Alpine Ramble Treks exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them for an incredible trekking experience! We're grateful for the unforgettable memories created on this remarkable journey."

We did the hike with our guide, Amar, and our porter, Elis. 💜 The best team that complemented us on this trip that we decided at the last minute. 💜 We arrived at the Alpine Ramble office very late at 7:55 p.m. (the agency closed at 8 p.m.) to find out about the ABC circuit. Dil and his partner (I don't know his name, but he was the one who gave me the push to decide to do it with his patience), took excellent care of us. They were very patient in explaining the route to us, and answered all our questions, especially mine, because I didn't know if this route was for me, since I walk very little on a daily basis. They even offered to start the trip from Jhinu Danda to make the trek easier for me. Thank you both for that! About Amar, our friendly guide, upon arriving in Pokhara, told us which clothes and footwear were appropriate for the trip and had the good gesture of accompanying us to buy everything we needed, suggesting what was best, (this at night after 12 hours in the bus from Kathmandu). During the walk he was always very patient with me, telling me to go slowly and carefully, that was priceless for me because I am very slow and I never felt pressured to follow another pace. He helped me at times when it was difficult to climb due to the amount of snow there was and he made the most beautiful walk for us with his songs sung a cappella 💜. Elis, our porter, a loving young man, who was always attentive if we needed anything, with an honest smile and his pleasant voice, who also accompanied us and made our hard walks more beautiful. I hope that Elis will be a guide one day. We got sick because there was bad weather, for this reason, to take care of our health, we made the decision to return from Deurali (3200 meters). The truth is that we knew we were capable of reaching ABC, despite the terrible snowfall, but we prioritized our health. Amar was very respectful of our decision, he told us that we needed to think carefully about it, but that if we felt really bad, our well-being was a priority. We are sure of the decision made because the next day the snowfall continued and was stronger. Thanks to the entire team, Amar and Elis (the best singers in the mountains), we will always carry you in our hearts ❤️ Lía y Rodrigo

We went trekking with Krisna and Nir as a guide and a porter. We had a good time with them. They have done their job well. Only if you have more time, I would recommend more than 5 days trip.

We had a wonderful time throughout the trek. Our guide Prasan and our porter Alish were very kind and attentive to us. Thanks to them, we felt safe throughout the walk. We appreciated their good humor. The organization of our trek was perfect. Prasan welcomed us upon our arrival at Kathmandu airport. Dil, the boss of the company took the time to meet us at our hotel to give us all the information useful for our trek. We highly recommend Alpine Ramble Treks to discover this beautiful country in complete safety. A big thank you to Prasan and Alish for sharing all these emotions with us!

We were 2, with a guide and a carry. The service was great with Dill (the agency boss) and Sagar (our guide) going out of their way to accommodate us. They remained very flexible on our requests and problems with transports. The trek was stunning despite the weather being rainy 5 out of the 6 days. That made the walk a little tedious at the higher altitude, and rewarded well equipped people. On the bright side, all the waterfalls were running full capacity and the show was amazing. Our guide was very nice, adapting to our pace without a problem. He was also a good photographer (that will reassure any girlfriend stressing about her boyfriend's picture capabilities in that wild environment). Our filtering water bottle was the item of the trek, allowing us to refill in any stream we came across. The trek was crowded without it being uncomfortable. Coming through an agency allowed us to climb up with a peace of mind, without having to manage the bookings every night. We came across groups that had to turn around before reaching the top as the last refuge was fully booked.

It was a great experience in the himalayen mountains. We enjoy a lot our trip with our guide Prasan and our Sherpa Alish. The both are young and so kind. They were very attentive to us and we felt perfectly safe. The Annapurna sanctuary is a unique emotion and we just recommend Alpine Ramble Treks. Everything was well organize.
