The hike was perfect. Vanina was a delight of a guide. The drive from Mendoza was gorgeous. The hike was demanding but not difficult or technical. The high altitude (3000m +) meant we had to take it slow. We saw so many animals and the lunch was delicious.

We 100% recommend this tour! The hike was certainly challenging, but our guide Fernando was fantastic. His knowledge and energy/passion was incredible and the scenery was top class.

My wife and I hiked with Pablo in the Andes. It was a great and extremely memorable experience. Pablo was extremely thoughtful and professional. Traffic was challenging because of construction and we always felt safe because he was a very cautious driver. Pablo made us a delicious lunch on the top of our hiking summit at over 11,100 feet. we had a great Andes day hike with Mati! He kept us at pace and took us a through a lovely valley in Cordon Del Plata, with lovely views at the top. The lunch picnic was substantial at the top! Well worth the $

Absolutely worth it, we loved every second of our hike! We had an amazing time with Vanina as our guide. She was nice, easy to talk to, supportive and very knowledgeable. She accommodated our group's needs without any problems and got us all excited to start planning our next adventure. Joaquin was great while booking our reservation, I had a good feeling about the tour from the start. This was the best experience we had in our vacation through Argentina!

Joaquin and Vanina at Destino Montaña organised an excellent day trekking up the Cerro Arenales and Lomas Blancas for us. We were picked up from our hotel in Potrerillos and then a short 60 minute drive to Vallecitos where we met our outstanding guide Vanina. Vanina speaks very good English and was able to easily describe the safety plan, the mountain, vegetation and region for us. She also provided a wonderful lunch high up in mountains. We highly recommend Destino Montaña for anyone who wants a great adventure of trekking and mountaineering.

This hiking tour in the Andes was outstanding! Starting with the good communication and prompt pickup, through delivery at day’s end, the tour could not have been more perfect. We loved our guide Vanina: she was so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable and she planned an excellent day of photography and hiking that was tailored to our specific needs - plus a great lunch that we had mountainside. She is an amazing mountain guide who clearly has a love and passion for her work. Regarding the hike itself, it was appropriately challenging and we were able to see and feel the splendor of the Andes, especially stunning with light snowfall. It was an amazing day with Pablo. I have almost no experience on trekking and he helped me all the way through, giving me confidence and valuable tips. I strongly recommend as part of a trip to Mendoza

We had a wonderful hike experience with Pablo. He took great care of us. He speaks good English and he made us a lovely lunch at the peak of the mountain! We recommend him! He even took some nice pictures of us and he took care of me when my knee hurt

We had a perfect day in the Andes with Vanina. After the pickup directly at my Airbnb in Mendoza center we headed towards the mountains. On our way to the beginning of the track we chatted and discussed logistics. After some alignment, we decided to go for the tougher option of the possible hikes, which lead us over three peaks (Andresito, Arenales and Lomo Blanca). We really enjoyed the hike and the delicious food! Vanina also told us a lof of interesting things about the area and told us that we might even see Kondors or Guanakos - and before we reached the last peak we saw several of both, also up close. We were stoked! That was an additional reward for the hike. On the last peak, Vanina served us a delicious lunch and even a small dessert and coffee! After the delicious food we enjoyed the view some more and headed down. We all had a very amazing time and can really recommend the Cordon del Plata hike with Vanina!

Had a fantastic day hiking in Cordon del plata with Vanina. We had planned to walk to Confluencia but the park had delayed opening. Joaquin had been great with communication beforehand so we knew that was possible. Was just me and my husband. The hill was amazing, great views. We had planned to walk up 3 peaks but at the top of the 2nd we decided to have a more leisurely lunch and not do number 3. Whilst not a hard hike the 3000+m makes it challenging if not accustomed to the altitude. Lunch was beautifully prepared and we had a lovely lunch in the sunshine whilst a condor circled closely overhead. Vanina was very patient with me practising my Spanish with her. Already thinking about when we can come back and do another trek!

Vanina was an amazing guide for this terrific and beautiful hike. We climbed from 10,000 ft to 12,000 feet over about 3 miles on a beautiful late winter day. She brought up a beautiful picnic for us to enjoy before heading back dow. Spectacular views, jack rabbit, guanacos and great company!!! A highlight of our travels for sure.

Had such as great time hiking the Andes with Vanina! The Cordon Del Plata area is breathtaking! This hike was great in that it wasn't a simple car tour with a stop to take photos. This was a real hike where you had to put in some work to attain the awesome views of the nearby peaks (the tallest I've ever seen!). Saw several condors which was really special (largest birds in the world!). This hike was informative and felt personal, given the small group size. Vanina was very knowledgeable of the area as she has spent many years in these mountains. The lunch she packed for us was delicious. Thanks again! Highly recommend.

This was a perfect day that we will remember forever. Our guide Joaquin was deeply committed to providing the best experience based on what we were looking for. He was knowledgeable, friendly and balanced our desire to do lots of walking with our abilities. He provided a great lunch too. If we could give this more stars we would.

We hiked with Vanina and had a perfect day. She was lovely, professional, on time, a good driver, cared about our adjustments to altitude and the cold. She helped us with photos for memories and layers for warmth. I would recommend this to anyone with a reasonable fitness level for walking or climbing stairs - it wasn't challenging for us as long distance runners and cyclists. These guys are running a fantastic company, cannot recommend enough!

Joaquin from Destino Montaña is an awesome guide: super knowledgeable, kind, and patient and a great conversationalist. In three words: re buena onda. The hike is moderately challenging, but I think very accessible for all fitness levels. And the views from the peaks are tremendous. We saw a whole bunch of guanacos and a few condors overhead. The lunch is a great picada and Joaquin is a master of mate. We sipped mate the entire car ride back to the center of Mendoza.

Thanks to Joaquin for organising such a great trip. We were picked up promptly at the time agreed and drove out to the Cordon del Plata. Joaquin made a huge effort to inform us about the local landscape and climate as we drove and we got to see some beautiful scenery. On arrival we did two smaller peaks in order to acclimatise to the altitude and he provided snacks - we also saw Guanacos and Condors. After making sure everyone was comfortable and checking our fitness we ascended to 3650 metres and saw some amazing views. He then provided a lovely home made lunch with home cooked bread and local cheese.
