We pre-booked this on our visit to Amsterdam in April 2024. After a bit of research and reading reviews, it was suggested rather than going for the tours that were on smaller boats rather than the bigger ones from Central area. Im not sure if our expectations were higher, or if the damp weather made us decide otherwise, but the tour felt, average. There was a host on board, made a few jokes, which kept the atmosphere light, but it could have been better if we were informed of the route that we were taking. They pointed out the quirks and different things in Amsterdam along the route, which was good. One canal tour would be enough, however, I am not sure if we were missing out on anything or if we expected something more. Something to be aware

We had an amazing time, our skipper Sebastian and guide Rose were phenomenal and definitely knew their stuff about the city! The hour flew by too quickly, we'll definitely be joining for another tour the next time we're in Amsterdam. Dankjewel!

Had a wonderful cruise on the canal with Flagship. Had originally wanted to go with another company but I was too late in organising and booking them. They were a very small boat and fully booked. I asked them who they would recommend and they told us Flagship. Very happy we took their recommendation. We went on a 10-30 am trip. The boat was lovely and clean and easy to board with the skippers help. So glad we went with a personalised type guide rather than those big boats with just audio. The skipper was funny and informative and really made the trip. You get to see a lot in the one hour and price is very reasonable. There is also another guide who makes drinks etc. we did not have any so no comment there. Loved the open boat as you can see so much.

It was great. I only wish they had a small PA so we could hear the captain. Very good time. The crew was knowledgeable and pleasant

The scheduled cruise was already 20 minutes late with no boat in sight. We had to leave or we would miss our next scheduled activity. No refund was offered.

Very disappointed in the overall experience. The lack of knowledge of tour guide made the hour experience non memorable. When asked questions on several occasions the tour guide recommended “Googling” for answers. The questions were simple and basic to information about Amsterdam.

Very friendly team and service, everything as promoted and promised before. Thank you for a really beautyful Amsterdam tour with stunning views of Amsterdam from the canals.

The tour started an hour late and we were given 10 minutes notice of this . We were booked for 11 and were then told 12. Then the 12 0’clock boat was full so I had to explain that we had a museum booked straight afterwards. They had to go and get the boat cushions after Kings Day . It was rather a shambles and not a luxury boat as described. The young lady sorting out the chaotic queue was amazing and will go far in life ! The young lad doing the commentary was also very good . It was sad that our boat was surrounded by floating rubbish- mainly glass bottles and food packaging. The views were beautiful.

It’s a lot prettier when the sun is out and it’s not cold but well worth the experience even if it does seem a little touristy. The guide and captain are also funny and knowledgeable.

We had a long enough layover in Amsterdam to get into the city for a bit. If you only have time to do one thing in Amsterdam, take a canal cruise! The boat was very nice and the tour staff were very welcoming. We did not opt for the wine and cheese portion, but it was still worth it!

Amazing hosts and it was fun. The boat was an open one and the hosts were friendly and telling stories around Amsterdam. Must try one!

Guides were personable storytellers. Answered lots of questions, poured cocktails, and engaged us with upbeat conversation throughout the trip. Easy to find right in front of the Rijksmuseum

Sofia, Nino, and Albert were awesome! We are all still talking about it. They were friendly and fun while educating us about Amsterdam. Would recommend them highly! They are Lekker Ding! Your friends from New Amsterdam.

We started our visit with this canal cruise and greatly enjoyed it. Well-managed and seasoned pilot made the difference, providing wonderful historical anecdotes.

It was a lovely day and the tour guide was really lovely and funny, it would have been 5 star if they didn’t try to cram as many people on the boat as possible. I assumed if you had a ticket you’d get on but they also was letting other people and got them to pay for the ticket on the boat. Should definitely stick to a certain amount. I was pretty much sat on some poor sod’s lap

second time doing a tour with flagship. 10/10. It‘s a super fun experiences every time. From the staff to the bot ride itself. Enjoyed it a lot.

Courteous, knowledgeable staff, quick trip, comfortable boat. They moved fast enough to be interesting but slow enough to enjoy the sights

Nice boat, guide and tour. We’ll organized. My only comment is that the guide should have a microphone so everybody can hear him/her. Also, the boat should hold less people. There is no extra space at all between all guest seated. I saw other boats were passengers looked more comfortable.

What a great way to see the city. Much better than the huge tourist boats, friendly and entertaining crew and a relaxed , informal trip.
