Our evening canal cruise was awesome. Pablo and Aleesia were great guides! They were funny amd knowledgeable. We would highly recommend it. We booked withput the wine and cheese but were able to add it after boarding.

Perfect amount of time with ability to have pre dinner cocktails and learn a little about Amsterdam, have some great pictures. We had just flown in that day and it was the perfect first day activity. Also one of the few available that start near the museums, a short walk from our hotel.

The original trip was canceled because of the rain which wasn’t Flagship’s fault at all. It was rescheduled for a covered boat which wasn’t nearly as fun as the open boat tour. Do the open boat tour if you have the option. Also, the lady doing the tour was rather condescending because of a concern we had with the kids and when we asked about WW 2 history. All in all, it was an average experience, the weather wasn’t their fault but the tour guide could have told a lot less beer jokes and a lot more history facts.

Entertaining and informative trip, plus the company rebooked me on a covered boat (with wine and cheese, no less!) when the weather turned rainy. Great service!

Little commentary since the boat was mostly occupied by drunk people acting like teenagers. The guides were overwhelmed by their boisterous behavior. We learned nothing about Amsterdam from this experience.

We left with 30 mn delay and being told we would have a close boat. We had booked an open one. The guide wasn’t very knowledgeable. We could feel it was the last cruise of the day and wasn’t planned for him. Piece of advice be really careful when you book an evening cruise

Wonderful views with excellent service and friendly staff. It's easy to find the tour. I only wish they provided more information on what sites we were passing.

The journey was very comfortable, and sailing was enjoyable too, but it always feels too short. The captains' explanations could be improved with more historical background.

The boat was as nice, but it was very crowded and hard to hear the guide. They were very helpful and filled up our glasses readily, but I would have preferred more history.

Of course the weather was perfect, but then the trip was made even better with Captain Joris and Tamsin. They both worked so very hard at making your experience genuine and unforgettable. This is my 6th time on a canal cruise and this is far and away the best. First class boat, snacks, beverages and service. As an added bonus, there was no damage done to the beautiful boat (by me or the Captain). Would highly recommend and when back to Amsterdam, would take it again.

The boat we were on was beautiful and historic, but they really squished too many people on there. It was very crowded (you can find less crowded canal boat rides!) & the drinks situation was confusing. We were supposed to be able to order drinks & pay for them but it wasn’t offered appropriately so make sure to ask about that if it’s important to you! Overall, it was an OK boat ride, but there are many other better ones!

The time of my booking was moved 1 hour and 30 minutes before it was due to start. I had other commitments and therefore could not attend a new booking. I requested a refund but viator have not responded. Disappointing customer service.

It was a fun trip and great to see the bridges lit up with fairy lights. Wine was enjoyable. There were some interesting facts too.

This is a great way to see Amsterdam. The crew was great, very informative and interactive. I strongly recommend this tour over the generic, big name tour companies.
