Shireen Salem from Jordan Select Tours organized a private 5 nights tour of Jordan for my family. We stayed 2 nights in Amman, 2 nights in Petra and 1 night in Dead Sea. From the planning stage till the end of our trip, our experience was wonderful and memorable. Shireen is truly customer centric and ensured we were fully satisfied with all aspects of our trip. The meet and assist service provided by Fadi was excellent, the guides were very good and our driver Haytham took us through the country efficiently and safely. All hotels were excellent.

Jordan is a historic nation with many fascinating sites, including the museums in the country's capital, Amman. The best-known ancient site is Petra, which has stunning buildings such as the Treasury, accessed from the Siq. Other ancient sites are Jerash, which is the best-preserved Roman city outside of Italy. The tour is well worth the effort.

Wilde was the name of my driver to Petra. He was an excellent driver and made a couple of stops along the 3 hour drive to Petra to drink and use facilities. Very nice man. His boss Omar even arranged a golf cart ride inside Petra for me because of a computer glitch which did not have me on a tour that day. Omar and Wilde resolved all the problems to make my trip a memorable one to Petra. Thanks guys, Michael.

Super organization of the travel agency, super driver, we really enjoyed our family in Jordan. We did Amman, Umm quais, Dead sea, Mont Nebo, Wadi bin hammad, Petra, Wadi rum and Aqaba. I strongly recommand this agency, with a special mention to Ola and Haytham

When we left we expected it would be a great trip, but the reality exceeded our expectations! Jordan is a magic place, so full of history, culture and amazing landscapes. We took hundreds of photos and are back with unforgettable memories. Our travel was perfectly organised by Jordan Select in every detail, they made everything easy and pleasant to us. Awesome experience in Jordan. I went with my mum and we had a spanish speaking driver Azimi who was very kind and then an english speaking driver Zaid who was very professional. I recommend Jordan Select Tours!

A very interesting trip, in particular the visit to Jeras, the two full days in Petra with stimulating walks, the night in a tent in the wadi rum (I recommend a tour in the desert with jeep of at least 4-5 hours specifying the places to visit) and the splendid Dana biosphere reserve where I recommend spending a night in complete tranquility off the most tourist routes if you love taking walks in unspoiled nature.We chose to take a trip alone, my husband and I, with driver. Our driver Abdullah Hamed, was always punctual, a calm and quiet driver, despite the chaotic traffic of Amman.

The tour was simply wonderful all well organized in advance, and the service in Jordan was perfect, from the airport pick up to the airport drop off at the end. Our drive Mo was a treasure trove of information, fun and kind, and treated us like family. Many thanks again!

Just returned from a Jordan tour--Amman, Petra, Wadi Rum, and Dead Sea. We had a wonderful time. Our driver, Mouafug, was excellent. He was always prompt, polite, very knowledgeable of the different areas and their customs, as well as funny. All the arrangements ran like clockwork--from the pickup at the airport until the dropoff almost a week later. We were never stressed with the details because Mouafag took care of everything--driving, tickets, breaks, even water. When we return to Jordan again, we will definitely use Jordan Select!

Had a itinerary planned with Ms. Esra to meet the needs/wants of our 8-day family trip to Jordan with a new baby (4months) and two boys (4.5 and 6yrs old). They were very accommodating for our requests and ensured the entire duration was comfortable for all of us. We had an amazing, and patient, driver, Esam, who added a bit more to trip to satisfy our very curious family. We felt very safe and compare this company as one of the best well-planned and executing tour companies we've used in our experience travelling as a family. I had very little time to plan and do much research, so I heavily relied on Ms. Esra and the company to plan our stay knowing what we were looking for and experienced with families like ours. During our stay, we met with experts at all the sites and met with very friendly hotel staff. there were a few hiccups along the way that was no fault of Jordan Select, but they were very quick to rectify and fix with little effort on our part. Overall, I highly recommend them if you're busy like us and rely heavily on great quality people that work with Jordan Select to make your visit to Jordan memorable.

So much history in Jordan, be sure leave plenty of time to enjoy all of the sights, and read up on the basics before you go. Hiking in Petra was amazing but be sure to wear sturdy shoes if you're planning to take on the tougher trails, and be prepared for crowds. We were there at the end of October and it was still very warm.

Booked this tour through Tripadvisor and quickly received a confirmation email and voucher. Driver was not at the hotel at pickup time - however, I was able to easily contact them via phone and whatsapp using afterhours number. Driver was waiting at a different hotel with the same name and showed up within five minutes of me calling - had the best of intentions. I did this trip solo and the vehicle was a 4 door sedan - comfortable with AC. Driver was extremely friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable - he makes these trips almost daily. Picked up at hotel in Amman and took about 3 hours to get to Petra on the Desert Hwy with a couple stops for Turkish coffee and waters on the way. Plenty of places for trinkets and local wares as well. Very little traffic and the drive was smooth. Highway is in great shape. The places we stopped were very friendly and I had no issues shopping. Very little cell phone service between towns. Arrived at Petra around 10:30am. Driver dropped me off and gave me a cell phone to call him when I was heading out. Quick and easy access to enter. Not a lot of people at this time, but on the way out the placed was packed. Get there early as possible for better pics without it being full of people. You will be bombarded with locals offering you donkey and camel rides. They will tell you its included in your ticket, but they want a very handsome tip. I spent 4 hours (about 6 miles) exploring and a camel ride sounded pretty good to get out, but I wanted to push myself. Many people taking the camel ride out. A lot of soft sand, rocks, and plenty of climbing if you choose - prepare accordingly. Plenty of locals trying to sell you things the entire way - some can be good priced, but negotiate heavily and many of their prices will drop 75%. Tons of huts selling trinkets, but you have to hike out with it. Most of the things you can find in Amman as well for similar prices. The bigger shops take credit cards - but expect higher prices (12JOD for a tuna wrap and a beer). Many items being sold are made in India and China. Plenty of locals wanting to take you to the "Indiana Jones" view for a fee, but it's easily accessible yourself - it's to your right at the treasury in the corner and a quick climb. There is a second platform with great view and pics or the main platform is 1JOD to access, but you get a free cold water or tee with it and they will take your pic on carpets they have laid out. Plenty of places to buy cold beverages, food, and restrooms along the way as well. Everyone I encountered spoke English. No service in the Siq, so call the driver at the treasury before you enter. Overall great trip!

It was a great trip from the start. Our driver Hasan gave us a lot of background history of the area and was a fount of knowledge. He arranged a guide for us at Petra for a really good price. A guide was good for us as he had a lot of knowledge of the site. An amazing place to visit and our experience enhanced by a wonderful driver who was a joy to speak with and a guide who made the site come alive to us.

I was recommended to Jordan Select tours by my friends who had a great experience with their trip a few years ago. Shireen was my tour consultant and did an amazing job with my itinerary. She was patient, as I kept changing the dates to my trip, and answered all my questions to make sure I had the perfect itinerary for my 11 days in Jordan. Communication via email is not always easy, but with Shireen, she answered promptly with all the information I needed and was always professional. The activities were great and the accommodations were perfect. And she gives you options on accommodations based on your budget. Mohammed was the representative who greeted me as soon as I got off the plane. He took care of my visa and assisted me in a very painless experience at the airport. The best part of my trip was my driver Alaa Salameh. As a solo female traveler, I was nervous going to Jordan alone. But Alaa made all my worries go away. He is very kind, funny, and knows so much about Jordan and the tourism industry that he made suggestions and tweaks to my itinerary that worked in my favor to make sure I had the best experience for my first time in Jordan (like changing the days I went to Jerash when it wasn’t raining so I could enjoy the city, or adding a night in Aqaba because I told him how much I love the beach). I got a cell phone from Alaa during my arrival so that I was able to contact him whenever I wanted if I needed assistance with anything. He made sure that my guides to the monuments were good, and made sure that I felt safe and comfortable during my entire trip. The advice and recommendations he gave me were always great, and he took me to the best restaurants that Jordan has. I already told Alaa that WHEN, not if, I come back to Jordan, I 100% want him to be my driver again. Thank you everyone in Jordan Select for giving me the best vacation someone can have.
