Even though the aircraft was delayed by an hour and one of the bags needed to go through a second security check, our driver was there and was really kind and accommodating. Very highly recommended.

Tour company said there was no return booked. It was canceled. Wanted more money. Booked a round trip. Contacted Viator customer service by phone and email - no response. Had to hire another taxi service at last minute. Would NOT use Viator again!!

Emad picked me up from the airport and was very prompt, even though I wasn’t. My flight was on time but I didn’t understand how to navigate the airport so I had to go back to another line before exiting the airport. Emad was waiting there for me with a sign with my name. He brought me to the resident for the start of my vacation and picked me up at the end of my vacation. Very kind man, very prompt and he stayed in contact with my for my arrival and departure. I recommend him.
