We booked our Taxi from Amman Airport to Wadi Rum, Wadi Rum to Petra (Wadi Musa) and Wadi Musa to back to Airport Our Driver was Mahmoud, Excellent guy, speaks fluent english and if you are a football enthusiast like me, he is the perfect guy to talk football all you want on your way. Super flexible with time but he is always punctual and a gentleman through and through. He can wait even an hour for you and will always suggest you best things regarding your trips. The car we got was Toyota Camry and Kia Optim Recommended.

He showed us an awesome shopping center. He took us to a great souvenir store. Mustafa made sure to provide us all the insider information and catered to whatever we needed. Used this service to get to and from the airport as the alternative to the additional option from my group tour because it was more cost friendly for solo travelers. From the airport, you have someone meet you with your name on a sign. In the car they usually have small waters available, which are helpful after a long flight. On the way to the airport, you get picked up right in front of your hotel. Super easy breezy!

Arranged a QAIA (Amman) airport pick up for two. The driver contacted me a couple days earlier to confirm details. We arrived 30 min early and he was already waiting. Spoke perfect English and was a very professional driver. Might be a bit more expensive than local taxi or UBER but with the added convenience. Recommend.

We had multiple bookings for pick up & departure (3 to be exact) and Abdo was our driver for all the transfers. Abdo was extremely courteous and punctual. He was professional on all the rides and on our way from the airport to the airbnb, he pointed out many interesting sights and landmarks that we passed by. He'd even gave us some wonderful Jordanian restaurants recommendations as well! As we were not familiar with the country and customs, Abdo also shared many insights that were very valuable. Abdo was excellent- he was waiting for me outside my hotel ahead of schedule, was friendly and was a good driver. As a woman travelling alone before dawn, I felt safe during my journey to the airport.

After a varied experience with Uber while going through Amman, I wanted to book a confirmed ride from Amman to QAIA for an early morning departure. While options were aplenty, I was extremely satisfied by the service, transparency, and courtesy that Abdo, the driver that picked me up from the Grand Hyatt, showed throughout the trip! From helping me with luggage to double checking which airline I was using, it was great to have someone keep track of things while I was slowly waking up from a handful of hours worth of sleep!

It was so easy and hassle free. I only wish every time I travelled and needed a taxi it was the same. After booking and having a confirmation sent to my email with all the information I have also received a text message from the driver introducing himself (Abdo) and confirming meeting point. After landing in Amman another text message to reassure me they were waiting for me. Within seconds after clearing immigration and customs, as soon as I walked out the arrivals gate I was able to locate the driver who held a sign with my name. The journey from the airport to the hotel was really easy. Abdo offered us complimentary Wi-Fi onboard in the vehicle. The drive was very safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend it!

Excellent service. Met on time. Safe driver and very friendly. We were given water and snacks during our ride from the airport to downtown. Our driver saw us later in town and came to say hello. We needed a taxi but he was waiting on a client so he got us one.
