Great trip, highly recommend. Victor the tour guide is very knowledgeable and love to crack a joke. The dark cave was a highlight.

The tour was very well organized and we had lots of fun. Our guide spoke excellent English. The caves where both very impressive in their own way and the activity program in the afternoon at the dark cave was super fun. Easily the best tour we did in Vietnam so far.

Me and my friend had the best day ever yesterday it was honestly a highlight of our trip. Victor was the best tour guide, he was so funny and informative we loved him. And the cave experiences were magical and so fun, we especially loved the 40 minutes to swim and zip line into the water and go on the trampoline in the water

Great full day trip with the nice tour guide Victor. Our family were picked up at the hotel on time and arrived at entrance to the Paradise cave easily. An easy 15-20 minutes walk to the cave opening and then we were amazed by the beautiful Paradise cave -wow! The dark cave experience was less impressive but very enjoyable with some zip-lining and eventually a mud bath with a lot of laughter. You have possibility to change clothes and take a warm shower afterwards. Just don’t bring your most expensive swim clothes as they will be dirty. Have fun!

This was an unforgettable experience. Did Paradise Cave and Dark Cave combo. Victor was such a personable tour guide and he definitely livened spirits. Furthermore, he was readily available to take pictures. He anticipated our needs. Do not even worry about lunch, the portion sizes are just right and they have options available for those that are vegetarian/vegan.

Please make sure you book the right trip. We thought we had booked Paradise Cave/Dark Cave as this is what the itinerary showed, but we were booked onto the Phong Nha Cave/Dark Cave tour - so check your confirmation email closely! We did manage to sort it out on the day thanks to Phong Nha Discovery tours who actually run this trip - BC Family tours are just the booking agent. The trip itself was fantastic and one of the best things we did in Vietnam. So much fun at Dark Cave and Paradise Cave was spectacular. Both guides (Chocolate & Nam) were fantastic and explained everything well - they were energetic and fun to be with. I was quite nervous about the zip line as I'd never done it before - but it was fine and I wanted to do it again. Highly recommended, but just make sure you get the combination that you want.

This tour was a great experience. Our guides, Chocolate and Nam were well organised, enthusiastic and ensured we had a great time. We were picked up from our accommodation in Dong Hoi at the pre arranged time. The activities were good fun and the caves impressive. The lunch provision was one of the best meals we had during our 3 weeks in Vietnam. I would fully recommend this trip to anyone who wants to do some fun activities along with seeing the caves. This is the best trip so far you have to see paradise cave or you will be missing out on something special The staff at office and tour guided were very helpful and accommodating

If you're reasonably active and don't have time for a hardcore 3 day+ hike this is by far the best way to view the caves. Having an hour at the end to play in the lake, which had a big slide, ziplines, kayaks and more, was a great touch too. Note they generally don't recommend bringing cameras unless you've got something like a fully waterproof GoPro.

Great experience to see the fabulous Paradise Cave and Dark Cave in one go. Our guide Duyen is so friendly and took good care of us throughout the day. The pick up service was flexible and made it easy to catch a flight at Dong Hoi airport at night. Lunch was sufficient and tasty. A great package for travelers who want to see a natural cave, experience the mud bath, have some adventure and enjoy some water games.

Amazing! Our guide, Qeune (Quinn,Mr Handsome!) Was excellent.... brilliant energy, kept us all very safe, tools loads of pics for us (budding photographer I reckon) fab singer in the dark cave and knew us all (14 in our group)by name within ten minutes!! Great tour....highly recommend it to anyone who is on the fence!!

Such an amazing experience, would definitely recommend doing - so worth it! Our guide had perfect English and had even gone through the history whilst travelling to and from the hotel. The dark caves was most definitely the highlight of our trip.

I had an incredible experience here, it’s one of the best things I did in Vietnam. You zipwire to the dark cave, then swim in the most beautiful blue water, swim through some of the dark cave then have a mud bath in it, in a spot a bit later. There’s then kayaking, lots of fun water activities and a great lunch. We had such a good tour guide who was really informative and fun too. Because a lot of this was water based I didn’t get many pics, but a few people bought their go pro and got great vids. I couldn’t recommend this more and am glad I stopped at Dong hoi for this.

Paradise cave is beautiful, and Dark Cave is very fun and adventuresome. Both caves are really worth while to visit. The tour company also provide a simiple but tasteful local lunch. Everyone can and will enjoy Paradise Cave. The Dark Cave involves swimming and ziplining so people with mobility issues or squeashmish about mud may not enjoy. The facilites at the Dark Cave is also primitive by 1st world standard. Ladlies must wear 2 piece swimwear - no long sleeve rash guard allowed. Also bring your own towel. The shower and changing areas are pretty bare bone.

Good and enjoyable trip. The guide is helpful and explained thing well. The transport is good size for all of us.

Espectacular, parada obligatoria necesaria en tu viaje, las vistas de la naturaleza son espectaculares, el guía Hoang super amable y pendiente todo el rato de sus aventureros. Éramos 5 y lo pasamos muy muy bien. La cueva Paraíso un poco más turística y la Dark Cave espectacular es una belleza de sitio.
