We had an amazing day with Francesco. It was a private all day, Amalfi coast tour, and he knew all the stops to take the perfect photos with all the best views. He also acted as our own personal tour guide, as he knew all of the history and local tips, we learned so much on the trip about Italy and the Amalfi coast.He also gave us so many good recommendations to good restaurants and drinks, etc.. I highly recommend this tour to couples or families or even a single, it was such a great way to see the full Amalfi coast in one day so that now we know where we want to go back

Sorrento Car Service was great with communication and contacted me the day prior with the driver information. Our driver, Francesco, was a wonderful driver for our 10 hour tour of the Amalfi coast. He arrived at our hotel a few minutes early and texted me when he had arrived. We discussed our itinerary with him and he helped us decide on how to best proceed with our day, knowing we had a 7pm dinner reservation in Positano. We had an approximate 2 hour ride to Ravello and he discussed with us the sights along the way, and stopped 4 or 5 times at some of the best places along the coast to get some quick scenic photos and took pictures of our group for us. He is a very kind, intelligent, informative person. His recommendation for the restaurant in Ravello was perfect and we greatly enjoyed our meal. He was flexible when we decided to stay longer and we skipped another town altogether so that we made our 7pm dinner reservation in Positano. Also, his driving was careful, as the roads are narrow and crowded, I felt very safe in his vehicle. We learned alot about life in/around Sorrento and Amalfi coast and beyond in Italy. Our party of four all agree that Francesco is a treasure!

Absolutely Amazing. The whole experience was relaxing and fun. Lucia was super helpful in letting us know the options for our tour, and that we could customize our Amalfi coast day. We were picked up my Massimo, our wonderful tour guide. He grew up in the Amalfi coast, so he knew exactly what times we should see specific towns to avoid peak tourist times. He also arranged for an amazing lunch in a fortress off the coast. Massimo was absolutely the best and made our trip to Amalfi so fun and relaxing. Definitely recommend if you would like to explore Amalfi, Positano, Atrani, Ravello and Māori.

Fantastic service. Luisa was very responsive and easy to work with for scheduling. She checked in on our tours and made sure we knew all details. Lello our transfer driver was on time and very helpful. Our guide Roberto is a warm and funny gentleman full of details about his beautiful country and the south coast in particular. My husband and I done the full day Amalfi Coast private tour on the 9th April 2024 with our driver Froncesco. He was very knowledgeable, sociable and helpful during our trip. We were collected from the hotel and the whole day ran smoothly with no issues. We loved it so much that we then booked another trip during our stay for my husband’s birthday on the 10th April with our driver Mauro to visit Pompeii & a vineyard for a wine tour. This was another great trip, stress free and enjoyable! Luisa the manager was also very quick at responding to us to get the trips booked and answer any questions that we had! 5 stars and would recommend to others who want a stress free trip! These folks were a pleasure to deal with, from beginning to end. Odilia was the one who coordinated everything for us. Whenever we had questions or needed something during our stay she made herself available & accessible. She even gave us a ride from Sorrento to Naples when we sprung that on her at the last minute. Roberto was our driver and guide. He was a fun guy who clearly knew the ropes about where to go, where to stop and what would be interesting to us. He was flexible; deviating from the fixed tour was not an issue at all. Also, to anyone who thinks they're going to save money and rent a car themselves to tour the Amalfi coast... forget it! Parking is impossible, some of the driving is borderline impossible and frankly, you need to know people along this route and the stopping points. Don't even think about doing this on your own, you will be doing yourselves a great disservice. One last thing: Pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this place! We recently used various services from Sorrento Silver Star on our family trip to the Amalfi Coast. The experience was 5 stars from start to finish. Luisa ensured each leg of our trip was taken care of. Francesco first picked us up from Napoli Centrale train station and transported us to our hotel in Sorrento. We continued the next day with a full-day trip to the Amalfi Coast. Francesco pointed out key landmarks and stories along the way and ensured we hit all the key spots. We ended our trip with a stop in Pompei with a terrific tour and a transfer back to Napoli train station. I highly recommend this service.

The Amalfi coast tour with our driver Roberto was amazing. He was very accommodating and flexible. Roberto was so easy to work with and we communicated through WhatsApp when we were on our own exploring the different stops. He was knowledgeable and entertaining. SORRENTO Silver Star Tours is great! Highly recommend! We contacted them for a pick up at the Naples airport and to be taken to SORRENTO. Luisa was easy to work with and quick to respond. Roberto was our driver and was fantastic. Later in the week we hired them for an Almalfi Coast tour. Roberto was our driver again. We can’t say enough good things…he was fabulous. We never felt rushed, he knew great places to stop, and was very friendly.

Roberto was our private driver on both our arrival in Naples, delivering us to Amalfi, and then the return trip. He was very helpful in informing us about the local history, as well as potential site seeing excursions and even recommended great restaurants. Our experience with Roberto and Silver Star Tours was one of, if not the highlight of our vacation. Not only were the views spectacular and indescribable but Roberto, our tour guide was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. We were able to spend the time we wanted at each stop with recommendations from Roberto of where to go for the best views and food. In a few words, it was amazing!!

We were in the area for only one day on a cruise and wanted to see as much of the Amalfi Coast as possible while we were there so we booked Roberto for a full day tour. The experience was nothing short of spectacular and was the highlight of our entire two week trip. Roberto was friendly, funny, well spoken (English) and clearly well connected as he was able to get us in and out of the most desirable stops along the Amalfi Coast quickly and with ease. We were able to do a loop from the cruise ship terminal in Naples to some quick shopping in Sorrento, to the stunning, curvy streets of Positano with its gorgeous seaside views, and then continued all the way along the Amalfi Coast with perfect photo opp stops along the way without delay and then up the mountains and back down to Naples. It was an incredible way to view the regions' landscapes and Roberto made it extra enjoyable with this advanced knowledge, witty conversation, and established connections. We saw such a huge swath of the area in a day where the cruise excursions would have only provided one or two of the stops we were able to see. Cannot recommend Roberto highly enough!

Mauro was an incredible driver!! We were traveling with my parents and he was incredibly patient with them as they are slow to get around. We also had to make some modifications to our itinerary and Mauro was so accommodating throughout. Couldn’t ask for a better experience, highly recommend!
