A wonderful evening with a very talented team of performers. A must see when in Porto. Singing, music, back ground history of Fado and a glass of port!

The staff was welcoming, the food very good, but the musicians and singer did 2 songs around 8pm and left. We had to leave around 10pm because we had to be up at 5am for an early flight - and the show we paid to see didn't resume until sometime after. It was very disappointing - we were looking forward to an evening of Fado on our last night in Portugal.

Fantastic engaging and enjoyable musical experience featuring exceptional traditional singers and musicians, interspersed with a video sharing the background of Fada. Delicious glass of port provided on arrival. Heartily recommend this event for anyone who appreciates good musicianship. It was first class!

Stumbled across this little gem nestled in one of the tiny roads that lead to the river. The experience was mind-blowing. The little videos in between each performance were very educating and gave you a real feel for the history of this beautiful music. All staff were extremely friendly, such beautiful people with a real passion for what they do. Amazing musicians! 100% recommend this show. We are so glad we went and thank you to all the lovely staff who made everyone feel very welcome.

This was a fantastic Fado experience - getting to learn a lot of information about the history of Fado as well as captivating performances. The owner was really friendly and the bar is in a great central location. 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting to learn more about Portugal's music and culture.

I've been to a Fado before, but this was such a good combination of the history of Fado and the meaning of this form of music to the Portugese. I left feeling I had a Fado in my heart too! It was so well presented in a very cosy intimate environment and all the artists embodied the spirit of Fado. Thank you. It was music and poetry.

This is a great option for some authentic Fado in the middle of the city. We chose this as we didn't want the commitment of staying for a long Fado evening in a restaurant. It's a really enjoyable way to spend an hour and learn a little about the tradition.

Great experience! Highly recommended. The music was great and such a nice, intimate setting. The structure with the short video about the different types of Fado, followed by a couple.of songs in that style, worked really well. The host was very friendly and the port was a nice touch!

Amazing show! From beginning to end I was amazed by the talent of the singers and the guitarists. I saw the small advert in the morning and thought to check it out in their first session which was at 6pm. I am so happy I was able to make it. You can feel the singer’s energy in every song. Not only they explain the story of Fado but also perform many songs. Going solo can be a bit scary but the atmosphere was so welcoming. 100% recommended to anyone who wants to experience a Fado show.

Absolutely brilliant. The artists were amazing at their craft. The multimedia information was extremely informative and well knitted into the live performances. Fell in love with Porto a little bit more during the show.

This is a great way to experience the culture of Portugal. You could really feel the emotion from the singer as well as the guitarists. It was a fun experience learning the history of Fado through the slideshows. Highly recommended!

My daughter & I loved this evening. Two guitars - one, a Portuguese guitar (sounds like a sittar) & one, Spanish, played as accompaniment to male & female fado singers, demonstrating the different sorts of song & talking about the history of fado. All involved were very passionate about the art form. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A great hour performance of Fado music, history and a glass of tasty port. Really enjoyed experience. Could of done with another or two. Plus more port.

We honestly didn’t know what to expect when we booked this, but I’m very glad we did. The performers were extremely talented and the show was enjoyable. I say that as someone who probably will never listen to Fado again as the style isn’t really my taste. Still, the experience is well done and the staff are kind too.

I had read reviews of what Fado was beforehand, but nothing compares to the actual experience. The music was so moving and heartfelt and the venue was very intimate. It was breathtaking and I am inspired to see another show. My disappointment comes from the audience, some teenagers sitting behind me were loud and disrespectful and that detracted from my experience. I suggest you mention to please silence your phone and please refrain from talking during the show. Other than that, it was a flawless performance!
