Costarica is an unique place in the world and we were lucky to have the best guide in the world Hayro Hernandez. The journey spanned 7 days (8 nights). Some of the places we visited: San Jose, Irazu and Lankester Botanical Gardens, Arenal/La Fortuna with its soothing hot springs, and super safe and funny activities like zip-lining and rafting (first time in our life) Every single day was unforgettable and a significant part of that was thanks to Hayro. Summer Holidays was perfect in any aspects and thank to Hayro again!

Our guide was the best. He captured so many beautiful photos for the group, and had excellent local knowledge of everything. The Arenal tour was beautiful and we saw many animals on the hanging bridges, such as spider monkeys and a boa constrictor. The Volcanoes tour was beautiful, full of information, and delicious food, it is exciting to be in the crater of the volcano. We stayed at the 4 star hotel with excellent rooms. The people in Costa Rica are very nice and friendly. I recommend this tour, it has everything and they do it all, the only thing I literally did was pay and enjoy my vacation, my kids were super happy.

I have no words to describe this excursion. Our guide started on time and explained everything step by step. He made sure we all had the proper equipment. Our guide was knowledgeable about the terrain, plants, animals, topography, etc. He gave us time to rest and to ask any questions we wanted during all the days of the trip. One of the best tours but it can be tiring is the fortuna tour when you go to the waterfall but it is really worth it, if you are not in good shape you better be prepared, that day we have the hike through the jungle and hanging bridges which are a dream. The food every day was varied delicious and very clean, the hotel always clean and accommodating, with highly friendly and professional staff. Really this tour is too good with a super high cost benefit ratio, since we did not worry about anything, everything is coordinated by the company.

A while ago I came to Costa Rica and decided to come back with Hayro who recommended this package. It really is very cheap and you get to know the country much better. The hotel was great, the magical places with animals, lots of delicious food and an excellent treatment. I can only tell you that you have to come by yourself and ask Hayro as a guide, he makes the difference.

We got lucky and had Hayro for our tour guide for the whole trip and he was a dream! Every experience was amazing and his expertise was incredible. There are a few things that we organized with the agency ahead of time to skip or substitute and everybody was really accommodating. Our hotel was nice!

We had a fantastic and action-packed vacation. We were so glad we did this tour, as we could not have done it all on our own. Hayro, our guide, was simply amazing. He kept our group entertained and informed, and made sure we all had a fun and safe time. The meals were delicious, lots of variety of animals and Hayro seems to know where to find them. There is travel time to get to the many activities, so it's a good idea to have e-books or podcasts loaded on your device for those drives.

Everything about this tour was perfect, from the pick up communication to the return home we did not worry about anything all inclusive. Our tour guide, Hayro, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the area. He was able to point out so many cool animals and things also shared all his amazing knowledge.

San Jose ain’t that safe, the Radisson Hotel is quite a walk away from town (and ancient) and it’s certainly not safe to walk at night. Excursions are a lot of driving and being caught in commuter traffic. The staff at both are very sweet and accommodating

Out of the whole week in Costa Rica I liked the one day rafting in Pacuare, everything was great, but this was one of my adventures from the book of life. I definitely had to experience this adventure, I was so nervous. Luckily we had the BEST guide named Eduardo! He was also the guy on our bus. Seriously, he is the nicest guy and explained all the instructions and safety precautions in a way that we, as first time rafters, can understand. My word of advice to anyone wanting to try this is number one to LISTEN and pay attention to your guide! It's not that hard! But seriously Eduardo is the best and the nicest. He made sure we were all safe and was patient with everyone. thank you!

I wanted to take the time to commend Hayro for his great work during the time we spent with him last week. We had a bit of adversity when it came to traffic issues and he handled everything very professionally and always had the best interest of all his guests in mind. He was very fair with the pick up and drop off of the two locations which were quite a distance apart. The day of our zip line adventure he had to deal with horrible traffic that made us late for a scheduled time. Luckily, when we got there, the facility was able to accommodate us sooner than we thought and we had a fantastic time ziplining, having lunch and then moving on to the ox cart plant. It turned what could have been a disappointing day into the best day of the week for us! On the day of the hanging bridges, Hayro worked very hard to locate a poison frog for another guest (Kay). He persevered to find this because she had said earlier that it was one thing she would love to see while in Costa Rica. We all participated in the hunt and were so excited to finally find one. Hayro is the perfect tour guide - always concerned about the comfort of his guests and full of knowledge and passion for Costa Rica.

We did the one week trip in Costa Rica. It was amazing. What a beautiful country and it is definitely a must see place to visit. Hayro is a great guide. We enjoyed every day of an adventure packed with activities: hiking through rainforests, visiting volcanoes, zip lining and hot springs were just a few of the things we did. The trip can be long, but once at the destination it is well worth it. If you only have a week and want to see it all, this is the trip to take. I am very grateful to you as a company and want to keep coming back for vacations.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with this trip, two of the 8 days tours that we had paid for were only listed for a half day tour ( Irazu Volcano and Canopy San Luis ). Additionally , another one day tour we had planned for "Rafting" was cancelled and received a notification at 3:30pm the day before which means we cannot plan to do anything on such short notice, we received $160 refund for the cancellation and this does not make up for the fact that we had planned and looked forward to this tour for weeks which we paid $3000. We had high hopes for this trip, and we were disappointed that we did not receive the service that we had paid for. We feel that we were misled and that the company did not live up to its promises. We would appreciate a response to this complaint as soon as possible, including a resolution to my concerns, and compensation for the unfulfilled portions of our trip.

What a fantastic experience! We were planning to go on this trip for three years but because of covid, then breaking a couple of bone just prior to our trip we never made it. Finally the time came for us to make our trip so off we headed. At first we were skeptical about this trip but we soon realized that we had made a excellent decision booking this tour. After landing in San Jose we were greeted by our drivers that were holding a sign with our names on it which is exactly what we were told would happen. With in a few minutes our luggage was loaded and we were on our way to the hotel (Radisson San Jose). After about a 20 minute drive we arrived at the hotel where we were immediately checked in with the friendly gentleman behind the desk. Soon after checking in we were on our way up to our room. Once we reached our room we were happy to find a large clean room including the bathroom which had a unbelievable shower in it. After preparing the items that we would need for our first day of touring it was off to bed knowing that 530 AM would come early. At 530 AM our instructions were to meet in front of the hotel where we would catch our bus for our first day of touring. While waiting for our bus we met the other four couples that we would be touring with. Once our bus arrived we met our tour guide, Hayro and our driver, Johnny. The breakfast provided at the hotel each morning was full of variety including the fresh fruit, juices and the delicious coffee. Because our tour the first day started at 530 AM we were provided with a breakfast on the bus since the hotel breakfast didn't open until 6AM. As far as the lunches, each was served at a different restaurant and location depending on what tour you were on for the day and all were fun and delicious including the lunch served on the catamaran tour. Food aside all of the daily tours were fun, interesting, and exciting and were presented by our guide Hayro who is the absolute best in the business. Hayro was fun, friendly and most of all he was very knowledgeable and has a true passion for his country. Some of our more popular tours were the catamaran trip, the zip lines, and the raft trip which all had very professional workers over seeing each activity. Last I would just like to say that some of the daily tours required being on the tour bus for long periods of time but that is the only way to get to the sites. Personally we enjoyed the daily bus rides, seeing the different country sides, towns, and the people. We loved the daily tours, and the different people that we met every day. I would especially like to thank Hayro for his exceptional professionalism as a guide. I would also like to thank our professional bus drivers Johnny, Chico, & Jimmy for getting us around. And last I would like to thank Jean Morales with Summer Travel. I would also like to say that besides the four other couples that were in our tour group I was also traveling with my brother, his wife, and my wife and we all agree that our tour package was a very good value and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We have been on many different trips around the world and this trip is one of our top trips. Pura Vida!

This is the best trip I ever had. Hayro is excellent. He is a walking book of the tropical forest. He is so enthusiastic about his job! Costa Rica is very beautiful. Water rafting is so much fun!!!
