A perfect day! Our guide Caroline was brilliant! We were taken around the city by our driver and Caroline accompanied us at every stop to give us local information and history. Everything was very well organised and we saw so much! Our lunch was incredible Chinese food, and there was plenty of it! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Shanghai - thank you Caroline and Alana and our driver! A wonderful day that we will never forget!

It was an amazing day in Shanghai for me and my parents (60+ years old). Our guide, Esther, is very lovely and her colleague, Alana, adjusted the iteraries to match my request. Not too many long walks just perfect distance in the Yu Garden and more in the Jade Buddha temple. And a tasty local lunch which we got to choose the menu we want to try. The afternoon was spent at the modern side of Shanghai from Shanghai tower observary deck (too bad it was quite misty that day) and the TV tower. We ended the day at the Xintiandi street and we were super lucky it was the first day of their Christmas decoration. Really enjoy my day!

While in transit at Pudong Airport, we were able to visit Shanghai city's most popular sites as a family, thanks to our super knowledgeable and dedicated guide and driver. The day was very well organized, with a good meal included in the package. Well done and thank you again! I recommend.

My guide Xin was very knowledgeable and most willing to adapt the tour to my personal interests, which included history and culture of Shanghai. The organiser, Alina, communicated very professionally and everything ran to plan with a very comfortable air conditioned car. Xin took me to a delicious lunch! Great experience to hang for a whole day. The guide was very friendly and energetic, and we really appreciated that. Lots of places, bunch of beautiful pictures and some souvenirs shopping too.

Very nice day discovering the full city which wouldn't be possible without guide and driver. The guide was very helpful also to give us recommendation on where to eat and other activities. They are very flexible, at the starting of the day they ask you what exactly you like to do abd they can change the visit according to it. At the end of the day, the driver and guide leave you anywhere you want.

I cannot recommend this tour enough if - like me - you're only in the city for a brief time and want to see some highlights. (Shanghai is too large and overwhelming to tackle on your own.) My guide Queena showed me all of the major sites with ample time to explore each, made plenty of time for local snacks, haha, and even tailored the trip so that I could see the Shanghai Jewish Refugees Museum at the end. (An important place for me...) I will always have a warm place in my heart for Shanghai!

This is the 3rd tour I’ve done with this company in Shanghai, the previous ones being solo trips, this time I had the family with me including my 15yr and 20rd old children. Daisy our guide along with the driver made the day hassle free, on what was a very busy and hot Friday. Daisy’s knowledge of the city and surrounding areas was excellent, we started with the Maglev, Shanghai Tower, lunch was great the family enjoyed the local dumplings on offer, then to Jade Buddha Temple, Yu Garden the finished with a river cruise. We were finally delivered to a local restaurant by Daisy who ensured we found friends who were waiting for us. Another great tour, full day with lots on offer.

My family and I was so blessed to have Angela as our tour guide in the private city tour. Our tour is scheduled at 8:30 in the morning . Angela was already waiting at our hotel lobby before the scheduled time. She was very kind and introduced herself to us. She also suggested places of interest to visit, Was knowledgeable about the History of each places as well. Our ride going around the city was very comfortable, The driver was pleasant. We first visited the Temple with a Gigantic Jade Buddha. 2nd stop is the people’s park where The Bund is located. Angela also took us to the Pearl Center which offered really high quality fresh water pearls at a very reasonable price. The store also have a jade store. Went to Shanghai Tower to see all the magnificent skyscrapers Shanghai has to offer. Next, was lunch which is scrumptious, Authentic Shanghai cuisine. After lunch, We went to the Old town and visited the Yu Garden . Chinese architecture all over. Angela also took us to a tea ceremony which in my opinion is a very educational one. It was an awesome day for me and my family. I would highly recommend Angela as your tour guide. Did I mention that she’s also patient with kids. All in all , our trip to Shanghai would not be complete if we were not able to book this private city tour.

Superb tour and service. Extremely friendly & knowledgable guide, excellent car & driver, enabling me to see so much of Shanghai in one day. I used this as a base to explore from further, making it an incredible trip.

A lot of options to choose from. We ended up being able to do most of them due to short lines and no traffic. Snow (and Alana) were great to work with on short notice. I booked with less than 48 hours notice and they got all the details worked out, including late evening contacts after I arrived in Shanghai.

This was an awesome tour! We had a great time seeing all the sights of Shanghai. Snow, our tour guide, was awesome and very knowledgeable. The lunch and dinner was excellent. We recommend it! Five stars all the way!!
