Incredible tour. Our Guide Adriana was excellent. Her knowledge of the history as well as the way she explained it was very good. She covered everything.

Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. A once in a lifetime experience. Fatima was so incredibly knowledgeable- he made the history come alive. Our kids had a great time too and loved the “quizzes” along the way, learning more about Arabic and the designs of the gardens and palace. I wish we had arranged to spend all day with our guide!

Our guide Carlos was a font of knowledge about the Alhambra—his passion for the many fascinating aspects of the history, art, architecture, infrastructure, etc shone through— and he was engaging enough to keep two 20 year olds and two middle aged people interested for 3 hours. It really added a lot to have a guide who could bring these places to life.

We enjoyed every aspect of our time with Fatmi. He did an excellent job explaining the broader historical perspective down to specific events. The pace of the tour was perfect and he really did a great job highlighting the magnificence of Alhambra.

Knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating guide. The monument itself was overwhelming and beyond my ability to describe fully. It is an experience that has to be witnessed to be fully appreciated.

Tour guide (Fatmi) was excellent and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the tour but we’re upset that the cost was double what other tour agencies charged. Don’t expect me to use TripAdvisor any time soon. I understand a premium but 2x is unsatisfactory.

Fatimi was a very good guide. I was disappointed that we signed up for an 8:30 tour but did not meet up with our guide until 11:30. Fatimi called the day before to inform us of the 11:30 start time. When we met him the next day it was apparent that the 8:30 time slot was given to another lady. Our tour began after her’s was finished.

The Alhambra (including the related sites) is such a magical place, filled with history and mystery. Lara brought it all home for us, with her expansive knowledge and boundless enthusiasm for this incredible place. My family asks a lot of questions, and Lara was able to address each one regardless of the topic--architecture, history, politics, water engineering, and more. And her enthusiasm for the Alhambra added to the richness of our appreciation. I highly recommend Lara to anyone seeking to learn about and marvel at the Alhambra. One note--we had a misunderstanding with the booking service as to the start time of our tour. Everyone was helpful and we get it worked out, but keep in mind that your start time may be different from the time you select when booking, and you may not find out about the change until the evening before. This doesn't impact the tour itself, and it doesn't temper my recommendation at all, just something to be aware of.

The private tour was excellent! Our guide shared a wealth of information about Alhambra, the people, and palaces. She maximized the time we had together and we learned so much! Additionally, she gave us wonderful tips on how to explore Grenada's old town afterwards. I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide Fatma was great! He was very knowledgeable about the Alhambra and was even able to translate the Arabic etchings for us!

Visiting the Alhambra is a must if you are in Granada. No picture does justices to the magnificent artwork plastered all over the place. It is all the best when toured with an experienced guide like Mohammed. He's very knowledgeable and provided insight of the history of the place with context of the events that took place there.

It was a stunning site. There is so much, your eyes almost cannot take it all in. Our guide was very nice but had a limited story that was slightly repeated and I would have liked to have taken more time in some places. He seemed to be in a hurry as he made us start the tour an hour early. It still took 3 hours to just scratch the surface!
