She provided a great deal of information in a way that brought the history of the Alcazar and Cathedral alive. Her english is also excellent and communication in advance of the tour was easy and helpful every step of the way. We highly recommend using her as a tour guide!

Sofia is truly one of the best tour guides, not only in Seville but anywhere. She is extremely responsive, kind, accommodating and has a wealth of historical and cultural knowledge. She also has a lovely, calm demeanor and made the tour interactive with questions and answers, and by showing us fun video clips relevant to what we were seeing. Not to mention she’s a great photographer! We have the most amazing shots as a souvenir of our wonderful two days with her. Highly recommend booking your tour with Sofia!

Sofia was a perfect guide. I am an early planner and she reached out to me as soon as I reserved the tour and stayed in touch to help me with booking tickets to both sites. She was educational and entertaining and really accommodating for my 84 year old mom. The 3 of us had a great tour with her.

We spent a lovely morning with Sofia and would absolutely recommend booking her when in Seville. Apart from having a wealth of historical knowledge, Sofia was helpful and sensitive to our needs and interests, making it an excursion that felt far from a ‘routine tour’. Further, Sofia is a sevillana through and through allowing you many glimpses in all aspects of sevillian life, from Brotherhood to footballfan, from the history of her family to the enjoyment of sevillian traditions by her children.

Sofia was wonderful from start to finish. So helpful in making sure we got our tickets properly, and full of interesting knowledge about the Real Alcazar and cathedral. She is a native of Sevilla, which gave the tour a personal touch. Highly recommend!

Sofia was an excellent tour guide! She was in touch with us from the moment we booked and so helpful in planning our time in Sevilla. She asked great questions before our trip to tailor our tour to us. She was communicative in the days leading up to the tour, ensured we had our tickets and answered my questions that were unrelated to the tour I booked. On the day of the tour, she was prompt, knowledgeable and engaged our entire family, ranging in age from 6 to 64. I would love to spend more time with Sofia on our next trip to Sevilla. Sofia is the perfect guide. The tour was organised, efficient,and very informative. Sofia is an expert on her city and her love for its history gives the tour extra value. Also she is very knowledgable about football, which is important.

Our first visit to Seville enjoying a couples get a way. The city is magnificent. Do your self a service and book Sofía for a private tour. Sofia is kind, knowledgeable, a wonderful tour guide and also a citizen of Sevilla. I would highly recommend a private tour. After all the effort to get to Sevilla don’t cheat yourself and not your the Alcazar and the Cathederal without a guide.

Isabel was a fantastic guide. She is very knowledgeable and we learned so much about both the Alcazar & Sevilla Cathedral. Not only did she provide us with a spectacular morning tour, she shared suggestions about museums, attractions and restaurants. After our tour was over she showed us where to go to get up to the top of the cathedral tower. The views were amazing. Thank you for a very nice day Isabel.

Our guide was Sofia Ventura and she was amazing. After the tour was booked she contacted us to find out what we were looking for in the tour and she customized it to us. She also helped us with restaurants and other sites to visit after the tour was finished. She was attentive, kind and knowledgeable. I’d book her again!

Sofia gave the tour such a personal touch. I love having a private guide for our family because instead of just ambling around you actually get to hear the history properly. She made such a great effort to tailor to the age groups of the kids while still keeping it engaging for everybody. She also had a lovely calm energy which transmitted to the kids which kept them more engaged on a long 3 hour tour. She even had video clips which showed the buildings in famous films etc, again this really sparked the imagination. And she gave us a present at the end of lovely Spenish buiscuit/crackers, they were yummy and I went afterwards and bought more of them to bring home!

Sofia was very knowledgeable about the Alcazar a the Cathedral. It was the perfect tour for our family of four, two teens. Highly recommend her!

Sofia was absolutely amazing! She was so knowledgeable and catered the tour to the interests of each member of the group. The tour also did not feel rushed at all, and we had time to explore on our own! She was so so so nice to every member of our family, and just had the most infectiously nice personality. Her knowledge of the different time periods was impressive, as was her knowledge of Sevillian architecture. She also gave us amazing recommendations of things to do around the city. Absolutely worth the money! Would do it again every time!

Highly Recommended! Great communication prior to arrival. Sofia’s tour was enjoyable, well paced and highly informative ….. made the visit much better than it would have been otherwise. Her appreciation for Seville’s history and art is clear. Only wish we had her with us in some other cities as well.

Any tour with Sofia is an excellent value. Not only is she knowledgeable and passionate about anything Sevilla, she cares about your time there. Sofia was in contact with me before my trip and after-kindly helping us with tips (food, things to do, etc) along the way.
