They confirmed pickup day before so we were not anxious about getting to airport in time for our flight. Driver was courteous and as there were 4 of us travelling with luggage we all fit in van very comfortably.

To that point, I originally tried to leave positive feedback but it was determined to be too short of a statement. How arrogant of you to not only demand feedback, but also demand it be a certain length. Is this long enough for you?

Our driver, Carlos, was very friendly and helpful. He was waiting for us as we exited the airport and did not seem at all bothered that we were late getting our luggage even though it was very late at night.
