Bizim transfer didnt turn up on the day of the transfer Couldn't get through to them for 15 minutes (another issue in itself, on the day of the transfer there's no way to track your driver) Eventually when I did get through to them they told me they were unable to take us to the airport and left us stranded with no other options despite the fact that i had paid! I ended up missing my flight. Looking at reviews its clear I am not the only person that had experienced this!

Service is amazing. I have used the service twice in August 2023 with a mini bus for 12 people in Antalya and on both transfers, driver was on time and very helpful with luggages. Price is also good value for money compared to other options. Communication is done on Whatsapp and they speak English.

These guys are fantastic. After booking.com messed up my return journey by allocating a wrong time slot for return transfer (5 minutes before flight!), Davud of Bizim transfer went out of his way to make sure we got picked up at the right time in a lovely vehicle and dropped off in plenty of time to catch our return flight. I’m having to give a very poor review but the service was absolutely terrible we went to Antalya on the 19/08/22 with TUI and the flight was delayed which was bead enough but when we got there the car had been and gone didn’t even try to leave any message to let us no what’s going on they took payment in advance i tried to contact them on my phone and they didn’t answer i text message them through wats app still no response it’s only when the TUI rep kept trying on a number that they have they answered and told him that we were not there 🤬 off course we’re not there the flight is delayed but you could off at least notified us but anyways they very reluctantly sent a car out with no AC of fan it was going to be over a hour to our hotel and we got kids the driver just ignored us but the real 🤬🤬ing fup was the driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel and drove off I had to pay another 110 euros to get us to our hotel, what a mistake to have used such a terrible transfer service stay away save your self the pain and hassle.

Used Bizim transfer between Airport and Rixos Tekirova hotel for round trip. . 15th and 25th Of July 2022 Superb service: Timely arrival of car, clean and luxury minivan - So everything was perfect. Price is a little bit higher but considering service, quality and luxury its affordable and good value for money

Good service, quick response from the call centre especially Mrs.Burcu .They arrange the car for airport pick up and drop out for us . We can make our trip more easier because of their service. The driver wait for us at the airport and drop us at the hotel which we booked. I highly recommend this Car transfer service to everyone . I would to recommend Bizim transfer. I was travelling from Bakü city if Azerbaijan to Alanya. I was worried a bit about everything since my flight was in the night. The whole team of Bizim transfer was supportive and gave to me promise to meet me near the gate. Even I was alone coming to take this transfer. The driver was very helpful and very kind to me. Terrible service as no baby seat was provided for either trip to and from airport. Not safe for an 8 month baby to sit on your lap for 90 minutes. I even contacted them while in resort and was promised a seat for return journey an no seat was provided. Drivers where rude non interactive with us. My advice use a different company!

Det ventede ved lufthaven, da jeg ankom fik jeg en besked fra dem om hvor langt jeg var. Vi var 20 minutter forsinket, hvilket jeg orienterede dem om inden vi lettede. Vi blev placeret i en bil som kørte pænt stærkt, men kl. 1 om natten vil man bare gerne frem, så vi tilbagelagde den 2t10m lange køretur på bare 1t40m, hvilket jo var fantastisk, for med transfer bus havde det taget 3t. Vi brugte dem også mellem hotellerne og de var der 10 minutter før tid, og fandt os siddende i baren og vente. Da vi skulle hjem var de der også til tiden, og chaufføren kørte os pænt til lufthavnen med et par pitstop undervejs, hvilket fik tidsestimatet der var givet af Bizim til at passe med bare 2 minutters difference. Jeg kan varmt anbefale dem, og så var de lidt billigere end andre. Vær dog OBS på at børnesæde/selepude bliver til et babysæde. Vores 3-årige kunne ikke klemme numsen ned i sædet og sad derfor med sele på under hele turen.

Von Zuhause aus hatte wir den Transfer von Antalya nach Alanya gebucht und bezahlt. In Antalya angekommen hat auch alles super geklappt. So wie B2 Bizim Transfer beschrieben hatte haben wir den Fahrer gefunden und die Reise ging los. Ein paar Tage vor dem Abflug habe ich dann wieder Kontakt mit dem Unternehmen aufgenommen und ab da gingen die Probleme los. Wir hätten angeblich keine Rücktour gebucht und nur die Hin tour bezahlt , was ja nicht stimmte laut Angebot von B2. Wir haben dann den Empfang in unserem Hotel gebeten B2 anzurufen um das zu klären. Es gab keine Einigung und der Vertrag den wir mit B2 eingegangen sind haben sie nicht erfüllt. Wir mussten die Alternative nehmen um rechtzeitig am Airport zu sein. Das wird natürlich Konsequenzen haben die hier mit dieser Bewertung anfängt. DIESES UNTERNEHMEN IST NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN

Хочу оставить отзыв о вчерашнем впечатлении от путешествия на авто данной компании из Сиде в Аэропорт Анталии. Сказать, что это ужас-ничего не сказать. Водитель опахало на час, при этом телефон компании не отвечал в течении 40 минут. Все время в телефоне был, на дорогу смотрел иногда, бессвязно и громко говорил. Вез аварийно, в машине пахло алкоголем, один раз буквально заснул за рулем, машина чуть не улетела с дороги. НИКОГДА не пользуйтесь данным трансфером, если дорожите жизнью. Если бы не самолет-обязательно бы обратились в полицию
