Excellent service! Provider confirmed with us 2 days prior as to where they would be located holding a sign with our name. Driver was where they said, very easy to find. Brought us to vehicle just across the street from arrival hall, loaded our luggage and off we went. The journey to our hotel took about an hour as expected. Driver was very safe, vehicle very clean and spacious. If I were to travel to Seoul again, I would definitely use this provider again.

We had booked the airport to hotel transfer due to our late arrival and wanting the convenience of being on our way faster. The driver was waiting for us when w arrived and he was very polite, greeting us & helping with our bags. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and well maintained. My only complaint, although a big deal for me in current times was that the driver coughed continuously on the almost 1 hour drive to our hotel. He did not cover his mouth or wear a mask and I was concerned that he was sick & we would also fall ill. Otherwise, I wouldn't have any complaints. This was a deal breaker for me.

The driver met us with a sign, and then we had to follow him outside to the parking structure, then wait for him to drive the car around. It was bloody cold. It was nice to have a full size van for the hour-long trip to the city. Sometimes on these transfers the driver provides water but no water on this trip.

Not sure if our luggage had arrived with us that it would have fitted in the car. Driver was OK but said little or nothing.

Just knowing that our transfers are booked takes away any worry or doubts. The company maintained communication from the time of booking till drop off. Easy, comfortable and professional.

The staff is very communicative on WhatsApp. I confirmed before departure and they were responsive right when I got to the airport. They delivered me right to my daughter. I recommend this service for anyone not familiar with Seoul’s transit system (which can be easily learned by a foreigner after arriving in the city). This service was a way to ensure being safely delivered to your Seoul destination.

The driver was friendly and professional. The van was immaculate and spacious for us and our luggage. He dropped us right in front of our private Hanock which was challenging as it was located down some very narrow alleys.

We were very glad to have the transportation pre-arranged from Incheon airport to our hotel in downtown Seoul. After a long flight from the USA. it was stress free! The only issue was the driver was not standing with our name at the arrivals hall but the information desk called for us and he came inside and met us within 10 minutes. Our flight had arrived about 45 minutes late so that may have been a little problem, but it turned out not to be a problem overall.
