I am happy that I booked the Airport Meet and Assist Service in Nairobi. We were met by staff at customs check and received preferred access to our customs check. Our greeters helped take our bags from the claim area, take us through the check area, and to our vehicle. I would use it again.

I booked meet and greet for arrivals for myself and my family and some friends and they were amazing. So polite and efficient. Well worth the money and will use them again for any travel I may have.

We did use both the arrival and departure service. Very smooth, highly professional. At the times of our flights, the airport was rather empty. Yet if it's busy, this service can be very valuable. I can recommend Unbato Safari Arrival and Departure service highly.

I will ALWAYS use meet and assist flying into Nairobi. The reviews are accurate, from plane to curb it was 10 minutes!!! What a relief to get off the plane after 24-hours of lying and having someone there to meet me, handle my luggage, and navigate me through the passport check point quickly and easily. My guide even waited with me at the curb until my hotel driver appeared. He helped coordinate our connection because we were in two different places, and saw him before I did. It was such a peaceful, wonderful, and welcoming experience to my Nairobi adventure. Well worth it.

The 2 ladies that met me were great and welcoming. They knew just what to do and stayed me all the way through. They even on their own contacted the Safari guide who had been looking for me for over a day. My flights got messed up and I arrived much later that anticipated. They saved me by that act of kindness

Wonderful service. Professional, safe, easy, affordable, responsive. Book without concern. I was met at the NBO airport and taken through the security to the cab who drove me to the Wilson airport. As it was very early, driver waited until airport opened.

Ruth greeted us with a warm smile, and proceeded to zip us right through all the checkpoints at JKIA. We truly appreciate her kindness, and helpful hints provided for sightseeing in Nairobi.

Everything went perfectly and after a long day of travel it was such a relief to be met right at our plane and escorted right out to our waiting car without having to worry about navigating the airport. Totally worth the money. I'll be using this service every time I arrive in Nairobi from now on.

We received the red carpet Meet & Assist upon arrival, which whisked us through long lines. The transfers to the hotel, and then the meet up at Wilson airport, dinner at Carnivore, and transfer to JKIA, along with baggage assistance, went flawlessly. I went to Africa for the first time and extremely happy to have help in and out of the airport in Nairobi. I would have stood in a line for at least 2 hrs and likely end up being in the wrong line if I didn’t have this help. I was impressed with the security clearance they had so they could walk us all the way through the airport. Well worth it for any traveler.

Just wow. I’ve gone in and out of JKIA over 100 times, so I was reluctant to hire Umbato after a friend suggested them, but I can confidently say I’ll never go through JKIA again without using their service. We landed at an extremely busy time and my husband and I were traveling with two family members that had never been to Kenya before. Mark was there waiting for us and got us through security in ten minutes, and without him, it would’ve taken no less than two hours. After waiting for all the bags to be unloaded, we realized only two of our five bags made it, and Mark immediately jumped in to handle it for us. I, and my family, we’re simply amazed. We were flying to the Mara early the next morning, so we wouldn’t be in Nairobi to get the bags when they arrived. Mark followed up repeatedly with the airport, and once they did arrive, he got our bags to Wilson airport to be flown to us in the Mara. I was stunned. Our family members left Kenya before my husband and I, so we hired Umbato to take them through departure since they had never done it. When we arrived at the airport, it was insanely busy, and I got quite nervous to leave our family. But, Mark was there, so they felt totally comfortable being left with him. Just 45 min later, I got a message saying they were in the lounge, but Mark had taken them by their gate first, so they knew where to go. First class service. I can’t speak more highly of Mark and his Umbato team.
