Everything was amazing. I could not fault it at all. William was on time for every pick up and drop off. His punctuation showed great professionalism. He recommended plenty of places to eat at and other activities. William showed us around the market and taught us a lot about Zimbabwean culture. We had such a great time and will definitely be booking again.

We had an amazing experience with William. We had a complicated itinerary, 11 people; and a huge issue with our bags, which the airline lost. William organized a custom itinerary for us - with drivers in Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Zambia. Everyone was on time, organized, and spoke perfect English. He was even able to organize someone to go get our bags from the airport in Zambia (which we didn’t fly into!) while we were touring. The tours were wonderful, and we had such a great time. It’s not possible to have a more responsive guide or operator. We were absolutely thrilled with our experience! Do not look for anyone else. He will make it all work for you!

We booked transport from VFA airport to our accommodation. The driver was waiting for us upon arrival with a sign with our name and was to easy spot. He had water for us in the vehicle and was very nice and professional. We ended up booking him for a few other transfers. Highly recommend! We also found out that he offers tours.
