Great tours, so much fun water rafting in Ecuador, Guides were excellent, Guifré kept everyone safe at all times

We had an amazing time rafting. It was the first time for our teenagers and they absolutely loved it. It was exciting and the surroundings were beautiful. The guides were friendly, professional, and very experienced.

I did the rafting and canyoning and it was really good. Both tours were with professional and really nice guides. The equipement is also very good. Also rented a bike twice, good bikes.

I did the rafting, canyoning and ziplining trifecta through Ivaga...and I was quite happy with the level of service provided. Our guides were friendly and professional. My canyoning guide Alberto was a fun guy for sure. Adolfo helped me with scheduling all 3 activities in a day and accommodated my needs on short notice.

Mucho fantástico! Too much fun!! Was a great bunch of guides. We’re very concerned about safety, but also having fun. If you can swim, you gotta try this run. What a blast!

You need to do this tour if your visiting Baños! The team are extremely knowledgeable and a lot of fun. We felt 100% safe at all times and the rafting itself was amazing! It's such good fun and the guide created a brilliant team atmosphere throughout. The Ivagatour team capture fantastic footage throughout the day and it's shared afterwards at no additional cost. We got a nice lunch too which was also included.

Guide was great. The river was perfect for a beginner. Lunch afterwards was good to. Really recommend

We had the best tour with Invagatours! We took our 6 and 8 year olds whitewater rafting. It felt a bit scary at first, but our guide, Franklin, was amazing! He made sure our little guys were taken care of and that they were safe. He even carried our youngest up the River bank and over rocks when he was scared. We are super impressed by this tour operation’s professionalism and safety!

Rafting was excellent! Fernando, our guide was great at commanding the team and making it an enjoyable experience. Office staff/process was a bit rushed, i.e my partner signed a liability waiver but they didn’t give me one.

I had an amazing first time white-water rafting with this group! I was definitely a little apprehensive at first, but our guides were SO knowledgeable and fun. There were even 2 people who didn’t know how to swim in our raft (not that i would recommend that if you think you would panic falling into the river, which is definitely a possibility)! They fit everyone for wetsuits, shoes, helmets, and provide life jackets. They spend a good amount of time going over how to raft and be safe doing so. Then we went onto the water, which had Grade 3/4 rapids and a few calmer areas for breaks. There was one guide in our raft as well as 2 guides also in kayaks who were taking photos/videos, acting as rescuers, and scouting out the safe/fun routes for us to take. Lunch is included afterwards. Overall, I highly recommend! It’s a super fun way to see the gorgeous river and jungle, and I will definitely remember this adventure for a lifetime.

I had a great time canyoning with the Chivos brothers: Germán and Gabriel. Our tour left with private transportation from the city center about 40 minutes to Cashaurco. We set up camp, and put on our wetsuits and gear and received an in depth explanation of how to use our equipment. Our guides made sure we understood everything before we started. Then we walked a couple minutes and started canyoning. Our guides made sure we were safe and connected to their harnesses or ropes at all times. Unfortunately, the pressure was too strong because of heavy rains and our guides made the decision to end our tour. At all times I felt safe. The guides were funny and helpful and took great pictures! I will be booking again to hopefully complete a full canyoning course!

The wetsuits and shoes they provided worked great for keeping me reasonably warm on the rafting trip. Rafting was a lot fun! The guide was great at fostering team spirit amongst people who just met each other. We surfed some waves with the raft, enjoyed class 2-4 rapids, and hopped into the water to swim and float for a bit.

Today we went on a rafting tour. Great gear and friendly operator. They kept asking if we were fine and would do anything to keep us happy. After the rafting we had a privatetour with Gabriel for the waterfalls. It was really great to do this private. We stopped were we wanted and took the time we needed. He even stopped for a ride with a cablecar. He made some great pictures with his camera. Great experience overall. Would recommand 10/10

I’d lots of fun on this experience. The tour was well organized, the weather was ideal, and the water was high enough to make this an entertaining sport. The tours guides we had were friendly and knowledgeable about the activity, in particular our guide Messi really knew what he has doing. The only downside was he unable to take more and better quality pictures because, he was too busy trying to save this other tourist on a kayak (also traveling with our company, which was time consuming.) Definitely an activity for someone wants an adrenaline rush without sacrificing a good time. I would consider using this company again for other sightseeing activities.
