Amazing place to visit and spend time with family and friends. It’s a unique and fun experience and the staff is very friendly. We would like to particularly thank Niki, she dedicated her time to give us tips and take awesome pictures.

Must visit! Not a huge museum but very hands-on, super interesting, and loads of fun! Really well curated and lots of great photo opportunities

It was quite interesting. The guide Tsveti was nice and competent. ☺️ I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.(Think of selling some water, especially during the summer)

A great way to spend an hour. Fool your eyes and blow your mind. Some funky photo ops too. Make sure someone shows you around the exhibits. There are description of each exhibit, but the guide gives you way more information.

We a great time and it was a really packed visit. Everything worked perfectly which feels quite rare in interactive museums and the staff were SO lovely and attentive. Shout out to Cvita who was so lovely and informative. Go by yourself. Go with kids. Go with friends.

I was at the museum yesterday with my kids and my daughter started bleeding from her nose so I got help from the staff and manager. I can’t explain there kindness omg there were so kind and nice , especially the manager helped me a lot he was so kind. I just love to be in Bulgaria and I’ll visit there again and again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Interesting and fun. In the center of Sofia. But ticket price was high. Children have cheaper ticket. If you can afford it, it is a good way to spend some time in Sofia.

Very interesting place to spend an hour or so.The children and us loved it as there are many curious things to see.The staff is very nice and friendly and helped us taking some photos.Very clean place as well.Well done to all.

It was so much better than we expected, we took many photos and videos, the staff were very helpful and friendly. There was also the opportunity to purchase many of the the exhibits fron the gift shop afterwards.

Some of the illusions I couldn't quite see thru no fault of the museum. One of the staff working there Alex took the time out to take me through all the exhibition telling me all about it and taking pictures for me. He deserves 5 stars.

We had an amazing time at the Museum of Illusions in Sofia. It is located right in the center of the city, near the Central Universal Store. The museum is not big in terms of space, but it was so interesting we easily spent 1.5h+ there with my lover. The photos we took will be lifelong memories! The price of 23lv is a bit high, but worth it. Highly recommend the place.

Great fun in the middle of Sofia. If you are after something different and want a break from museums, churches and anything socialistic do visit the Illusions Museum. The staff are amazing ladies, willing to help with the photos and explanations. It is a breath of fresh air and lots of fun taking you back to being a kid. Fully recommended.

Very good place. The employees were very polite and well prepared. Employees were responsive, smiling and positive. We were big and small and we all had a lot of fun. If you could add more interesting things, we would visit again and again.

Very disappointed about his museum, the price is very high for only one floor (small). But the staff is very nice.
