I really appreciated the organisation and the support via Whatsapp. We managed to arrive earlier than big groups and to enjoy the temple with less people.

Good - The 7 hours of driving was calm and safe - The price advertised is what we paid - Pickup from our hotel was on time Bad - The guide was utterly useless - he spent 10mins with us total out of 2 hours - he only stood outside - spoke so fast I could hardly keep up - he went through photos so quickly they were a blur

Super easy and convenient. We got there ahead of other tour groups so we had the temple to ourselves the first 20-30min!

I was worried about the long journey to get to Abu Simbel, but was very pleased with the transport van they provided and was able to sleep through most of the journey there and back comfortably. Would recommend.

Awesome trip - We started early at 4:00 am pick up at our hotel but the van was very comfortable and the ride was smooth. We reached by 8:00 am and were there for about 2 hrs to visit both temples. Sam called us before and after the trip with his warm and welcoming services. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Worth the 0330 am pickup time! The tour says it starts at 5am but that is not true pickup time is at 0330 to be at checkpoint at 5. BUT very worth the early pickup times because able to get in before all the big tour bus companies!

Why this is not one of the wonders of the world I do not know, because it IS. Everything about this temple is amazing; it's really two temples as Ramses had a second smaller one made for his favourite wife Nefertari, although unless she has a beard then Ramses the Dude also has his own face on the outside! But I love this guy, Ramses 2nd. He has so much energy and heart and faith and spiritual ability, and he designed a lovely spacious temple with many cool shady pillars and rooms. There are four statues of him outside and an avenue of him leading up to the Inner Sanctum, which has the three gods, seated with...Ramses himself, also as a god! It's worth coming and staying 2 nights in this small town, so that you can see the temple by sunrise and sunset and the Sound and Light too. There is a restaurant inside the entry area which is decent, and an avenue of small shops at which you can bargain if you wish, or completely avoid by walking on the road instead, but I got some good small ornaments here in the shops and the locals are friendly. I was staying at the very good Applicators Hotel, an odd name perhaps but the manager explained it to me. I reached the temple by riding in these small carts I called Truktruks, bumpy and loud and fun. I am sure you can find a more sedate taxi if you wish

Wonderful, professional from start to finish. I had originally booked another hotel to be picked up from and then changed. Sam and Michael were on time, quick and efficient, always made us feel safe and in good hands. After Abu Simbel we were going to catch a train to Luxor but Michael drove us to our Luxor hotel, stopping off at Kom Ombo on the way which was not part of the original plan. Michael picked us up at 7am and finished work at 11pm! 10/10

The owner of Egypt Sansimon travel coordinated with me prior to my arrival to assure that he would pick me up at 4 AM at a specific dock in Aswan City. He came through brilliantly! Great communication. The tour was good. It’s a 3.5 + hour ride through the desert to get to Abu Simbel. Amazing site.

What a wonderful experience! Egypt Sansimon Travel and Tourism picked us (couple with two teenagers) up at 5am. Our guide Sameh joined us shortly thereafter to give us the history and overview of the two temples in Abu Simbel. After a three-hour car ride, we were rejoined by Sameh at the temples who explained what we saw. An unforgettable day!

Excellent trip! Sameh’s driver picked us up at 5am. Sameh shortly after joined us and gave us the history of the temple. Sameh rejoined us at the temple site and gave us a thorough explanation of what we were seeing. On the drive back, he called the driver to take us to a scenic mirage on the roadside. We started with Abu Simbel, from Aswan , same day trip to Luxor ( short on time) and tour in Luxor the next day. Sam was the most experienced tour guide I ever had ( and I travel a lot) . Very profesional and always in time! He went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests and change of itinerary at last second. Very reasonable prices. I can’t wait to go back! Not enough time in beautiful Egypt!

He’s fluent in English, experienced in hospitality and has wide acknowledged about the temple. He’s really good at taking pictures! The 3 hour drive is worth the experience of Abu Simbel. Thank you for being flexible and picking us up at the airport. In this Tour our guide came with us to a rest stop and explained the history and story of Abu Simbel, then left and we continued on with two drivers for the rest of the way. We had the opportunity to explore on our own.

Great communication with Sameh our guide before the tour over WhatsApp who picked us up promptly at 4am after police permission. All tours to Abu Simbel get police permission so don’t worry. He explained the history of the temples and what we would see when we arrived to Abu Simbel. We drove with him maybe 30 minutes outside of Aswan and then got on a bus. There and back is around 3 and a half hours and you have 2 hours to explore the temples. They are both very cool from the outside and inside is ok. The only extra you pay is £275 entrance and tips if you want. We left at 4am and were back at 2:15pm. I even had a problem with my sunglasses and Sameh and the driver sorted it out for me which I was very grateful for. Thank you, I’d recommend this company for this tour.

Sameh is the best guide. Worked with me after the hotel held me up. Takes care of his customers. Highly recommended for making the trip to Abu Simbel.

Abu Simbel is absolutely breathtaking I would have given the service 5 stars if we didn’t start at 4am :) it was unnecessary to start that early. Everything else was great.
