This was a great way to experience Mexico City! I didn’t even realize they type of tacos that were out there… and normally would be too shy to approach some of these taco locations without a guide. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful tour with Sabores and our amazing guide Joseph. Each site we visited was unique and provided a totally different type of taco with its own history and background. The mix of walking and driving allowed for a great way to break up the tour and see multiple parts of the city in one night. If you are thinking of doing a food tour, make sure it is with Sabores! I also want to commend Sabores on their professionalism. When an issue unrelated to the food tour came up for us, Sabores handled the issue swiftly and professionally. There is a reason this company has so many perfect reviews...they know how to do things right!

This tour was a great introduction to the city - we went to 5 different neighborhoods - and included 8 different styles of tacos, all delicious. Our guide Jonathan was friendly and provided lots of information.

This was a fantastic way to explore local neighborhoods and eat at amazing taquerias. You get a lot of different kinds of tacos on this tour (we were so full we couldn’t finish everything) as well as your choice of drinks (juices, sodas and beer) and a chance to try mezcal. We had a great time with our tour guide Jonathan who was extremely knowledgeable about the food and drinks, and also the history of Mexico City. 100% recommend this experience!

A delicious and fun evening. Guide Jonathan was fun and informative and the diversity of neighborhoods and shops we visited was great. It was a highlight of our visit to CDMX, and I highly recommend it. But pace yourself with the tacos! Lots of food and you will want to enjoy it all.

The taquerías we visited had great back stories and each taco was phenomenally delicious. The mezcslaria which broke up our taco-eating was also fantastic. Several of these venues appeared to be “hole in the wall” or “hidden gem” establishments: no frills and all flavor. Our tour guide, Frederico (aka “Cheese” or “Queso”), was extremely informative and a great personality. 3 hours went by fast! If we completed all 9 tacos, we got to take a picture with his taco champion luchedores wrestling-themed belt: fantastic photo opp! I’d definitely recommend this tour to anyone reading. If you like tacos and mezcal, you’ll love this tour.

A great time! Queso (the nickname of the guide, also known as “Cheese,” real name Federico was extremely knowledgeable and funny.

We booked this taco tour for 3 people on a Saturday. Johnny was our guide, he selected a variety of locations to visit with both flour and corn tortilla, plus pork, goat, and beef proteins. There was a mix of classic/purist tacos and fusion tacos, plus delicious drinks like a horchata mixed with chai, and an awesome Mezcal tasting and a mezcal smoked cocktail. You could get beer or soft drinks at the stops. We had a van with a driver that took us to 5 different locations and you will leave very full and satisfied. The only thing missing was a birria, but the Al pastor at the last stop is a true star. Johnny is passionate about food and is super knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it.

What a great start to our trip. Our guide Jonny was fantastic. We ate, we drank, we learned, we laughed. The tacos were great - and we loved how we learned so much culture thru food and drink.

This was such a fun way to spend an evening! Our host, “Cheese” led us through 4 taco places, 1 mezcal bar and, bonus, a stop at Monumento a la Revolución. We had plenty to eat and drink, Cheese shared a ton of good detail on everything we had which gave us a true taste of the taco scene in Mexico City. Highly recommend!

Our driver, Arthro, and our guide, Jonathan, both did an excellent job taking us to 5 different locations: 4 Taco restaurants and a Mezcal bar. Jonathan’s knowledge of all the food, mezcal and local history and customs is extensive. I have limited mobilty but they were very helpful and attentive, helping me move about safely. My wife and I think we had a very nice experience with them.
