Everything was excellent, Mohamed B was an excellent driver and guide for us, we went to petra and have a nice breakfast in the way to Petra and also a great traditional meal in the way back

Shadi picked me up on time from my hotel and we had a very smooth ride to Petra. He stopped along the way close to Petra to show me the world smallest hotel which I really appreciated, since it was not on the itinerary. Shadi is a great driver and good communicator; he answered all my questions and more. At Petra, he explained what I should do and where to go, great advise. I highly recommend this service.

I booked a short bank holiday weekend tour for Amman with R&H and they were well organised and great at responding and communicating instantly. I would definitely recommend this company. My driver Younes was a five star driver!! He was very patient and super understanding and well organised. He was very supportive when my luggage was missing and I had a delayed flight coming to Amman and waited for me to get to the airport. The only thing which i would say as a constructive feedback is that the company changed my driver when I was checking out and departing Amman, on the last day, which was abit unnecessary trying to communicate and giving all the same details again to a new driver! I would have preferred to stay with the same driver throughout my entire trip.

Petras was “magnificent“ The assigned driver was punctual and quiet (He just said he was Russian, nothing more.) When picking us up at the hotel, I was very clear that I did not want to make any stops because we had a reservation at a restaurant in Amman…. During the way he made a stop in front of a restaurant, he stopped to smoke and left me and my partner with the car turned off ( It would have been nice to leave us with the car ON while he took his smooke break) … was a confusing and awkward moment… I think this tour is not the best "viator" have better ones keep looking my friends !!!

Great tour day with Hassan Al-Khateeb! He was super patient with us during pickup and throughout the day, and made sure we had enough time at each spot to get the most out of our limited time in Amman. He was super friendly and we will definitely be coming back to book another visit with him! Amazing time - thank you Hassan!!

I enjoyed the trip! Besides the stunning views that Petra offered, our driver Hassan Al-Khateeb was professional, a very good English communicator and made my journey very comfortable! I would definitely recommend!

Mustafa was an amazing driver and got me to Petra in a timely fashion. The car was comfortable and he was friendly. I recommend for anyone looking for transportation to Petra.

Bardaghawi was awesome. I could literally ask him for anything and he either had recommendations or we would stop and get whatever I needed. The van is also awesome and had WiFi so I was able to jam in the car on the way back from Petra which was awesome! I would suggest that you go as early as possible to beat the crowds.

This trip was fantastic! We had Shadi as our driver and he was amazing, very informative and exceptionally helpful. We traveled from Amman to Petra there was complimentary WiFi and water through out the journey. I would highly recommend using Shadi for any transfers in Jordan. I will certainly be using his services again.

I highly recommend this trip! Ahmad abo Anas was an amazing guide, so professional and knowledgeable and friendly. He speaks Arabic English and French! I really really enjoyed the trip, wonderful!

Excellent experience with Anas, he was a marvelous driver and companion for the day. He helped me to have a unique experience of Petra and to shape the day, adding some interesting discoveries (Wadi rum, wadi musa, kings road…). Safe and careful driving all day long, even when dealing with an unfortunate flat tire! Highly commendable.

My mom and I went on a wondeful day trip to Petra with the amazing driver Younes! He was extremely accommodating and nice, answering our every question about Jordan. He even took us to see extra views along the way and when I told him I had never seen a camel in my life he made sure to drive past camels :) We were so satisfied that we wanted to book another trip with him. Mohammed Bardaghawi was a fantastic driver and tour guide answering all our questions on the drive down. (We were too exhausted to ask any on the way back to Amman). He was professional, courteous, and made the long drive very relaxing. Highly recommend this as a way to get down to Petra for the day.

The tour was amazing from beginning to the end. We booked a full day, all inclusive tour with my wife. We were picked up from our hotel, transported to Petra and trandported back to our hotel. Special thanks to our driver Shadi during the trip. He was always punctual, attentive to our requests, knowledgable about not only our tour package but overall about Jordan. In Petra, our tour guide was a real professional, explaining the sites in a way increasing the amazement and he was actually a real archeologist. Overall Petra is a very interesting and must-see place. And our tour was perfect to enable us to enjoy this special wonder to the maximum level.
