A Big group was well coordinated and looked after at all steps by the Ace Team from landing into Katmandu to flying back. The main Guides Pasanag and Rajendra where always with the group and anticipating all our questions, queries and requests.

This trek was 9 months in the making. We were a group of 24 and all of us had a great and memorable experience. This wouldn’t have been possible without Acethehimalaya. As I was coordinating on behalf this group, I was in constant touch with Prem from Acethehimalaya and was amazed at his promptness in responding to probably over 100 questions I may have asked over the last 9 months. The guides (Pasang and Rajendra) and the assistant guides (sherha and sunny) were simply awesome. We became so close that in a couple of days they became one among us. All 4 put together had over 50 yrs of EBC experience and this came in handy at every stage of the trek. They looked after us like how an elder brother would take care of their younger sibling. Their knowledge of the EBC trek was second to none and at the same time one of the guides RAj is a qualified pharmacist who was able to provide us with the required medication to the ones who were battling altitude sickness and took extreme care of each one of us. I strongly recommend Acethehimalaya for every single adventure they offer. I am definitely coming back to do both Gokyo and Annapurna base camp.

This trek is one of the must do - bucket list - once in a lifetime items that everyone needs to do at some stage. The team from ACE really do make it easier and help you all the way. From the booking team to the Guides & porters on the tour. My Guide was Nimesh who was excellent - and with Porters Birkaji and Dil they really made it enjoyable for us all. Nothing was an issue, and there were always there to help. ACE have a 100% successful rates for their guests - so no matter the level of your fitness - you will be in safe hands with these guys. Go for it!

Ace the Himalaya is the best, from the time they picked up us from KTM airport to till we finish the EBC trek were very helpful and guided us well. Few of us needed help while climbing and had to carry the bag, get small things fixed up and also had some medical challenges to deal all of this was very well handled by them. The coordination with in the guide and the porter was also great never they left us unattended or the duffel bag got lost or disconnected with the trekking people. There is lot to write about Ace actually then said here. Rajendra (Raj), Pasang, Shear (we used to call him Tiger), Sunny (Sunny Deol 😀) all where really great and helpful. I would recommend them all as a great human being and good on with work. All of the above guide where good, one standout person I would say is Mr Pasang he is incredibly good and very detail person looks at small things ex- some one falls down his handglove and he immediately see it and picks up and gives them, such a minor thing also he keeps and eye.Theres lot he had actually done. Can't explain here in writing.Keep going Pasang and keep up the good work.Not just me we where big group and most of us had a good experience with Mr Pasang.

With such variety of trekking companies in Nepal, I'm so very thankful and lucky that I found the best trekking company in Nepal - Ace the Himalayas. I went on the 14 days trek to Everest base camp for my birthday, and since the booking process, up until our departure from our amazing tour guide Milan, you could feel the incredible profesionalism from the office workers to the guides and porters from start to finish. The response for all of my pre trek questions were answered quickly and professionally, everyone was very kind, and most importantly - The staff on the trek itself were phenomenal, helpful, funny and were always going the extra mile to make sure everyone was having the best time possible. They even bought me cake and beer for my birthday at base camp itself! I had a great experience with ACE the Himalaya company. Everything was organised very well, starting from the preparation stage to the last day. ACE was very helpful and patient answering all my questions (I have little trekking experience), provided packing list and all support and comfort I needed. I specifically want to thank our guide Nimesh who was not only fun to do a trek with but also very knowledgeablele and experienced. He gave us all support during the trip and answered a billion of questions I asked him 😊 When I got altitude sickness, Nimesh was very supportive making sure I recover fast. Separately I want to thank our porters, Birkaji and Dil who did an incredible job helping us during the trip! They were not only very helpful but also very fun to share a trip with. It is mainly thanks to the efforts of the ACE team, my trip to Everest was 100% successful. Thanks a lot!!!

The tour was just amazing, stunning mountains, nature and breathtaking views all over. Our guide Milan was the best, he has so much passion about his job and patience and is very professional as well. He takes care of everyone and every needs we had. He definitely made our trek very unique. The whole organisation in general was very professional: all the staff working in the office, the porters (especially Ting Ting) and the assistant guides Hari and Santos. They did everything to give us the best experience. So grateful for this experience!

We had the best experience with ace the Himalayas doing the Everest base camp. We were looked after from the moment we landed in Kathmandu. The team in the office, from the drivers, guides (Ram and Kalika) and the porters (bopaul and the rest of the guys) - everyone went above and beyond to make the experience amazing and ensure we had everything we needed. Ram was our main guide and I couldn't recommend him enough. He was super knowledgeable and could answer any question we through his way. From asking about altitude, to heights of peaks, history of Nepal. He knew it all. At the start of the trip on day 1-2, I also had a stomach bug and he ensured I was looked after I got fully better in order to continue the trek. He ensured to check in, made sure I had lots of food/water/medication and rest. He ensured that I took my time trekking the first two days to let my body recover. And he didn't push me too much so if I needed to go down I knew it would not be a problem. His success rate is 97% for EBC. All 11 members of our group made it to base camp. The group only felt mild systems of altitude also as he ensured we all took the necessary steps to try avoid getting sick. I will 100% be back and requesting ram again as a guide. He is now more a friend than a guide. Kalkia was our assistant guide who was also brilliant. Super friendly and helpful. He would lead at the front to ensure a good pace. He was also brilliant in the tea house for checking us in, meals, water etc. Super friendly. I have no doubt that he will be a guide when I return next year. Well deserved. Again I would now consider him as a friend and only go with him when I return to trek. So make sure you request Also to mention how friendly and kind our porters were. They would not let us lift a finger and kept our bags safe. The real superhero's of the trek. Bopaul was a stand out and even came on extra hikes to help as an assistant guide. The extra support was amazing on the acclimatisation days as people took it at different paces. Overall, the tea houses, facilities, food etc. were a lot better than expected. We were told facilities would get more basic the further we went up. However, I was still pleasantly surprised. Ace ensure you have good rooms book, eating decent meals, first flight ticket booked etc. We didn't have to worry about anything. Everything was sorted for us. I had heard from other groups that there was problems with rats, bad food etc. however, ace seemed to have booked the best accommodations for us so we didn’t see any of these issues Also to note that there was a delay by a day with flights due to weather. This was out of ace control however, the effort they put in to ensure we all got home was amazing. Helicopters were arranged for the people that needed to fly as they can fly with less visibility. I even know another group that flew on helicopter after some of our members that had requested day before. Shows ace team in the office have the best connections for organising. Myself and my partner waited the next day for flight. Over 1000 people were delayed on flights and we managed to get out mid day. Again shows ace hard work from the office to get us on the flight. Also to mention on ram’s day off when flights were cancelled, he was on the phone constantly to try get us all home safely and also was looking after us. Kalika was great too and helped check us into the airport stress free. Thank you again to ace and the team. Can’t say enough

Good day! I am not merely referring to a positive tour or travel experience from Kathmandu to Everest Base Camp. But I am more focused on the hospitality and the tour guides provided throughout, who eased our pain and helped us move towards distinction, are the reasons I added the notes and awarded a five-star rating.. The medical requirements were also excellent, providing support to those participants who were ill from altitude sickness and weather-related illnesses. I advise obtaining the Everest Base Camp guides listed below going forward. 1. Lead Guide Ace, Pasang Dawal 2. Rajendra Kharri (Medical Officer and Lead) 3. Sunny (beautiful, smiling, and a group entertainer) 4. Sere (youngest and most active)) 5. The porters who transported our bags to every location. The amazing team members who transported our luggage the whole way are Posters. Each bag weighed approximately 17 kg, and potters typically carried two or three bags.

From the pre trek meeting till we finish the trek ACE Himalaya team we’re always approachable. They were very professional in the way they advise at the same time very friendly to deal with. They have solution for almost all the situation. We were group of 24 with different abilities and different health conditions but all of us were looked after very well. Special thanks to Pasang and Raj for helping me complete this trek even though I was not well from the beginning. Prem you and your team have done a great job and me and my friends appreciate your effort and sincerity.

AtH was a great company to go with. They were very organised, very responsive and made the tour feel very “value for money”. Our guide, Dr Raj, was trained in general medicine and is a Pharmacist in the off-season, which was very handy. Extremely funny, great English and local knowledge! His knowledge of medicine and health saved one of our friends lives. We had an amazing time with him, but met several other guides, Nimus and Maddy, who I’m sure we would’ve had equally fun with! Our porter, Shereh, was excellent, very friendly, good English and will be a great guide one day! It was clear that AtH was well connected and respected amongst the Nepalese and local communities, which helps to secure better accomodation, food, opportunities and ESPECIALLY flights in and out of Lukla. I recommend leaving more days just in case. We were VERY lucky to fly out on time and had to pay an extra US$650 for a helicopter in to start on time.

We , a group of 3 adults, did the EBC trek arranged through Heaven Himalaya. Their schedule was well thought out and doable. Their support was excellent. We chose HH based on Trip advisor reviews and we are very glad we did. Team HH (Sanjib and Ramhari ) are a very professional founder duo and they answered all our pre-trip questions very patiently and pretty promptly. Their communication throughout the trek was excellent. Our guide Shankar picked us up from Kathmandu airport and was with us throughout the 2 week trek. Shankar is very knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He was very patient when we ( the trekkers) were late to start on a couple of days. He is an all-round good guy /guide. If at all there's any critique ( but not a criticism) to be said, we had a minor glitch in accommodation rooms during the trek. Our guide Shankar tried his best sort it out. Thanks Shankar. Also, we were put up in a nice hotel on the last day at Kathmandu, I guess, as a nice gesture to mitigate the minor glitch. Our porters during the trek, Milan and Rajkumar, were very helpful, polite and patient. Overall, we would highly recommend Heaven Himalaya and would not hesitate to use them again, if need be. We understand they are a less than 5 year old trekking company but they are already doing a great job. The multiple 5 star reviews in trip advisor say it all. We wish them every success. Great lead guides - Pasang and Rajendra Assistant leads Sunny and sere Pasang and Rajendra have outstanding knowledge of the Everest base camp trek. Both Sunny and Sere were exceptional in ensuring all are served foods drinks and even carry bags if some of us went sick . I was quite sick and Pasang Rajendra Sunny did outstanding work to help me ! The entire experience doing EBC with Ace the Himalaya was amazing! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that all our questions were answered and that we were well prepared and comfortable on the trek. Our guide Sunil was incredible! We did a 14 day EBC trek with Ram and Kalika as our guides and assistant guides respectively. Both of them were incredible. Ram was very helpful and super knowledgeable. Kalika was very friendly and helpful during the trip. The connects ace the Himalayas has with the airlines, tea houses, helicopter companies etc. also add significantly to the experience. The whole trip was so well executed, that i know when coming back to Nepal, which firm and guides iam going to use! Our guide Pasang and assistant guide Sunny made the whole trip feel safe, informative and exiting. They made sure everything was okay with us every single moment while at the same time giving us the freedom to choose our own plans and speed.
