Koa was THE BEST driver/tour guide I’ve ever experienced. Koa was very accommodating during a storm and was highly concerned for our safety. I inquired about his service to our county based on his mannerisms and speech. I saluted his service and he was so humble accepting my thanks. He is a wonderful and genuine guy. This Hop-on Hop-off experience stood out from the other lines and all their breathtaking views due to Lei, who's affable and humourous personality brought to life all the incredibly fascinating facts and information about the stops and scenic sights by infusing the experience with her genuine interest and love for her area and it's rich history. Her anecdotes and tidbits never fail to spark a smile and leave you with a wondrous piece of information you won't find in any old tourist leaflet. When somebody truly loves their job, you can feel it and this is evident in Lei's infectiously enthusiastic energy as she tells you all about the Ala Moana shopping centre or about Eternity Beach near Halona blowhole. My lovely experience with Lei compels me to encourage any visitors to Waikiki to hop on one of these trolleys and to enjoy the stunning views as well as to experience the of a knowledge of a local who truly loves their area and wants to share this love with you.

Keoki was our driver It was one of the best experiences I ever had, he was really informative and funny. Safe driver and was willing to interact and answer questions along the way. Shared hawaiian history, the ride was incredibly fun and enjoyable. The views of the ride were beyond beautiful, memories me and my family will never forget!

The trip started from the Waikiki Shopping Center. Our tour guide was Kumu and he offered us discounted tickets to the Sea Life park to which we bought three. I have to add, my father is in a wheelchair and this tour company and trolley is wheelchair friendly. Carzy Kumo allowed extra time for all of us to see the blow hole due to the wheelchair elevator access. At the beginning of the tour he introduced himself as Crazy Kumu which garnered some laughs from the crowd. The beginning of the tour started with him talking about the history of Hawaii and the different landmarks. There were several of the tour group who were talking to the point we couldn't hear Carzy Kumu talking. He warned the group two times before he pulled over and directed his displeasure to the offending characters of the group. I, along with many of the other group members appreciated his assertive stance so we could hear the information he was giving. We stopped at and spent some time at the Sea Life Park enjoying what it had to offer. We boarded the trolley about 1 hour and 20 minutes later to complete the tour. I highly recommend this tour to all who visit Hawaii. Hopefully many who follow will have Kumu as a guide. He cares about satisfaction of customers and will do what it takes for tourists to understand the history of Hawaii and the wonders of the island.

Road on the Red line trolley and had the pleasure of obtaining interesting historical information from pur tour guide Chico. He was very informative. If you are wanting to learn the historical perspective of Hawaii this is your man and trolley bus. It took us about 65 minutes to ride straight through. Great information.
