Guides were personable storytellers. Answered lots of questions, poured cocktails, and engaged us with upbeat conversation throughout the trip. Easy to find right in front of the Rijksmuseum

Sofia, Nino, and Albert were awesome! We are all still talking about it. They were friendly and fun while educating us about Amsterdam. Would recommend them highly! They are Lekker Ding! Your friends from New Amsterdam.

We started our visit with this canal cruise and greatly enjoyed it. Well-managed and seasoned pilot made the difference, providing wonderful historical anecdotes.

It was a lovely day and the tour guide was really lovely and funny, it would have been 5 star if they didn’t try to cram as many people on the boat as possible. I assumed if you had a ticket you’d get on but they also was letting other people and got them to pay for the ticket on the boat. Should definitely stick to a certain amount. I was pretty much sat on some poor sod’s lap

Nice boat, guide and tour. We’ll organized. My only comment is that the guide should have a microphone so everybody can hear him/her. Also, the boat should hold less people. There is no extra space at all between all guest seated. I saw other boats were passengers looked more comfortable.

What a great way to see the city. Much better than the huge tourist boats, friendly and entertaining crew and a relaxed , informal trip.

It was great, we arrived late and lost the boat we were supposed to get in. The staff at the pier were super understanding, Laura our hostess was super nice!!

It is advertised as a luxury cruise with multiple sights. Crew was friendly but more interested in selling drinks. Very little narration, crowded seating, and hardly shown or cited anything of interest. Disappointing as past Viators were as expected.

Great boat tour, we only went with the tour and didn’t choose the cheese and wine option we are happy with our choice. The tour was fantastic with so many interesting facts being told along the way. The tour guides were fantastic - there was such a chill vibe on the boat. Would highly recommend.

Great experience! Learned historical facts while watching the sun set on the canals and paths. Note: I paid for the wine and cheese tour and when I showed up and saw the boat was large and enclosed, I ran over to the next canal for the smaller, open boat (at the advice of the Flagship staff). It was awesome! Just make sure you book the tour you want! I wanted open air so I could take lots of pictures. Plus, the boat was smaller and more intimate. All depends on the experience you're going for. I saw many boat tour companies during my stay in Amsterdam and this company reigns supreme. Highly recommend.

A fun boat ride through the Canada. We learned a bit of history about Amsterdam. It was a chilly morning; the blankets provided were appreciated.

The boat was comfortable, but not too spacious. Our captain was wonderful and had a wealth of knowledge. Well worth the price. A completely different perspective of the city from the cabal.

The crew did their utmost best to make this tour interesting and fun. We enjoyed it. Unfortunately it was a very rainy day and we coundn't see much. Even on a sunny day, I'm not sure the visibility from this particular boat would have been good. I recommend this tour or something like it but in a boat with better windows.

My son and I went on this boat trip last week and really enjoyed it. We had only arrived in the city earlier that day and it was a great way to find out about the place and it's interesting history. The two guides (sorry, I'm hopeless with names!) were really fun and worked well together. The only downside was the wet weather which meant the sides and roof had to be up which obstructed a lot of the views.
