I wasn't sure what whitewater rafting I should try because I had never tried any whitewater before. So I wanted one that would be exciting and scenic at the same time. This one was exactly that I really enjoyed it and my fiance wanted to do a scenic rafting not any whitewater that would be very rough the whole time so it was perfect and the guide was awesome.

It was fun. Eagen was skillfull and knowledgeable. We saw many animals like a beaver, 4 river otters, a garter snake, bald eagles and many other birds.

Fun fun fun! Tucker was our guide and what a great guy he is. We filled a raft with 13 people and we had such a wonderful time. The water was a wee bit chilly as in 58 degrees but we all had wet suits that kept us a bit warmer. We definitely got wet on this one. So be prepared!Everyone participates in the experience by rowing when necessary. A few lucky ones got away with sitting in the middle so did not have to work. But that does mean that they did not get soaked! Our group consisted of all ages. From 27-75 years old. So if you are looking for fun this is the perfect experience

Perfect day, staff was welcoming and friendly when we arrived, they got us fitted with wet suits. Our guide Delany was awesome, she took us fiwn the river and ensured everyone got thier fare share of water. She pointed out the many sites along the way. Highly recommended this to all

Amazing ride down the Snake river. The trip from the shop to the drop-off point was great and filled with interesting tidbits about the area. The ride on the river was amazing and we enjoyed getting wet and the ride. It was a nice ride one that anyone could go down. Our guide made the ride even better with fun for everyone on the boat. We saw Eagles, Marmots, and Osprey along the way. We even saw someone pull a fish out of the river while floating down. I would do it again even with the rain that came down on us. Depending on how you handle the cold you might want to consider a wetsuit.

From start to finish, Dave Hansen's rafting expedition was fantastic. There were five of us - my husband and myself (in our 70s) and my two sons and daughter in law (in their 30s).There was also another family - two parents (30s- 40s) and two young daughters I rented a wet suit and was very glad I did. It kept me quite comfortable. We went over about 4 or 5 rapids (class 2 and 3) and enjoyed every second.. Delaney was our guide and was so helpful and encouraging. She taught us how to paddle and told us when to start and stop. My sons and daughter in law had rafted in the past and although they had experienced more challenging rapids, they thought this trip was great. This was a first experience for my husband and myself -- Never too late! We loved it. The bus driver, Dorothy, was welcoming and helpful as were the staff at the shop. My sons and daughter in law jumped in the water twice and I got up my courage to do so the second time. It was cold but I am so glad I did. I would totally recommend this company and experience to anyone who goes to Jackson Hole.

So much fun! Our guide was funny, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our 11-yr old son loved “riding the bull” and dunking in the water when it was offered. So did I! We also saw 2 bald eagles. Would definitely recommend!

A lot of family fun. Rapids aren’t very difficult and ride is very safe. Great way to see some eagles, etc and experience the Snake River

This is a must do in Jackson Hole. Brian was thoroughly entertaining and extremely competent. Everyone on the raft had the time of their lives.

Madden, our guide, was perfect, a great oarsman and a wonderful personality to make the trip wonderful and memorable. We loved our bus driver Bob, as a local, he was very informative and humorous! One thing though. My wife opted not to go, I emailed Dave Hanson outfitters, weeks before the trip, they said I had to cancel through your website. I couldn’t figure it out on line and there was no number to call. I decided to not worry about it, hoping to use the unused ticket to tip my guide, the outfitter said I couldn’t do that it would have to go through Viator. It turns out a large crew had an extra person who had not signed up, Due to my wife opting out, they said they had a spot open., I was told they charged the family for the extra person. So it seemed Viator “double dipped” on the fee. I would have been fine if they let the other person go for “free” as I had already paid the fee. I was surprised they were charged. Will Viator reimburse me, due to the slot being filled and paid for a second time? Other than the difficulty in canceling and the implication of “double dipping” the fee, it was, as I expressed earlier, a wonderful and memorable trip!

Just the right amount of rapids for first timers. Grandkids loved the entire ride and got soaked! The guide was wonderful, Capt. Tuck, and he was knowledgeable and careful. We all enjoyed the trip so much and will do it again and let our friends know too.

Bryce is the best river guide! All staff including our bus driver were friendly and helpful. Unforgettable experience!
